Vilnius – Everyone can contribute (click here) to elimination of consequences of global warming, however, Lithuania will also have to meet its commitments, says Lithuania's Environment Minister Kestutis Navickas attending climate change summit in France.
"Everyone is important here, every person is important. The decisions we make on a daily basis change climate, however, we must meet our engagements as a state," the minister told BNS in a telephone interview from Paris on Tuesday.
Titled One Planet, the summit is attended by dozens of world leaders and hundreds of ministers, corporate executives and environmentalists. The meeting is held two years after the historic Paris agreement on efforts against climate change.
The main objective of the treaty is to keep the warming at under two degrees from the pre-industrial era.
The European Union (EU) is currently discussing distribution of the commitments of the efforts against global warming for every member of the organization.
The Lithuanian minister said Lithuania could be assigned to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases in the transport sector, agriculture and households by 9 percent by 2030.
"We are now intensively working on an action plan to make sure that the goal is achieved, as the first reporting period will be 2019," said Navickas.
In his words, Lithuania will have to work to reduce the use of non-organic fertilizers, as well as seek ways to encourage the nation to drive less polluting cars and renew the car fleet....

...An improving economy (click here) coupled with baby boomer generation retirements are expected to create 3.5 million manufacturing-related job openings over the next decade nationwide, according to results of a joint study by The Manufacturing Institute, an industry-associated nonprofit, and Deloitte, a firm providing financial and business consulting services. However, the widening gap of workers missing the mechanical and social skills to do the jobs means 2 million of those positions are expected to go unfilled, according to the organizations’ research.
Meanwhile, the construction trade group Associated Builders and Contractors is working with legislators in Ohio and nationwide to get October also designated as Careers in Construction Month, according to the Ohio Valley chapter’s website, www.ovabc.org. Why? The group cites the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ projections for 1.6 million new construction job openings to be created by 2022....

During the 2016 campaign, (click here) Donald Trump warned that immigrants were costing jobs and protectionist trade policies would lead to more jobs in America. Eighteen months into his presidency, the evidence shows the opposite – new tariffs are costing jobs and economic research continues to demonstrate immigrants do not harm the job prospects of U.S. workers....
...The Trade Partnership analysis concluded:
- “The tariffs, quotas and retaliation would increase the annual level of U.S. steel employment and non-ferrous metals (primarily aluminum) employment by 26,280 jobs over the first one-three years, but reduce net employment by 432,747 jobs throughout the rest of the economy, for a total net loss of 400,445 jobs;
- “Sixteen jobs would be lost for every steel/aluminum job gained;
- “More than two thirds of the lost jobs would affect workers in production and low-skill jobs.
- “Every state will experience a net loss of jobs.”...

...As evidence of President Donald Trump’s malfeasance emerges, (click title to article - thank you) the old adage that the cover-up is worse than the crime may once again prove true.
There is circumstantial evidence of improper contact between members of the Trump administration and Russian operatives during the presidential campaign. At this point, however, we have seen no concrete proof of criminal conduct.
But evidence of a cover-up continues to mount. Trump has admitted the Russia investigation motivated him to fire FBI director James Comey. Trump asked Comey to end the investigation of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. Trump made veiled threats to Comey about possible tapes of their conversations. Trump demanded that Comey pledge loyalty to him, but Comey refused. And Trump defensively fixated on Comey telling him three times that Trump was not an object of the investigation....

A local administration official (click here) from a village in Buthidaung township in western Myanmar’s restive Rakhine state was killed by unknown assailants on Friday, while another is missing after being abducted, a township official said.
“A group of people came into Pazonchaung village and took two village officials at around 3 a.m. this morning,” Kyaw Min Tun, township administrator, told RFA’s Myanmar Service.
The official who was killed had his throat slashed 90 feet from his house, and the other one is still missing, he said, adding that the attack could be connected to extremists.
Other recent deaths possibly caused by extremists blamed for a major attack on government guard posts last October have occurred in the area.
An accidental explosion of handmade bombs in Buthidaung’s Theni village on May 4 killed two people and injured three others as victims assembled bombs, according to an announcement the State Counselor’s Office.
Security personnel who checked the village the following day found bags of potassium nitrate, sulfur, coal powder, and other materials used to make bombs near a forest. They launched an investigation of the incident.
Meanwhile, 30 civilians have been killed and 22 others have gone missing in neighboring Maungdaw township since Oct. 9, 2016, when deadly attacks on three local border guard posts occurred....

