Double jeopardy is illegal. The reason it is illegal is because those that want to persecute others can’t hone their skills and facts after the first trial. A person’s life can be disrupted forever by repeated prosecution.
This is double jeopardy by a federal government that seeks contro for a singular message. The FCC and its rule makers need to be sued for harassment.
New rules and new rulings can go on forever causing health issues as well as financial as losses, and a disrupted professional lift.
