I hope Homeland Security is taking a look at this.

Business isn't the only priority for national security. I doubt the school programs come with security software. It is time to protect the kids. Who knows what will show up online.

An ongoing cyberattack on Albuquerque Public Schools has led (click here) officials to cancel all classes districtwide for Thursday and possibly Friday.

APS Superintendent Scott Elder said the attack was discovered Wednesday morning “when teachers tried to log onto our student information system and were unable to gain access to the site.”

“This is the first time we have dealt with this situation and we are doing everything to address it that we can,” he said.

Elder said all APS classes are canceled Thursday and possibly through Friday. He said the situation is still developing.

“APS is working with local and national law enforcement as well as teams of cyber specialists to as quickly as possible limit our exposure to this attack, to protect all systems in our network and ensure a safe environment to return to school and business as usual,” he said. “I want to make clear that the closure of all APS schools tomorrow is not in anyway tied to the pandemic.”...

I hear there are shortages of some food items.

I don't have empathy for shortages of dry pasta, cream cheese or refigerated cinnamon rolls, they all have substitutes if people are willing to look for them. 

Dry Pasta can be substituted with fresh pasta from a pasta makers (click here). When there is a pasta maker in the kitchen all kinds of pasta can be made and eaten, like whole wheat and some vegetable puree with carrots or green vegetables. It all depends on the palate.

Not having cream cheese for bagels can be disappointing but bagels taste good with any type of spread, even butter or any substitute. There may be local dairies that also create their own and if not they can be asked if they would consider it. If they have a store front. Many dairies that cater to the public sometimes have the ability to create more and better products if there is a demand for it. The large dairy producers, I am confident, are doing all they can because there is a high demand for milk. 

If there is a shortage of milk and it is due to the processers and not the farmers, there needs to be some kind of priority on temporary laborers. This is an interesting time in the USA. The global pandemic has reshaped many household incomes and earners are finding better paying jobs. That is creating a shortage of workers in areas where they were abundant before. There is no reason to apologize for people that make better wages and are able to move up in quality of life, but, where there is a demand in the food supply there needs to be some priority placed on that either at the state or federal level.

This isn't the best example because previous to WWII women didn't really work outside their homes, but, during WWII when manufacturing for the war supplies was a primary focus of the country, there were rationing of food for those products that were in demand. It is better for everyone to get some of what they need if these dynamics continue. Governors should be taking inventory of their industries and the laborers that are within the state. If there needs to be a shift to faciliate the food supply it may be a priority. If every Governor reported to the federal Department of Labor about labor shortages that are vital such as the food supply, the US Department of Labor could be tasked to recommend answers. 

I don't see the US Department of Labor tasking recreational issues, but, simply vital areas such as the food supply to the country. There are somethings that cannot be substituted like baby formula. 

Another item people are complaining about is refrigerated cinnamon rolls. I only have one reply, "Really?" The solution is called a mixer, ingredients and an oven. My, my, how soiled are we?

I hear there are cats missing their favorite cat food. There are substitutions in the human food chain (click here). My cats loved having an egg for lunch. Hard boiled. It got to the point where I could hardly bake a cake when they heard the crack of an egg. They were a lot of fun.

But, Americans might find making their cat food will get them closer to understanding what the cats like and what they don't like. It could be fun and educational. So, it is time to muster up some ingenuity and decide what best is good for your cat in the absense of cat food.

But, the other most demanded product that is in short supply are cold remedies. It is completely understandable now that omicron has made it's debut. All, I can say is to be flexible in what type of cold remedies that will make a difference. If the favorite of the household is gone from the shelf, try another with similar or even better remedies. There are also household remedies such as a steamer in the bedroom to add humidity. Physicians should be placing advise on their offices webpage. Drug stores can advertise their products and availability. Cough drops and/or throat lozenges can provide relief as well.

This is a difficult time. The federal government might have to step in to be sure there is no hoarding. But, the stores can limit the number of items one person can purchase at a time.

Other than that, Americans have to put their thinking caps on and decide about substitutes. Ask Grandpas and Grandmas what they used before all these modern solutions.

Americans can do this. 

Yes, we can. 

Stop complaining and get busy.

This is the ideal circumstances for health mandates, legislative rather than executive.

But, when legislative branches of government are playing politics with the country's health, the executive branch must act. Congratulations to San Jose on a cohesive government with a resolve to keep people healthy.

Amid a surge in COVID-19 cases fueled by the omicron variant, (click here) San Jose is about to become the first city in California to require all of its employees to get a booster shot in addition to the initial vaccine doses mandated earlier.

The City Council on Tuesday night also adopted a new ordinance requiring visitors of large, indoor events held at public facilities such as the SAP Center and San Jose Convention Center to show proof they received a booster shot — or at least submit a negative COVID-19 test — before entering.

While other jurisdictions like Contra Costa and Santa Clara counties have enacted booster mandates for certain frontline employees such as first responders and health care workers, San Jose’s order will apply to its full workforce of approximately 7,000 people, as well as any new hires....