Rohingya refugee children (click here) who lack proper education in camps in Bangladesh could become a “lost generation”, the United Nations said on Thursday, a year after Myanmar’s army began a crackdown that has forced more than 700,000 people to flee the country.
At the outset of the refugee crisis, aid agencies set up informal learning centres for children aged three to 14, but older teenagers feel alienated and hopeless, Lawson-Tancred said.

Rohingya refugee children (click here) who lack proper education in camps in Bangladesh could become a “lost generation”, the United Nations said on Thursday, a year after Myanmar’s army began a crackdown that has forced more than 700,000 people to flee the country.
The lives and futures of more than 380,000 children in refugee camps in Bangladesh are in peril, while hundreds of thousands of Rohingya children still in Myanmar are cut off from aid, said a report by the UN children’s agency (Unicef).
Bangladesh prohibits refugees from receiving formal education, because the government is concerned the predominantly Muslim Rohingya population might become a “permanent fixture”, Unicef spokesman Alastair Lawson-Tancred said.
At the outset of the refugee crisis, aid agencies set up informal learning centres for children aged three to 14, but older teenagers feel alienated and hopeless, Lawson-Tancred said.
“Unquestionably, there is a danger that we might be facing a lost generation,” he said from Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. “Sooner or later, you’re going to have large groups of disaffected youth on your hands.”...
The International Criminal Court should begin it's work.
It is not yet safe for the Rohingya to return to Myanmar. The invitation to return to Myanmar will result in additional herding for death. I would not expect the circumstances to change.
Ethnicities: Rakhine, Rohingya, Kaman, Mro, Khami and others
Religions: Theravada, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism and others
The return of 700,000 people require land with buildings or building materials with enough talent in building homes to make the return of human beings realistic. There needs to be a Mosque built in full view of those returning as an expression of safety and freedom. There is absolutely no reason for the Rohingya to trust the government of Myanmar; the trust the government and Rohingya need has to be expressed in a welcome both can believe.
There needs to be officials that are Rohingya by birth. Police and temporary leaders are to by Rohingya and not any form of Myanmar authorities. The Rohingya authorities, including law enforcement, are to be armed in the same manner found in other Myanmar settlements. The Rohingya children will require schools with classrooms staffed by born to the Rohingya ethnicity. There is to be no threat to any returning Rohingya.
Elections of local authorities have to be planned within the first year.
What concerns me as an American is the fact we have a President that has expressed openly disdain for Muslims in general. He has placed a Muslim ban on air travel without any provocation and has increasingly refused the migrants and/or refugees from Muslim countries. I am sorry to say the USA is probably worthless to these people and their tragedy. After all, the Trump White House has the motto: "I really don't care, do you?" (click here for jacket on sale for $42.39 on Amazon). Any assistance is left to the religious organizations within the USA for assistance in monies for building supplies, sanitation, food, clothing, household needs and books for learning.
The actual peace for the Rohingya is another effort entirely. In 2012, the Rohingya Muslims and ethnic Rakhines (Buddhists; majority) clashed causing deaths, injuries and displacement of Rohingya people. This is a classic example of how the minority population is viewed as the enemy and then officially acted upon to displace them forever.
With violent clashes underway the Myanmar government moved troops to end the violence. The military took up sides and provided enough information about the Rohingya to the government to classify these people as non-citizens. The Rohingya being driven from their homeland were officially stated to be displaced Bangladeshis and not citizens at all of Myanmar.
There will be a lengthy process in rebuilding the history of those dead, but, citizens just the same. A memorial to the dead must be displayed where government buildings stand as a reminder to the horror misplaced authority can bring.
Kofi Annan's last words regarding this crisis (see above):
We propose a ministerial-level appointment to be made with the sole function of coordinating policy on Rakhine State and ensuring the effective implementation of the Rakhine Advisory Commission's recommendations. The appointee should be supported by a permanent and well-staffed secretariat, which will be an integral part of the Central Committee on Implementation of Peace and Development in Rakhine State and support its work.

