The deluges of water is/will cause major flooding to Mexico on both coasts. There is also a resumption of a familiar pattern of a drenched central USA. Coastal areas along the Gulf of Mexico and Southeast Atlantic seaboard need to remain vigilant for the exacerbation of severe storms accompanying this 'dual' storm system. No one is going to tell me Texas and Louisiana isn't in for flooding. As a matter of fact I know there is flooding (flash flood warnings) in Texas (click here) and increase in percipitation in Louisiana (click here) and here.

Tropical Storm Henrietta clearly illustrates how 'moisture deprived' the troposphere actually is. There is virtually NO equatorial water vapor as it has gone into supporting the 'heat storm' TS Henrietta.
