Kavanaugh is not a judge. He is a political operative that uses his judicial credentials to further the agenda of the Federalist Society. He proposing to attack Hawaii, a sovereign state of the United States of America. That is the covert beginning of removing states rights.

A sincere judge would not be seeking manipulation of language to further an agenda. A sincere judge hears cases and passes the interpretation of law in judgement of the facts. Scalia never played with language; he spoke it to communicate and not manipulate. Scalia enjoyed language, to Kavanaugh language is a burden.

The Federalist Society needs to be investigated for an agenda based in treason against the US Constitution.