The crisis in Rakhine State (click here) has dominated headlines about Myanmar for the past year. While Myanmar’s government has said it is ready to begin the process of repatriating the estimated 700,000 people who fled into Bangladesh, many in the international community argue that conditions on the ground are not conducive to returns taking place.
Last month Doh Athan travelled to northern Rakhine State to speak to local communities – both Muslims and Buddhists – as well as officials to better understand how they feel about potential returns taking place.

There was a conscientious employee at the USA EPA sending out the warnings about the lead in Flint's water. The name is Miguel del Toral. The full responsibility for the lead in Flint's water is Governor Snyder. He was told and did nothing.
January 27, 2016
By Caitline Keating
Miguel del Toral heard LeeAnne Walter’s concerns loud and clear. (click here)
“If it weren’t for LeeAnne, this may have gone on a lot longer than it did,” he told ABC News.
Del Toral, a manager at the Environmental Protection Agency, authorized a report in July 2015, noting the high lead levels in Flint.
The EPA had previously said that there was likely something wrong with Walters’ pipes that was causing lead in her water, but del Toral told the news outlet that she has plastic pipes, which could not cause the problems she was experiencing.
“They certainly didn’t take the actions that I think would have been needed to mitigate the problem,” he said.
In a leaked memo written by del Toral, it was revealed that the city s drinking water was not treated for corrosion control which caused the lead to leach out of the pipes.
“I think you go back to the beginning and say this should have never happened in the first place,” he told ABC. “It’s inconceivable that you would allow a system with lead service lines – a large system – not to have a treatment in place.”...
They knew and did nothing. If there was a cover-up it started at the highest levels of the state government. There is no getting away from the fact there was substantial damage done to the people of Flint, Michigan because of the profound negligence and wrongful priorities of the Governor's leadership.

In some cases, EPA officials inquired about corrosion control through emails or phone calls, Del Toral testified, and he recalled discussing the issue with Shekter-Smith in person at EPA's regional headquarter in Chicago.....

This is some of the most ludicrous garbage ever stated about President Obama. It makes sense it comes from Trump's paranoid White House.
August 23, 2018
...The memo claimed that the “communications infrastructure” (click here) that the Obama White House used to “sell Obamacare and the Iran Deal to the public” had been moved to the private sector, now that the former aides were out of government. It called the network the Echo Chamber and accused its members of mounting a coördinated effort “to undermine President Trump’s foreign policy” through organized attacks in the press against Trump and his advisers. “These are the Obama loyalists who are probably among those coordinating the daily/weekly battle rhythm,” the memo said, adding that they likely operated a “virtual war room.” The memo lists Ben Rhodes, a former deputy national-security adviser to President Obama, as “likely the brain behind this operation” and Colin Kahl, Vice-President Joe Biden’s former national-security adviser, as its “likely ops chief.” Rhodes and Kahl both said in interviews that the allegations are false and no such organization exists....
President Obama doesn't have loyalists. President Obama has admirers that care about his dialogue with others. President Obama is a brilliant man with morality to match his intellect. He is no different than President Bill Clinton, Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and all other leaders of the Democratic Party, including the Late Senator Ted Kennedy and his magnificent brothers, the Late Attorney General Bobby Kennedy and President Kennedy. I need not qualify former President Jimmy Carter, he has led the global dialogue regarding very sensitive and humanitarian issues.
By the way, has everyone noticed that Israel and it's march into the Syria and it's blaming of Egypt for Gaza has stopped since the Russians arrived as peacekeepers. I just thought I'd bring that to the picture of world leaders past, present and retired that serve as pivotal figures in the world's history.
When President Obama went to Australia to speak he was rewarded handsomely and more so than either Clintons bring to their speaking engagements.
To think any of these magnificent leaders would actually have time or the notion to lead a stupid loyalist movement is completely bizarre and deranged.
...In May, 2017, that firm, Black Cube, provided its operatives with instructions and other briefing materials that included the same ideas and names discussed in the memo. The Black Cube documents obtained by The New Yorker referred to Rhodes and Kahl, arguing that they were using allies in the media to undermine the Trump Administration. The Black Cube documents use the term “echo chamber” five times, including in a document describing the operatives’ directive as “Investigating the Rhodes’ / Kahl ‘Eco-chamber.’ ” The same document states that “Rhodes and Kahl are suspected to make use of privileged access and information leveraging it against the incumbent administration.”...
We know about "Black Cube." It is that dangerous agency created by an former Israeli intelligence officer that ran investigations for folks like Harvey Weinstein. There is no link between some kind of loyalty issue with President Obama. This idea has got to be among the idiotic notions ever created. President Obama's speaking engagements could run circles around the likes of "Black Cube."

