Class Action Lawsuit

This country is facing unprecedented and unjustified attacks on its justice system because the president insists on living a lie as part of his politics.

There is a fact that continues to be true beyond all others in that the attacks upon lawmakers and police on January 6, 2021 did happen. The facts are widely known and documented. In that lies a truth that is irrefutable.

There is another truth in that the demands by the current president regarding a botched election where he was to take office were also investigated widely. All the election outcomes in question were recounted and election machines were reviewed. The results of all those many inquiries were that President Biden was rightfully sworn into office.

The truth is the truth and just because Trump wants to lament over it doesn’t change the facts. No populous dialogue or enormous sets of pardons is going to change those facts.

I believe career agents, be they CIA or FBI and others such as Border Patrol and ATF are dedicated to this country because they take the brevity of their oath seriously. Their training alone takes a great deal of time resulting in somewhat of a select process within the their ranks. They put their lives on the line as any law enforcement officer does. They are special and important in ways that maintains national security and domestic peace.

These people are vital to our country and are in many ways irreplaceable. What they are experiencing is the anger of Mr. Trump and his retribution POLITICS with a real attempt to rewrite history. The president’s directives and those of Mr. Musk can be characterized as Anti-American and wholly dangerous. It is also slander that will follow these agents the rest of their lives.

I believe this requires a class action lawsuit ending the presidential order as it is based in false accusations with deleterious outcomes for the agents and this country. This would be a move to protect and defend the country and the integrity and dignity of the intelligence agencies of the United States of America.

These agents lived the truth of January 6th and its aftermath. They had peers in the Capitol Police and local District of Columbia police die due to the attacks on the USA Capitol. To say the attacks of Trump and now Musk are continuing cause the agents a great deal of distress. We as a country do not need more casualties of January 6th. We don’t need lies to replace the truth.

A class action lawsuit intended to end the executive order and maintain the status of the mission of these vital people must go forward. It is correct and lawful to do so.

The judges can make all the correct decisions, but, if the Trump camp continued to laugh in the face of the entire country, then we have a problem. To some extent allies need to bring pressure to bear and end the recognition of the executive branch as legitimate when they remain in defiance of every court in the land.

We still have military leaders in control that love this country and have sent men and women to die for this country. Their allied counter parts need to be in touch with them so everyone is in the same page. If they obey a criminal president in acts against the USA Constitution they swore to protect they will be as guilty as Trump and his cabinet minions are right now.

They are not equivalents.

We need people who love this country to speak up.

Musk has willingly assaulted the USA government without any intention to respect the USA Constitution. Former Secretary of State Clinton never did that.

The USA space program has a very long history of incremental achievements spattered with occasional losses. Many of those losses of human life surrounds the idea that space EXPLORATION can be made profitable.

Space exploration is a frontier and nothing more. Whether or not space travel will ever mean human beings will be able to SURVIVE to establish outposts that lead to communities on other PLANETS has yet to occur and will not occur so long as criminals take advantage of our brain trust.

Shrouded in gold probably. I doubt he can surpass the marvel that is Dubai. I hope Trump has Netanyahu’s blessing otherwise we will be dropping bombs on each other.

There isn’t much left to Gaza. Leveling it should not be difficult. So, I guess in leveling it with a stone crusher run over top of it, then adding poured concrete should take care of entombment of any human remains still rotting there.

I think this latest delusion of Trump’s clearly spells out his mental illness. Besides being stupidly delusional he has absolutely no concept of decency or governance.

Trump doesn’t value any life except his own and the grandeur that is suppose to surround his greatness. His subjects have to worship him or die.

There is a truth about national defense as illustrated by the collapse of the Soviet Union. A military has limits. It is why the nuclear capacity of the world far exceeds any rational thought. Leaders of countries capable of producing those heinous weapons (Russia’s hideous weaponry in particular) just keep producing more and more of them as if it is realistic to use them. 

Countries have borders for a reason. There is a limit to every country’s defense. When that limit is reached the borders are established. That has been the case from time beginning. 

The USA has established the greatest military ever to the history of the world. Even when there are mistakes made as with the Osprey this country overcomes them out of sheer will and American loyalty. But, that military under the leadership of idiots can fail. 