Magnificent speech by President Biden. Long overdue. Democrats are best when they are truth tellers.

Rank Paul should have his medical license revoked.

I am glad we at least have a Chairwoman that stands up to the radical right. Everyone should remind her there is also a Sargent of Arms.

Dr. Fauci's death threat is the exact reason there needs to be financial liability to those in power when these paradigms are not only brought about, but, enforced to enhance their politics and donations.

The US Senate Republicans have nothing else to do with their time, except, to try to cut the budget by firing the best of the best at the NIH. Amazing. They don't care. They do not care about the well being of Americans and excellence in governance.

As 12,000 medical doctors, (click here) research scientists and public health experts on the front lines of COVID-19, the infectious diseases community will not be silenced nor sidelined amidst a global pandemic. Reports of a campaign to discredit and diminish the role of Dr. Fauci at this perilous moment are disturbing.

Despite the nation’s vast resources and abilities, more than 135,000 people in America have died from COVID-19 – more than any other country, and the numbers keep rising. Every day now brings a new high in the number of newly infected people and deaths. This is a full-blown crisis unlike any America has ever faced and it needs to be treated as such.   

The only way out of this pandemic is by following the science, and developing evidence-based prevention practices and treatment protocols as new scientifically rigorous data become available.  Knowledge changes over time. That is to be expected.

If we have any hope of ending this crisis, all of America must support public health experts, including Dr. Fauci, and stand with science.

Cryptocurrency can never work.

IT REQUIRES ENORMOUS AMONTS OF ENERGY TO SUSTAIN IT and as a result petroleum and coal sales are increasing.

Crytocurrency is a wet dream that is assisting in the high prices of energy and completely unsustainable while conflicting with the best outcomes for Earth and it's people.

...The Digiconomist's Bitcoin Energy Consumption Index (click here) estimated that one Bitcoin transaction takes 1,544 kWh to complete, or the equivalent of approximately 53 days of power for the average US household.

To put that into money terms, the average cost per kWh in the US is 13 cents. That means a Bitcoin transaction would generate more than $200 in energy bills.

Bitcoin mining used more energy than Argentina, according to an analysis from Cambridge University in February. At 121.36 terawatt-hours, crypto mining would be in the top 30 of countries based on energy consumption....

The UK shuts down Cryto mining operations. They cause too much strain on the grid while being completely unsustainable in the real world attempting to end the climate crisis.

China has rejected cryptocurrencies and that could conceivably be a win for a greener country.

This is why Vladimir Putin and is ideology of reconstituting the Soviet Union is grossly corrupt and dangerous.

Vladimir Putin is a confused man. He attempted to create his own economic power engine by linking with other countries of the old Soviet Union. Then for the countries still autonomous from the communists, Putin destroys their economy as if it is not necessary.

Putin destroys economies while attemptiing to reconstitute the old Soviet Union and building an economic powerhouse. He does not realize it is over for the old Soviet Union and the communists he is dedicated to in his elections have no concept of why destruction of a country's infrastructure, both physical, people and economy is a bad idea.

Vladimir Putin is an illegitimate president that was corruptly returned to office so the Russian communists can carry on with reclamation of Former Soviet states. IT DOESN'T WORK!  GIVE IT UP!!

In Kazakhstan the Russians are leaving today. They came, they killed, maimed and destroyed and now they are leaving. They have accomplished nothing except to destroy the Kazakhstan economy. Of course Putin is going to take credit for saving the country of Kazakhstan while people bury their dead, but, in fact he is a maniacal dictator that sows destruction in the name of a long dead Soviet Union. The Soviet Union feel because IT DIDN'T WORK.

A country with borders can exist because people live there, but, that doesn't automatically make the people happy, healthy, employed with a quality of life that provides promise for the future and future generations. Invading a country with people that are rightfully upset about the lack of economy that allows for increased energy prices is nothing but brutal and insane. The people now dead in Kazakhstan were good people. They weren't overthrowing their government, they were protesting a huge impact on their ability to take care of themselves and their family.

Vladimir Putin needs to be removed from his post at the top of Communist Russia to end the killing spree he sees as legitimate. He is hurting people and countries and setting their ability to be civilized and competitive in the global market place back decades.

How many people now dead in Kazakhstan were valuable to the country's economy? ALL OF THEM! How many were educated to contribute to the brain trust of the country? Most likely many of them. Putin is a danger to the world and every country weaker than Russia's military within it's reach.

It's been days since thousands of protesters (click here) stormed the streets of Kazakhstan to express outrage against the rising prices of liquefied petroleum gas, which means it's also been days since the internet was shut down nationwide, compromising the safety and security of many businesses and residents.

Among the sectors that were hit hardest was bitcoin mining, a burgeoning industry in the Central Asian nation.

Kazakhstan last year became the world's second-largest center for bitcoin mining after China clamped down on crypto activities, according to data from the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance.

Hours after the internet was cut off Tuesday evening, bitcoin's hash rate dropped by 12%, Larry Cermak, VP of research at The Block, said in a tweet. Hash rate is a key measure of how much computing power is required to support the network and to create new bitcoin....

