I don't believe any nation hates North Korea, yet, it seems as though they hate all of us.
I wish they didn't. We could help them incredibly if they would let us without treaty us as an enemy. I could never understand what there was for them to hate or to fear.
N.Korea Deploys Rocket Launchers Along West Coast (click here)
North Korea has deployed multiple rocket launchers along the shore north of Yeonpyeong, Baeknyeong and Ganghwa islands in response to a planned South Korean artillery drill on Yeonpyeong, government sources here say. The North earlier threatened an "unpredicted self-defense counterattack" to the drills.
A South Korean government source said, "After making the threat in a message sent Friday, North Korea raised the alert level at artillery divisions on the west coast and deployed the multiple rocket launchers." The source added the South Korean military is monitoring the situation.
The North also reportedly made coastal artillery ready to fire and put some fighter jets on the west coast on standby.

The oppostion with Russia and China by the USA is all a joke, you know? It is about lousy and defaming politics and truly nothing more. Was Bill and Hillary Clinton ever interested in escalating hostilities? It just isn't their game. The rhetoric from Republicans like Bush and Cheney is for a political wedge issue. It has nothing to do with sincere diplomacy. Those idiots don't even know what diplomacy is, yet alone, they could actually come away from brinkmanship year after year.
When is Hillary going to receive a Nobel Peace Prize for her tireless work?

...Despite skepticism from Republican opponents who worry that the U.S. is deliberately fraying its nuclear advantage, the Obama administration considers the pact a disarmament bargain because it will probably help cinch Russian cooperation with an American plan to protect Europe with an anti-missile shield arrayed against Iran.
The Senate voted 71-26 on Wednesday to ratify the treaty, and Russian legislative approval is expected quickly. The Senate approval was a clear victory for the White House after weeks in which it seemed doubtful that President Barack Obama could muster enough Republican votes. Obama had called approval of the treaty his highest foreign policy priority this year....

Russia's lower house of parliament may ratify a new nuclear arms treaty with the United States on Friday, speaker Boris Gryzlov said on Thursday.
The U.S. Senate passed the New START treaty by a vote of 71 to 26 on Wednesday in what is seen as a major foreign policy victory for U.S. President Barack Obama, who is eager to "reset" relations with Russia.
Gryzlov said the text of the resolution approved by the U.S. Senate is not yet available to the State Duma but that it will arrive within a few hours' time.
"There is information that the resolution contains several conditions," Gryzlov said. "Unless the conditions concern the wording of the treaty, we may ratify the treaty tomorrow."
"However, if there have been changes in the text of the treaty, we will have to work on the issue," he added.
The treaty, signed by Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in April, has won the backing of the world's top figures, including NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen and UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon....

The United Nations' nuclear watchdog agency says tons of highly radioactive nuclear waste from a defunct Serbian facility have been successfully shipped back to Russia in a secret, high-security operation.
The UN International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said 2.5 metric tons of the spent fuel arrived December 22 at a secure Russian facility from Serbia's Vinca reactor near Belgrade.
The waste material is reported to include 13 kilograms of uranium enriched at a level close to that used to make nuclear warheads.
Reports said the material represented a high safety risk....