Now, delusional Trump’s imagineering sees the world as his oyster. NOT. He needs to be removed from office. He has clearly illustrated he is incapable of leadership of this country.

Mexico?

It is correct to remove tariffs from a country that struggles to feed it’s people, house them, rehabilitate climate destroyed land, provide clean water, and have an adequate amount of military strength to fight drug cartels.

It would be best if military leaders of both countries meet to form a strategy to end the existence of drug cartels.

It would be best if the USA military would work with Mexico’s leadership to ensure the 10,000 Mexican soldiers are effective and safe. One of the problems that plagues Mexico is the fear of the cartels and the loss of law enforcement in deaths from actions by the cartels. It is one thing for the USA to fight drug gangs in the USA and quite another thing just the other side of the Rio Grande.

You see, Mexico’s law enforcement can’t be everywhere. They can’t be engaging drug cartels while their gangs and members slaughter their families. That is the reality of the Mexican side of this. It isn’t a lack of will to end cartels and prevent illegal immigration, IT IS ABOUT ABILITY to do so.

It will serve no one’s interest if Mexico’s military is demoralized by a cruel reality in their personal lives. Sometimes the USA carries the burden of “Good Enough” when actually everything that can be done is being done. 

The problem with the politics in the USA that brings these outrageous demands of others is that it is so VERY DAMN MYOPIC.

There have been victories since the last time we tried to secure the southern border. President Obama brought the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel to justice and he is now in prison. President Biden was able to secure Guzman’s brother to face justice. China has established manufacturing in Mexico which can strengthen the Mexican economy to improve law enforcement and national security. Jobs help people live better lives if they have good wages. My guess is that they don’t.

But, since Trump is single minded we can try again. The USA military should help with planning and deployment. Texas has called up two National Guard units. We don’t want them shooting each other across the border so it will require at the very least communication.

What is so very sad is that Trump coerces and seeks to intimidate other countries’ leaders (in their shot hole countries). That is not diplomacy nor a well educated leader of a First World country. It is also dangerous. Where does the intimidation stop?

It is very decent of the Mexican president to rise to the occasion, but, let’s face it, did she have a choice?

The latest power grab by Trump is supposed to look as if he is cutting the federal government spending to save Americans tax dollars. One thing to remember is that Trump doesn’t do anything that doesn’t benefit him. An example is his and Melania’s crypto coins. They are making money in fees while those purchasing the coins are losing money as the coins are losing value. But, there are much bigger global issues easily stated as corrupt and highly questionable.

South Africa should file lawsuits against the presidential orders that affect USAID.

The G20 is a big deal (click here). These are all emerging economies with a big stake in global affairs. The countries of the G20 rotate leadership. Well, guess who is slated to take leadership next year? Trump. Yes, indeed, the billionaire real estate deal maker where everyone losses their shirts due to bankruptcy except Trump will have a USA delegate as leader of the G20.

So.

Why not cut off aid to our friends and allies at the G20 with cessation of USAID and have them grovel for US dollars when Trump has control of its leadership? Hm? Why not?

To simply prove how diabolical Trump is, the expression “…and they will like it.. “ comes directly out of his power playing when bankruptcy is filed. Trump’s debtors are always price gouging Trump so he portrays bankruptcy as the only means of building hotels and casinos. Trump is always the victim.

Trump exploits others to enrich a grand lifestyle. That has always been the case and now he has the entire world economy to bankrupt for his own purposes. I quote, “…they will have 25 percent tariffs and like it.”

Donald Trump, yet alone Musk-rat, cannot alter USA programs, including USAID.

The leaders of these programs no matter domestic or international are absolutely correct. 

I hearken back to September 11, 2001 once again. After the attacks Former President “W.” Bush demanded an explanation as to how something so heinous could occur in the USA. It was discovered that the intelligence agencies weren’t communicating with each other. The way to solve that was to create an umbrella authority in Homeland Security. 

Once the decision was made to CREATE Homeland Security it had to pass Congress. Of course, there was little objection except that the agencies, such as the FBI, NSA, and CIA, would continue to have their own leadership, but, now there was authority over them that could receive information and decide if there was a greater threat the individual agencies didn’t find.