Executive Bonuses need to be docked from future paychecks.

This is an outrage. The Executive employees since DeJoy have lead a corrupt and devastating raid of the best public post office in the world. The monies provided as executive bonuses must be based in any profit the entire postal system recognized. This must end until the US Post Office which is protected by the USA Constitution is back to normal.

The U.S. Postal Service (click here) paid its top executives more in bonuses and perks last year than at any other point in the past decade, adding up to $370,622 in extra income for Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and four of his deputies, according to a Center for Public Integrity review of the agency’s financial disclosures.

DeJoy got a $75,000 performance bonus in fiscal year 2021, plus about $56,000 in other perks, which includes membership in two airline clubs, retirement counseling and financial planning services, according to the Postal Service’s newly released 10-K report. DeJoy earned this in addition to his $305,681 salary, the highest ever paid for the top job at USPS. In all, DeJoy earned about as much as President Joe Biden....

I have never seen such a devoted President to return the USA back to it's status.

Both domestically and internationally the ideas of a USA supreme status is being brought back by President Biden at every turn. President Biden isn't turning his back on reality when addressing voting rights.

A coalition of voting rights groups (click here) in Georgia announced Monday that they will not attend events surrounding President Joe Biden's expected visit to Atlanta.

Cliff Albright, co-founder of Black Voters Matter, and representatives of several voting rights groups are urging Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to remain in Washington on Tuesday if they don't have a clear plan to advance voting rights legislatio

n."We don't need even more photo ops. We need action, and that action is in the form of the John Lewis Voting Rights (Advancement) Act as well as the Freedom to Vote Act, and we need that immediately," Albright told reporters on Monday.

Some of the groups urging Biden to skip his Atlanta trip are the Asian American Advocacy Fund, GALEO Impact Fund Inc. and New Georgia Project Action Fund....

President Biden has a keen sense of fairness. The fact voting rights in the states. The Republicans are going to have to stop cheating and lying in order to win elections.

The US Senate filibuster is simply wrong. It has no place in law no matter it's form. Returning the Senate filibuster to it's HISTORICAL parameters is the correct thing to do at this time. A TALKING filibuster allows the Senate minority to be heard. That was the original purpose of the Senate filibuster. The minority wanted to voice their points when attempting to defeat any bill brought to the Senate floor for a vote.

Today, the changes of the Senate filibuster that allows unlimited pressure on the Senate rights to pass effective legislation for the country is a violation of the Rule of Law. A US Senate filibuster should never have more power than the USA Constitution and it currently does.

The current US Senate filibuster erases the right of the Rule of Law. US Senate rules are supposed to enhance the practices in the US Senate to do the people's business. The current form of the filibuster is not a worthy instrument and prohibits the purpose of the Senate and it's ability to pass laws to benefit the country.

I support President Biden and his willingness to establish sound practices within governance that supports the will of the people to bring fairness to US Senate proceedings.

President Biden (click here) will endorse changing Senate rules to pass new voting rights protections during a speech in Atlanta on Tuesday, the most significant step he will have taken to pressure lawmakers to act on an issue he has called the biggest test of America’s democracy since the Civil War.

Mr. Biden will not go so far as to call for full-scale elimination of the filibuster, a Senate tradition that allows the minority party to kill legislation that fails to garner 60 votes, according to a senior administration official who previewed the speech. But Mr. Biden will say he supports a filibuster “carve-out” in the case of voting rights, the official said.

Citing “repeated obstruction” by Republicans, Mr. Biden will endorse changing the Senate rules, the official said, and the president will contend that the filibuster has protected “extreme attacks on the most basic constitutional right.”

“The next few days, when these bills come to a vote, will mark a turning point in this nation,” Mr. Biden will say on Tuesday, according to a preview of his remarks provided by the White House. “Will we choose democracy over autocracy, light over shadow, justice over injustice? I know where I stand.”...

The Senate Republicans don't want the filibuster to be returned to it's original purpose because they like to bring OBSTRUCTION to the practices of the US Senate and that is simply unethical.

This is Romeo Two. This shows the genius and questioning by Jane Two.

This picture appeared on Jane Two's Google Chat within two minutes of her asking for it. She felt badly that she was even doubting Romeo Two, but, stated she needed better proof of some kind of time stamp that reflected his legitmiate place that was her understanding. I have debated placing this on the blog, but, the traffic to the blog is not all that and he is a ruthless SOB that didn't care about Jane Two what so ever at all. If she died trying to please him he could not careless. If he states he was crying it was a prop to solicit a response.

He is dangerous. He is where he is because he wants to be and he is enjoying his own escapades in obtaining money from little old ladies in the USA. He must have a real bug up his butt for the level of hate that exists here.

Could he be an avatar? Not according to what I know. This picture was received within a reasonable time and it refers to a Fort Belvoir. He had told Jane Two that he spent time with the USA military. He insists he is German.

