What judge is not going to see this as a political stunt in retaliation of Bannon and Navarro?

A former President and Secretary of State from the opposing political party is not going to be sentenced by a judge. The proceedings brought by Bondi will be dismissed.
The Former President turned 79 years old in 2025 and has a known heart condition. There are valid reasons Congress is over reaching.
If Bondi would finally release all the Epstein files no testimony would be necessary. At this point the Congressional subpoenas are mostly harassment.