The problem with DOGE is that it is an independent and private entity at this point. There is no real power provided to Musk and is faux authority and access is illegal. There is nothing wrong with Trump seeking advice from private entities, but, that is as far as these people go.

I would not expect Musk-rat to have any authority in the future. He is not an economist, knows nothing about governance, and has enormous conflicts of interest. What is so concerning is his very early access to a little known agency called Bureau of Fiscal Services which really falls under the Treasury Department.

The Bureau of Fiscal Services is a little known agency because there are no major decisions made by these folks. These are Americans that move money around according to the laws before them. They are responsible for printing Social Security checks and veterans checks. They do the mechanical part of policy.

Shortly after Trump was elected Musk showed up there. Someone told him where money is disbursed to pay bills. There is no major policy issues with this office. This is strictly where money is sent out by the USA Treasury. There is absolutely no reason for Musk to be there unless he wants to interrupt the business of the day of the USA.

You’ll excuse me but that is nothing but BALLSY behavior.

We were lead to believe DOGE would be a benevolent entity with all sorts of good news about trimming the federal government and its budget. The Bureau of Fiscal Services has absolutely nothing to do with any of that. This is strictly a place that pays the bills. This bureau simply follows rules laid down by Congress and signed by the president.

What is of concern is that Musk infiltrating this bureau can cause people problems. It is not difficult to imagine Trump’s retribution coming to play by preventing payments from leaving the Treasury to the recipient. Not only that but superimpose Trump’s order to end grants. The hardship that would be caused by Musk in lockstep with Trump is enormous. It is why Trump has rescinded that presidential order. 

At this point, DOGE is proving to be a menace to the smooth operation of the federal government. DOGE must report its activities to Congress and if there is any funny business it must prosecuted. These are the tax dollars of the American people. This is not Musk-rat’s toy to do as he wishes. 

As far as I am concerned such ballsy behavior is way outside the rhelm of normalcy. I am not saying that Musk is stupid or unable to conduct the business he does, but, disrupting the federal government operations from a bureau that basically has no power except insuring the disbursement of the USA Treasury is way out of line. He has issues that we can’t solve for him. Carrying out such ideology from this bureau is a national security issue.

No one more than me and I would expect Congress would love to find ways of reducing fraud and abuse. The Medicare offices carry out such investigations all the time. It is not like this is a new concept. But, to have someone with enormous conflicts of interest simply march into a well functioning bureau is criminal. If DOGE is to have a place in OUR government it will be legislated by Congress with forthcoming recommendations enacted by Congress.

The people of this great nation have rights and DOGE is not going to remove them by angry Yes Men to Trump.

Online there are all sorts of people speaking about magical methods to lose weight and treat diabetes. When it comes to diabetes they talk about type two diabetes because they don’t want the liability of children becoming ill or worse.

Vaccinations are not enough for these guys, they want to destroy the ObamaCare Standard for treating diabetes. There is no way that drinking warm water will solve a problem with high blood sugar.

Drinking warm water will force high blood glucose out through the kidneys which in time results in kidney failure. Glucose molecules are large and does damage to tiny blood vessels in the kidneys, ultimately destroying their purpose to the human body.

When injections like Ozempic or Mounjaro are taken it is to lower an A1C of greater than 7.0. Somehow that gets lost in the translation and all that is important is weight loss. 

But, the ObamaCare Standard of treating diabetes demands supplies for testing blood sugar without a copay. The BidenCare Standard for diabetes goes further and requires the insulin to be no more than $35.00 per month. 

When Trump cuts grants to the healthcare industry he is causing changes in the affordability of the supplies, insulin, and doctor visits with lab reports. Don’t think for one minute that cutting grants was a benign act. 

For Donald Trump, he would be happy with the Russian style of medicine. There is one set of hospitals and standards for the elite and another for the poor. It is sort of like having one MRI in the center of the USA with long lines in all directions. 

During the “W” Bush administration we saw the loosening of lunch standards for schools. Obesity in children increased. In the Obama administration we witnessed a first time overhaul of the school lunch program with real objections to sugar in children’s meals to help fight obesity leading ultimately to adult onset type two diabetes.