An overnight brush fire (click here) Friday near Maui’s resort area of Lahaina has forced evacuations as Hurricane Lane approaches Hawaii with life-threatening amounts of rain, officials said.
The brush fire, near Lahaina’s Kauaula Valley, is estimated to cover between three and four acres, according to a Maui County emergency alert.
A nearby storm shelter has been moved from Lahaina Intermediate School to the Lahaina Civic Center, the alert said. Authorities have begun evacuating residents in the area, and some roads have closed.
There are no reports of injuries.
A Twitter user named Stephen Lai tweeted a photo of a tower of gray smoke rising into the night sky with the message: “So this is currently happening on our last night in Maui…and no I’m not talking about #HurricaneLane it’s a fire in Lahaina.”

Emergency personnel responded to reports of a brush fire about 1 a.m., officials said....
A brush fire on Maui is spreading as Hurricane Lane approaches Hawaii.
Latest report is that the fire is spreading. One would expect a fire to be virtually extinguished with such heavy rain, however, that is not the case. I don't recall fire fighter training that encompasses what to do about hot lava balls. They don't become cool rock until all the lava including that which is inside cools as well.
The video below is the big island of Hawai'i. I can't believe a person would actually walk on a bridge with such tremendously dangerous water running under it. Americans aren't cautious enough with their own lives anymore. This is ridiculous. The substrate the bridge is built on could be undermined by water this powerful and yet some stupid American doesn't care enough about their own life to stay safe. Amazing.
I am surprised they haven't tried white water rafting. Seriously. That is how completely idiotic the American people have become.
A buoy recorded 107 mph inside the "eye" of the hurricane as it moved over top of it. The eye is supposed to be calm. 107 mph is equivalent to a Category One hurricane in the eye of Hurricane Lane.

Senator McCain is a remarkable American.
A year is a long time to be treating cancer. Brain tumors can be immediately devastating, but, sometimes the cancer has received enough treatment to be dormant for a length of time. I hope it is the latter.
I wish him, his family, friends and colleagues solace through this difficult time.

Washington — Senator John McCain of Arizona, (click here) who has been battling brain cancer for more than a year, will no longer be treated for his condition, his family announced on Friday, a sign that the Republican war hero is most likely entering his final days.
“Last summer, Senator John McCain shared with Americans the news our family already knew: He had been diagnosed with an aggressive glioblastoma, and the prognosis was serious. In the year since, John has surpassed expectations for his survival. But the progress of disease and the inexorable advance of age render their verdict,” the family said in a statement. “With his usual strength of will, he has now chosen to discontinue medical treatment.”
Mr. McCain, 81, had been undergoing treatment since July 2017, and has been absent from Washington since December. Mr. McCain’s family has gathered in Arizona, and people close to him say his death is imminent.
From his ranch in Arizona, Mr. McCain had managed to maintain a voice in key foreign policy and military policy debates, sharply criticizing President Trump after his summit meeting with President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia, an old adversary of Mr. McCain. At home, he has welcomed close friends to renew ties. But after decades as a fixture in Washington and a larger-than-life character, he had largely retreated from the public eye....

The latest scapegoat by Trump the Criminal is that of Jeff Sessions when he took the nomination for Attorney General and then recused himself (from the Russian investigation). Daddy Trump states this as if it was the plan by Sessions.
“W”rong.
After Jeff Sessions took the office of Attorney General, he was peered reviewed and then recused himself from the investigation. There was no conspiracy nor is there one now. EXCEPT, by President Trump to turn the USA into a Russian satellite. Just like Manafort did with Ukraine.
Manafort’s election of Viktor Yanukovych was corrupted by personal wealth, Russian entitlement, destruction of the national Ukraine military, installations of oligarch militias that ultimately led to the current border war with Russia. It makes sense Trump would hold Manafort in high esteem. Trump continues to play stupid games with the USA presidency in pointing to Manafort as a loyal ally. Enough of this!