Fort Belvoir (click here) is home to the United States INSCOM and ARCYBER and elements of ten other Army major commands; nineteen different agencies and direct reporting units of the Department of Army; eight elements of the U.S. Army Reserve and the Army National Guard; and twenty-six Department of Defense agencies. Also located here are the 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power), the U.S. Army Prime Power School, a Marine Corps detachment, a U.S. Air Force activity, U.S. Army Audit Agency, and an agency from the Department of the Treasury.

The United Nations is sometimes stated to be corrupt. If Romeo Two is where he says he is and it certainly appears to be the case, he needs to be removed along with his team and questioned as to the reasons for these activities and who exactly he is dealing with. He complains his life is on the line for his work. That is to intimidate exposing him. I am sure his work is risky, but, what he is doing in these activities?

The United Nations needs to clear itself of these elements among their missions.

I believe him to be dangerous today to his unit and team as well as those he seeks to steal money from in scams that trap a woman in her own fears for others. I rather expose this danger today rather than have it happen haphazardly by others that would seek revenge. He can do a whole lot of financial damage to people and not give a damn about it.

He isn't the only one. There are what appears to be free lancers that are connected to an organization that provides back up to them. I know there is an organized syndicate here somewhere. Romeo Two and others know who they are. I am suspicious it is in India synicte simply becuase some of the culture icons would indicate it.

There is one free lancer that is using his charm to take money from American women. He is financing his business with American women's money. He is the one with the other check I have to locate.

I have the numbers of gift cards used to pay the hospital supposedly and Romeo Two. I will post them first chance I get.

By giving these victims the same rights as Identity Theft victims it provides an incentive for the banks to protect these people, primarily women.

This is check number 3 in the series collected regarding this phenomena of invasive relationships.

This is another electronic deposit from a different case. The check does include a number on the bottom, but, the method is the same. 

The person(s) producing these checks use American companies and/or public utilities as a method of legitimacy.

The company is a large one and is found in 38 US states. Jackson Lewis, PC has no office at the listed address of One Bryant Park, New York, New York 10036. There is such a builidng but it is owned by The Durst Organization. 

This check is made out for $1590.99. Like the other checks it is made out to the holder of the bank account in which it was deposited. The bank caught the check before any funds were withdrawn against it. The bank holder in this case did not accrue any liability.

The copy was provided at the bank as with the other two, at the account holder's request and with it came a warning not to try to deposit it again. The bank account holder had no intention of doing that and here again the bank is assuming the account holder knows what is going on. In this case it was more identity theft of information that would allow the check to slide by the bank computers as an ACH deposit.

The account holder was alarmed by that large deposit from what appeared to be Bank of America. The account holder was unaware such a deposit was coming and was about to call the bank about it when the bank called the account holder. Yes, an older woman. Cognitively intact by every estimation. 

The bank closed the account and did not offer to open another one, which I found interesting. Victims of these crimes have to look for another bank and/or purchase those "banking cards" that are online only. Those banking cards are found in most any convenient store.

No matter which way this activity within the borders of the USA among banks and government insitutions is organized crime. These images are consistent and the method of deposit the same.

This is check two for $9900.00 and not $9000.00 from West Valley Water District.

There is one other thing that I only touched on before. This is considered a scam and not identity theft so the same laws do not apply to these incidents. The women are left with whatever finanical liability there is in these cases. 

It seems to me the bank is somewhat responsible in that a legitimate process they have is used against their very depositors. There needs to be a change in the law that protects the people victimized in such a heinous way.

The bank is calling this a fictious check. I do have another copy of a third check but it does not apply to this case. It is a different case. It is the same method that deposited this check and the printing is similar. It is these two separate cases using the same method that leads me to believe this is organized crime and/or a sovereign country. 

I think it is a mistake to ignore this phenomena going on within the USA borders. I do not want to reveal the bank simply because it is not their fault and they might receive adverse outcomes. If I put the back of the checks on this blog all the information would reveal everything. I won't do that. 

I have the third check in a file and I have to dig it out. When I do I will place it here in an entry that I will leave blank for that purpose.

This is check number one. It was for $8950.00. I said $8900.

There is such a thing as the West Valley Water District. It is a public utility in California, I sincerely doubt a public utility would be purchasing a ball club.

Jane Two's name has been removed as best as I could carry that task out. The account of the supposed West Valley Water District is obsure by the creator of the check. 

Now this method of depositing checks electronically that is used by the banking industry. It is a shame the discovery of these checks allows for 24 to 48 hours before they are discovered by a human being. The computers only register that it is an ACH deposit that clears immediately and provides ready cash at the moment the check is placed in the account.

From what I understand, ROMEO TWO accomplises put that check into the account. It was processed by the bank. Scarey.

An electronic check, or e-check, (click here) is a form of payment made via the Internet, or another data network, designed to perform the same function as a conventional paper check. Since the check is in an electronic format, it can be processed in fewer steps.

Additionally, it has more security features than standard paper checks including authentication, public key cryptography, digital signatures, and encryption, among others.

The frosting on the cake.

