There are currently 26 deaths due to Hurricane Michael.
There is a better than 50/50 chance there will be a missing person list that may not be resolved. The devastation is absolute. This was caused by the storm surge. The water came in from the Gulf of Mexico and went back out. Debris was carried back out to sea.