"Freedom of Speech and Propaganda"
There was a time in the USA when propaganda was an issue and it was after WWII. No different than today, the country was beset by foreign propaganda and the country was being destabilized to the extent it insulted the nation's defense.
This was so pervasive in the country there was a meeting called by "The Governors' Conference, et.al.. The folly here is obvious if there is no ill conditions within the USA causing domestic problems.
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
The idea of protecting the USA's people against propaganda such as espoused by FOX News and it's affiliates and any other entity such as Talk Radio and it's harmful distribution of propaganda is possible to assail. When American children are killing themselves in numbers that are disgusting and worrisome, there needs to be a strong rethink as to what exactly is occurring in American households, in American schools and other institutions that have influence over young and innocent minds.
The Governors Conference came up with several ideas to implement and end propaganda in the USA.
1. "In view of the Alien Registration Act of 1940 which deals with sedition against both federal and state governments and in view of the national character (it should be considered a method to eliminate subversive elements in society).
2. "The Federal Government should make a careful and continuing study of foreign propaganda in the United States. To this end it is recommended that the Federal Government provide an agency devoted to propaganda analysis."
I don't think the FBI, CIA or NSA has such a unit, however, the NSA does have more of a cyber focus than the other agencies. With Bolton at the NSA there is sincere doubt he would even deal with such issues because he panders to Trump.
3. "Committees of private citizens should be stimulated within the several states to provide the utmost possible dissemination of American aims and ideals through the press, radio and other media of publicity."
Isn't this FOX and Talk Radio already. Trump can come in and effect American values to the point of sedition of the US Constitution. There is every indication he and the Murdoch machine does exactly that and revels in it. There needs to be a limit as to the extremism of these media outlets. There are very few days when major media has any similarity to the Murdoch machine.
4. The publication and dissemination of all papers, pamphlets, leaflets and other printed matter having for its purpose the undermining of the American principles of government is hereby condemned. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A THOROUGH STUDY OF THIS PROBLEM BE MADE BY BOTH THE FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS, COOPERATING WITH THE LEGITIMATE PRESS OF THE COUNTRY, TO THE END THAT APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION BE ENACTED REQUIRING THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH PRACTICES TO REGISTER AND DISCLOSE THE GOVERNMENTS OR PERSONS IN WHOSE BEHALF OR FOR WHOM THEY ARE ACTING AS WELL AS THE SOURCE OF ANY FINANCIAL AID RECEIVED FOR SUCH PURPOSE."
There are, as the Republicans say it, good actors and bad actors in regard to expressing American values. The Murdoch machine practices nationalism. There is no general concession by the public that Murdoch's media empire does nothing but spew nationalism. The one issue in today's society most receiving oppression by FOX News is the expression of Free Speech by football players. It is the intention of the right wing media to assist Trump in punishing these men for their activism. That is not American. What is American is to lock arms with the activists and end the practices that compelled their actions.
There are specific values espoused by Murdoch and they hurt the American people. They back criminals and allow their media service to be used to the harmful end of society. It has to stop.
There are limits and it is time to revisit the limitless venues the media now enjoys. RESPONSIBLE journalism has been abandoned by Murdoch and his minions for some bizarre content of "INFOTAINMENT." This is ridiculous and not at all the sign of responsible media or government.
The United States of America does have the right to limit media when it becomes toxic to our society which results in pervasive violence and the ultimate death of children. No one should stand by and tolerate these growing statistics.
There are several topics that come to mind to include in any study that will ultimately create a happier country for children; childhood violence, childhood depression, the effect of the family and school on same and the direct effect practicing violence in the media, including video games are a contributor.
I don't want to hear how violence is not propagated by media and video games. The USA military uses video games to enhance the opportunity to prepare potential volunteers for war. The entire idea American minds are exempt from every image that is presented to them is nonsense and it is dangerous.
What happened to Lassie, Benji and the next great animal adventure with REAL ANIMALS! Every parent in the country should be up in arms with the news that came out today of four deaths of children by their own hand. This is a growing issue and not a stable percentage that is expected in large populations.