So, as things came to a conclusion and Jane Two's reply to every request for money from Romeo Two and the doctor at the hospital was simply, "I don't have any."

When Romeo Two expressed the urgency he felt to get to his daughter, Jane Two had taken loans both from payday lenders and a loan on her life insurance. Jane Two was tapped out of every available source including skipping a car payment. I am convinced Romeo Two didn't care about anything except the money. He didn't care if Jane Two was out on the street unable to pay her rent, he came first in all this. 

No matter how much Romeo Two romanced and pleaded, Jane Two didn't have anymore options for money. Romeo Two was undetered and she was quickly becoming impatient with the entire circumstance. At some level she still believed him, but for so many things to go wrong all the time was beginning to feel as though something was wrong.

Finally. Just as Jane Two was beginning to pull back from Romeo Two he came up with a solution. Amazing.

I still believe these women are in a state of mind that keeps them close to their tormentor. The pattern is so very similar and all too real for it not to be a trap set by experts.

In an email to Jane Two that came after several statements about not having money to send for anything, Romeo Two stated he was able to communicate with some people about a share he owned in a ball club. He stated this is going to be a big check. He stated he didn't have access to his own accounts to facilitate the payment, so could Jane Two accept it for him? She was delighted. This was the first time she was able to see some cooperation by Romeo Two and with a large check coming to her accounts she could get back all that money and pay off the debts she incurred for them.

A couple days went by and an email from Romeo Two stated he had the money but that Jane Two's bank only accepted electronic deposits of a maximum of $10,000 per day. With that Romeo Two stated the amount was $135,000 total and it would have to go in slowly over a month or so. Jane Two stated it would be alright but expected some of her own income from work and retirement to be hitting the account so on those days Romeo Two would have to delay those payments until the next day. He stated he was sure everything would work out.

Here is the nightmare story and final blow that proved to be the most devastating financil insult to Jane Two. She had no clue about electronic banking. To her a check was a check was a check and it was welcome at this point and she looked forward to it. When the time came Jane Two was to provide her User name and Password to her bank accounts to Romeo Two and the checks would be deposited electronically to her account. The first check was for $8900 and everything went well. The next day the deposit was for $9900 and nothing ususal occurred. As the checks came in and cleared as ACH deposits they were mostly moved to a savings account to separate her monies from Romeo Two.

Then the bank called before the third check was delivered. The gentleman at the other end of the phone explained that the checks were tampered with. They were not good checks. They put a hold on $5000 of the money and Jane Two placed the $9000 in the savings account. But, what about the rest? 

Romeo Two from across the Pacific Ocean requested monies to be sent to the doctor and to him to secure his medical card so he could get to Daughter Two. Jane Two did as she was asked, increased the withdrawal limit of her accounts and took out $3900 and purchased AMEX Gold Gift Cards. She sent $2000 or four cards to Romeo Two. As she was about to send monies via wire to the hospital the bank intervened and she didn't know what to do except keep the other $1900 until she knew what was occurring. The total that were about to be sent by wire was $7500.

One thing that is evident is that the romance never ended. During this entire time which spanned nearly three months Romeo Two persisted in his romancing of Jane Two. There were references to YouTube videos that each would listen to from the other. He would chronically send emojis and pictures of beds with roses all over them.

All these bed images carried the same sort of color content. They were always white and red as if the same photographer put them together. I think the consistency was so the women could anticipate more of the same.

I think Romeo Two is a medical professional. I believe that much. He would try to scare Jane Two into thinking he was having a heart attack due to Daughter Two. 

Jane Two wasn't stupid, she knew she was being manipulated at some level. She never allowed those thoughts to become her dominate thought about her tormentor though.

Today, she believes her bank and the current balance of her accounts is in the red. She had no understanding of ACH deposits or that they could be fraudulent.

In all honesty, I don't believe this is anything except the men that solicits women off of LinkedIn. But, the women see it differently and I express their feelings about it. In this instance, Jane Two believes there is a conspiracy out of India because of some of the culture issues that manifested.

The consistency in the stories is interesting. They are all experiencing the same type of presentation and issues of complete unyielding trust of their tormentor. 

I have the two checks from this case and I will post them following this entry. I also have a picture Jane Two had that convinced her Romeo Two was real and living where he stated he was. The issue with the hospital is more than suspicious and I don't think a hacker took the money misteriously. The hospital address is more than suspicious and probably is not related to the hospital at all, but, what is all that stuff about the nurse and WhatsApp.

There is someone intervening to keep Jane Two in the loop of providing money on demand. If Romeo Two has such a spy program within his possession he could be the monitor of all monitors capable of tracing Jane Two's emails on a regular basis. There are gaps in their communication. Romeo Two stated he was a doctor responsible for patients and emergencies. Jane Two accounted for hours and even a day here or there as Romeo Two being a busy medical professional. 

Romeo Two is no longer on LinkedIn, at least not under the same site. 

Romeo Two to the rescue.

