Musk’s DoGE is destroying contracts of Musk’s competitors. What does this say about “Stargate?”

Musk has already attacked OpenAI and Oracle. Apple is the only one left, right?
So, Trump announces an ambition of a sovereign wealth fund and sets up “Stargate.” Then Musk places DoGE in government agencies to dismantle his competition because he has no expertise and needs the experts now working for the competition under his roof so he can make money.
Deloitte still has recourse against the broken contracts. So does every other contractor.
This is not clearing up debt, it is creating different kinds of debt while making the USA government weaker with a growing incompetence and corruption.