Every idea is not a great idea and are in fact harmful if not regulated in media presentations.
Criminologists, (click here) too, are sensitive to the impact of media exposure. For example, Jacqueline Helfgott summarized the research:
Patriotism is national pride and today in the USA there is a whole lot not to be proud of in an artificial way through nationalism. Nationalism is an extreme whereby the country can do no wrong and has no sincere problems to solve. The Murdoch media and Talk Radio phenomena focus on THE INDIVIDUAL as the problem when in fact, it is societal and not the individual that is the problem. The individual is a SYMPTOM of the problem. Individual failure in the USA is a manifestation of a society, culture and government that has failed the individual.
There is absolutely no excuse for such despair or violent values in American children. SUICIDE BY ANY CHILD IS AN ABHORRENCE!
JOURNAL ARTICLE
FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND PROPAGANDA
FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND PROPAGANDA
By Francis Biddle (Solicitor General of the United States)
Some of this article is more than chilling to realize there have been constant concerns about propaganda, foreign propaganda and it's direct effect on the electorate. So, here are some excerpts I found intriguing.
Page 797
...As of May 1, 1940, approximately four hundred agents were registered with the State Department under the Act, not all of them, of course, engaged in dissemination of foreign political propaganda. In the last six years several states have passed legislation calculated to suppress subversive propaganda....
One of the things the defendants from the Mueller investigation face is they did not register as a foreign agent. The problem with this as a remedy to the influx of Russian propaganda to the media is the fact there is a sympathetic President in the White House. As far as I am concerned the USA is compromised and continues to be so. The best the American people can hope for is Congressional oversight. Don't know if that has actually happened yet.
The immediate problem is to meet in peace time, the flood of subversive propaganda directed to break down our faith in our own institutions; and perhaps, too, in revising our traditional concepts of war and peace in order effectively to delineate our plans of action. The problem is entirely different from what it was during the World War.
Is the USA at war? The idea this might apply to peacetime might be completely mute. If Trump, as Chief Executive, desires to control the media of any kind there is some precedent for that and the Robert's Court would be completely sympathetic as was the case with "The Muslim Ban."
Democratic institutions are evoked to protect an attach against those same institutions. Censorship and punishment are clumsy weapons to cope with the doctrine of appeasement, illusory promise of economic betterment, the praise the praise of successful might, the pretended doubt as to whether, after all, democracies can be efficient.
"What is war," said Hitler to Hermann Rauschning, President of the Danzig Senate, in 1933, "but cunning, deception, delusion, attacks and surprise. What is the object of war? To make the enemy capitulate. Why should I demoralize him by military means if I can do so better and more cheaply in other ways?" (Lavine & Wechsler, War Propaganda and the United States, 36.) Peer review of Murdoch's media circus and Talk Radios derangement has to include the fact they enforce nationalism and not patriotism. There have been over 1000 studies on the effects of TV and film violence over the past 40 years. Research on the influence of TV violence on aggression has consistently shown that TV violence increases aggression and social anxiety, cultivates a “mean view” of the world, and negatively impacts real-world behavior.(Helfgott, 2015, p. 50)

Look at this act of treason. They admit there are reasons for pursuing impeachment but seek to intimate the lawful ELECTED Representatives of the people. Pull their license, they are propagandists.

As opposed to QUALITY journalism.
The United States of America UNDER the propagandists in FOX News and Talk Radio is a joke and their leadership, including Trump, is nothing more than clowns!
These propagandists are guilty of violating the public trust. End of discussion.

...And, like it or not, (click here) Trump remains popular with tens of millions of Americans. To overturn the results of an election for anything less than unambiguous evidence of criminal behavior is a danger to democracy itself.
At least that was my view until this week. Michael Cohen’s guilty plea changes this. The Constitution’s standard for impeachment is “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” The standard is now met.
Trump’s longtime fixer acknowledged in court on Tuesday that he violated campaign finance laws by paying hush money to two women “in coordination with and at the direction of a candidate for federal office.” That means Trump. That means that, as a candidate, Trump is credibly alleged to have purposefully conspired with Cohen to commit criminal acts. That means the duo did so “for purposes of influencing [an] election for Federal office,” which is the legal definition of a campaign contribution....