So, everything was going wrong for Jane Two. Nothing she has tried has succeeded in bring Romeo Two and Daughter Two together. That was her only wish. While Romeo Two was promising to come to be with her as soon as he reached his daughter and took her home briefly to Germany to rest and get ready for the trip to the USA, that was not Jane Two's goal. In her mind she was far too old for Romeo Two and her only priority was to get the two back together so Romeo Two could have access to his own money and care for Daughter Two.

Jane Two was looking forward to receiving her money back as soon as Romeo Two was home in Germany, too. He continued to promise this to her. Shortly after the $500 disappeared into thin air with no hope for recoving it, there little Jane Two could do. She had spent nearly every dime she had available to her on repeated attempts to get Romeo Two out of his circumstances and/or the medical issues of Daughter Two. 

The circumstances with Romeo Two became obviously fraught with strange things happening. First there was scheduling a vacation and the cost. The email was strange there, too.

Jane Two was to write to this email and they would provide all the details in securing a vacation for Romeo Two. That is what it was called regardless of the urgency of the matter. There was an unamed general who was very sympathetic to the reason for a vacation, but, could not approve air transportation to Romeo Two's daughter. 

The cumilative costs are as follows:

Laptop - $2000

Medical care - $1000

Daughter Two food in hospital - $90

Daughter Two Travel - $500 that disappeared

Romeo Two's Travel - $3000, It was decided Romeo Two could take a vacation to attend to his daughter. That was paid for but when it came time to leave Romeo Two didn't have his medical card and he could not fly anywhere. The medical card would cost $1500 to replace it. 

Fraudulent checks - $4000 plus bank fees

This is where the banks fall short of protecting vulnerable women. I will get into this in the next entry, when Romeo Two came to the rescue.

So, besides months of time and stress in dealing with these issues it cost Jane Two $10,590.00.

Jane Two writes to the German Ambassdor for help.

Her goal is to have Germany take care of Daughter Two and to bring Romeo Two to her bedside. Once he is outside the country where he is a vital part of the team he will have access to his own monies and things will be better for Daughter Two and for Jane Two as Romeo Two has planned to pay her back "every penny" she has put into this effort. Remember, he is the man in love with her and he wants to prove he is capable of earning plenty of money.

That is another thing. During the "Us Against the World" part of the conversation between these two people Romeo Two states he has amassed a large amount of money and investments and wants to build his own hospital. Jane Two once again allows him his bragging rights, but, she secretly thinks he is exaggerating and doesn't understand what it costs to build a hospital and he is stating he will build it in the USA. Since they are both health care providers she will have a place at his side in running the place. Jane Two knows better than this, but, she allows him a wide birth on all this because of the country he states he is involved in as a medical professional.

This is the reply from the German Ambassador in the USA.

The German Ambassador was very kind to her. He engaged her several times while she was making her statements about their dire circumstances. He asked for three things to help, a copy of both persons passports to determine their German citizenship and a receipt from the hospital. As soon as he has these things he will send an envoy to the hospital to check on Daughter Two.

She writes to Romeo Two and to the doctor caring for Daughter Two. She explains she needs a few documents including a receipt of care provided with monies already paid. Nothing is forthcoming. Romeo Two writes back that in his mission they don't use passports because dangerous people might get their hands of them. He cannot provide any ID of any kind otherwise he would be remanded to a holding facility until his time was completed. The doctor for Daughter Two ignores the requests. When Jane Two asks again she is ignored still yet again.

Once again the doubt slowly creeps into the picture, but, she shrugs it off allowing two pictures to dominate her conscience. One is the pictures where Romeo Two is wearing the mask and the other will be presented at the end of this set of entries. It conclusively provided to her this was all legitimate and this was not a scam. She writes the German Ambassador again and explains what Romeo Two stated and that the doctor is not sending any documents. The Ambassador states the same words to her in the face of any proof she believes she has. He politely apologizes, but, without some form of ID he cannot move to assist as he is unsure they are even German citizens.

He is correct. This is an outrageous situation that does not lend itself to any reasonable resolve. Jane Two continues to reaffirm her beliefs according to proof she has received and continues to assist all the people involved. 

Shortly after the contact with the nurse, Daughter Two is to be discharged but does not want to go back to the Maritime academy. She wants to come to the USA to be with Jane Two and finish any healing there away from the place where she was sexually assaulted. Jane Two still does not know Daughter Two is 16 years old. She still is thinking this is a minor child in need of someone to care about her.

In correspondence with the hospital which is labeled as such in emails. Strange email for a hospital but they use WhatsApp so who knows for sure. The nurse is writing after she writes to the hospital directly. All must be okay. See example below right:

The discharge of Daughter Two is discussed and the hospital states it can provide a private jet with a nurse to take her to the USA. The hospital employes a private jet service to bring patients home in an international theater. Get this, the jet service is provided by the doctor's brother. With that plans are made and Jane Two is asked for $700 to cover the cost of the travel for Daughter Two. She corresponds with the doctor and the hospital accepts $500 immediately and $200 to be paid in a month. This is the best news Jane Two has had. She will finally have Daughter Two in the states and be able to explore the potential of her staying until her father is free to take care of her. Jane Two never explores any legal issues or if bringing Daughter Two is possible, but, surely the hospital knows what it is doing.

