The picture today is hugely better. This area of the world suffers the most from economic issues and consequently also from Global Warming impacts. If these people are to have a quality of life the oppression of the Human Induced Global Warming is vital to them. No doubt in my mind high fuel prices of combustibles like fossil fuels is vital to these people as well as the populous of the world. We know for a fact the poorer the populous the less chance they have of surviving the severe weather of Global Warming.