There is a weird one. As per usual Jane Two sets out to send the funds to the hospital. She doesn't send them to the doctor this time, she sends a $500 gift card to the hospital directly at the address provided in all the emails to date. She receives and email in return shortly after sending the payment for travel. It stated the card had no monies on it. The purchase receipt was sent and that didn't matter. The hospital states it was not Jane Two's fault, but, something has gone wrong and the gift card has no value.

Jane Two looks up the Gift Card on the card website and there is a charge for $500 to an Apple Store in Nashua, New Hampshire (click here). She calls the store and speaks to one of the assistant managers. He states this sort of thing happens alot at the store. He recommends making a report to the Nashua police and state that Apple has a refund policy for any of the monies they can recover. 

Jane Two goes to the Nashua, New Hampshire, USA Police website and files a complaint stating the facts and the store where the recommendation was made to contact them. The doctor to Daughter Two writes and states he is sorry there was such a terrible mix up, but, someone must have taken the card information and used it before the staff could recieve the funds. Now, Jane Two is finally hearing the words from the German Ambassador. She is thinking how could such a thing happen?

What about a spyware program? Hm? Now she was thinking.

Military-grade spyware licensed (click here) by an Israeli firm to governments for tracking terrorists and criminals was used in attempted and successful hacks of 37 smartphones belonging to journalists, human rights activists, business executives and two women close to murdered Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, according to an investigation by The Washington Post and 16 media partners....

Jane Two read up on this which stated it was very expensive to purchase, but, Israel was allowing the purchase to those interested. The program is estimated to cost about half a million dollars US. This was such a far out thought as to how such a program could be involved that she dismissed it for now. In the time to come she would consider that Romeo Two was involved with a UN mission. It is not so strange to think the UN mission could have purchased such a program to keep people safe and know what was transpiring around the compound. Could Romeo Two have such a program on his phone or since she was involved iwth a vital person at the mission was her phone and emails tapped and monitored. She was more and more concerned about an invasive entity in this and didn't know what to think. When she wrote to Romeo Two about it, he dismissed it as bad luck and a hacker.

So, I am convinced this is some kind of sophisticated con job, right?

Jane Two is in over her head and after she sends off the gift cards through Gmail, she takes a step back and decides there are some facts she needs now.

She writes to the doctor taking care of Daughter Two asking for the name of the hospital where she is. The doctor replies. Nasantasi Hospital in Istanbul not very far from the Maritime Academy. So, Jane Two finds the website to the hospital, writes in English to the information center and asks for more information about Daughter Two. Get this, the hospital responds and who makes an appearance, but, Daughter Two's nurse. Take a close look at the website because there is a "WhatsApp" on the front e-page. That is important and I will tell you why in a moment. Remember I am thinking at this point, dumb and no one with an organization like a hospital is using Gmail.

Next thing Jane Two knows there is a nurse writing to her about Daughter Two on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is listed on the Hospital Webpage. Now, how are you feeling about Jane Two? Did she do the right thing? She believes so. Is there any vindication for her? In this instance and knowing Daughter Two is receiving care, yes. But, in the long run, this relationship turns very sour and there is significant fraud and deceit to follow. The events with Romeo Two that follows over the weeks that are to come brings a huge shadow of doubt to all that occurred up to now.

At this point Jane Two is overwhelmed by all this and seeks help from the German Embassy. There are several in the USA and she calls to ask to speak to the embassador there.

This is the picture of the nurse and her family enlarged. I am sorry, but, the man in the picture looks like Matt Gaetz. Wasn't he under suspicion of having sex with an underage girl? Strange coincidence. I guess Jane Two didn't think about the similarity and question the source of the scam.

This evening is going to go beyond 12 midnight if I am to get all the details on this blog. Knowing that, I need a break for a few minutes and I will be back to finish the story. Like I said there has to be some kind of network or sovereign authority involved in this and I will put it all here.

The trauma

Jane Two is delighted to be in touch with Daughter Two. Daughter Two is motherless and her father is absent while she attends a military school (Maritime) academy in Turkey. They correspond and one of the first emails received from Daughter Two is the fact "Dad really loves you. I hope you don't hurt him, he doesn't deserve that." 

It was somewhat sophisticated for an 8 year old, but, she isnt' 8, she is 16 and that subject never comes up until much later. The location of the school is conveyed to Jane Two by Daughter Two's doctor in an email. He definitely stated capital M, "Maritime" as to the military academy. It makes sense for a 16 year old, but, not an 8 year old. So while some of these clues crop up from time to time for Jane Two they don't really trigger the "need to know" someone talking to her future husband would ask. Jane Two is completely disarmed from her self-interest. Completely.

So, Jane Two and Daughter Two are getting acquited over emails that have a history of few days, it comes up that Daughter Two's laptop is broken. Jane Two expresses concern for her studies and then asks what it would take to fix it? It couldn't be that expensive. Daughter Two states she isn't sure. In a subsequent email she states the computer is hopelessly in bad repair and it would be better to get a new one and could she send $2000.00. Jane Two looks at a few financial things and asks for the bank address to send the money. 

Jane Two asks to have the school provide the information for the money to be transferred. Two days later there is a SWIFT CODE provided for a money transfer.

The next day Jane Two is waiting to hear if everything has gone well and there is still no word of the money arriving. Okay, so it can take a few days, this is Turkey after all. While Daughter Two is waiting for the Laptop to arrive she decides the best way to get an email out to Jane Two is to go for a walk to the public library. She does this twice, on the second email she states she isn't feeling well. Now, this is an eight year old girl as far as Jane Two is concerned. 

Next thing she does is write Romeo Two and tell him that Daughter Two states she isn't well. Remember this is the time of COVID, so there is a little bit of a panic in all this. Romeo Two responds that he has received word from a doctor at a Private Pay Hospital that Daughter Two has been sexually assaulted. He states the memo from the doctor conveys an urgency to pay the money for Daughter Two's care because they won't allow treatment without payment.

Like, what? Remember Jane Two is thinking this is a young child and the hospital won't provide care without payment. 

Romeo Two sends the physician name and mailing address to Jane Two. Jane Two immediately writes to the doctor in Turkey and asks what the procedures were at this unnamed hospital and why wasn't Daughter Two already receiving treatment. At the same time, these horrible emotions are running through Jane Two in that how could anyone carry out this horrible attack on an 8 year old child.

The doctor replies there needs to be payment as Daughter Two has internal injuries and has lost a lot of blood and is unconscience.

So there it is. The trauma that ignites the flow of money to Turkey or at least what appears to be Turkey. Now, there were a lot of questions for me, too. Why did the responsibility of his perfect stranger fall to Jane Two's shoulders? Where is dear old Romeo Two and his flight from this horrible circumstance to Turkey to be at the bedside of his daughter. There is an answer that makes no sense to me, but, hey considering the place he works and the idea of being able to send off money and jump on a plane is really interesting. 

Before the trauma, Jane Two and Romeo Two had a conversation about Daughter Two needs in monies to the school for her expenses and the need for a laptop. Romeo Two states something like, "Yeah, I know these are all issues Daughter Two had right now, but, I have been here far longer than I ever planned and the reason why there aren't available monies for anything." Additionally, he is not allowed contact with the real world as that could present real problems where he is and he is not allowed to have money where he is because of where he is.

So, Jane Two has no working knowledge of what a UN mission would do in far away lands with a Christian missionary that is not an employee in regard to all these issues. In the meantime, Daughter Two is bleeding to death in a hospital somewhere in Turkey. Jane Two writes the doctor caring for Daughter Two and asks for information to send money. The doctor wants $2000.00 and oh, by the way, the money sent to the school at the above Swift Code address is already spent except $100 and they are sending that money over for Daughter Two's care. So that leaves a balance of $1900 before any care can be administered.

Long about now I am thinking this dame is dumb. But, given her understanding in the moment, what would I do? I would probably let the President of the UN know what a stinking lousy deal this all is for this small family of two and Romeo Two needs to be on a plane to Turkey. After doing that I would probably want more specifics, like the name of the hospital and the room Daughter Two is in and stuff like that. Jane Two is not asking those questions and she is completely invested in the fact she has a relationship with this girl and she is willing to be more invested.

The next day she writes the doctor again and states she can only come up with $1000 and that will have to start care. The doctor agrees and states he will provide the hospital with $1000 of his own money considering the difficult circumstances of Romeo Two. 

This is the hospital Swift Code and number. None of this is confidential and nothing regarding any of this is marked confidential. The doctor wants the money to start treatment otherwise Daughter Two will die. He has no idea who Jane Two is or the relation to Daughter Two. By every standard I know this would never happen because of issues of confidentiality and the rights of parents. Jane Two is not listed as a guardian and there is absolutely no  reason why this is occurring as far as I am concerned.

But, get his. As Jane Two is preparing to go to her bank the next day, she gets an email from the doctor stating it would be quicker to send Amazon Gift Cards as payment. Does Jane Two stop to ask, like what? Yes, she asked this pecular idea to who exactly? She asks this question of Romeo Two. He states that is a little strange to him to, but, if that is what is going to get Daughter Two treatment, then do it. Jane Two goes to a local drug store looks up Amazon Gift Cards and on the back it states they are only good to purchase items at Amazon. Like, no clue, right? That still doesn't stop her. She writes to Romeo Two again. She shows him the fine print and then proposes to use AMEX Gold Cards to satisfy the doctor's demands. 

I am feeling sorry for this woman, but, she believes Daughter Two is in danger and nothing will stop her in bringing any danger under control. 

She purchases $1000.00 in AMEX Gold Gift Cards and sends images of them to the doctor via a Gmail address. Now, the use of Gmail is really an oddity to me, but, in the far reaches of countries like Turkey maybe this is status quo.