The last thing this country needs is a population handicapped by quackery. A healthy lifestyle is needed by all Americans  that comes by trusting the doctor and following the directions to improvements. 

Those people making videos to complete with highly educated AND licensed medical doctors are quacks. We have seen this before during the first coming of Trump, including the pandemic. Any assault in Medicare, Medicaid, SHIP, or Tricare is an attack on the health and well being of the American people.

This is the fifth (2 military, 2 civilian, 1 technology) major incident with flying since Trump took office. 

We are a country of nearly 335 million people and growing everyday. We are a first world country today with high use of technology to provide quality of life.

We don’t run on prayers or artificial intelligence alone.

We need highly skilled and qualified people being paid what they are worth with incentives to stay in demanding and stressful jobs. If DOGE is cutting personnel and payments that at all reflected in these incidents and those to come there needs to be charges filed.

These incidents are not minor and are eroding our economy at the onset of Trump’s second coming.

The one person in this administration that would prove to be a real asset to the country has turned into a “yes man.” 

This issue require diplomacy based in solid facts. A USA Secretary of State cannot simply land on foreign soil and begin ranting about seizing the ownership of an international canal zone. If that is Rubio’s intention he could set off international tensions that results in war. The retaliatory tariffs are just the beginning. The USA overnight is becoming a pariah.

If there are known and provable violations to the Panama Neutrality Treaty that is a matter of moving legally in a variety of venues long before any show of force may occur. Sorry, but, Trump’s approach is insanity. 

The USA can’t simply throw its weigh around without impunity. There has to be factual evidence of violations to the Panama Neutrality Treaty as demonstrated in an open international forum before the USA Secretary of State can be taken seriously and sanctions leveraged. Sanctions on Panama is the first step to correcting any course. The USA can’t simply invade Panama, take control of the canal, and start collecting money for passage. That is a very hostile act.

Trump believes his own lies and the U.S.A. is getting into trouble. This stuff is really terrible stuff Trump is doing. When is he going to be stopped and proper steps taken? The USA will never have an income from the canal again. It can only apply pressure to force compliance  to the treaty. There will be no forceful takeover. Congress would never sanction such a war after the 90 day executive branch window expires. China will show up if something that aggressive occurs. 

The USA Congress needs to make it clear to Trump that 90 wars will be a solid basis for impeachment. Cohesion by the order of the president to the USA military is NOT an option anywhere in the world. Such aggressive actions by a USA president will result in payment of reparations and increased taxes on billionaires to pay for Trump’s Commander and Chief’s toying with lesser countries.

A first strike nuclear attack is never a surprise operation. Any nuclear weapons release sets up Earth into a nuclear winter that makes it uninhabitable. The nuclear age was over, except for peaceful use of the technology, before it ever started.

It is still a deterrent to conventional weapon aggression. That is the reason countries like Iran and North Korea propagate weapon stockpiles.

Imagine how many homes could be bought for disadvantaged families instead of expensive homes. Would $250 million solve the homeless problem in New Jersey?

Somerset County, New Jersey on January 25, 2022 had 220 homeless individuals. That was individuals and not families. So, if Musk had purchased those high end homes, there would be 110 homes left empty in Somerset County, New Jersey.

The point is, this election cycle has abandoned the standard of our forefathers of the USA Constitution.

Would George Washington ALLOW himself to be so corrupted he would accept a presidency purchased for him so long as he delivered for his benefactors?

There is no debate about this, the answer would be unequivocally no.

Never in their wildest imaginations would the founders of this great nation stipulate money was a citizen. Never. Not in a million go zillion years. The Founders would look at the USA today in disgust and disbelief. They would disown every ounce of corruption that exists today while looking for a sturdy prison to LOCK UP every participant.

The Founders of this great country were pure in their ideals and true to the benevolence of their new constitution. The United States of America was designed to remove oppression and hate. It was to remove any potential of an autocratic leader. The people were to be free to find happiness and prosperity. 

Folks will point to slavery to defame the founders, but, at the time of the Revolutionary War the state of play was dictated by the King of England. To honor those founders, it was merely 100 years later when another war broke out. This time the colonies were fighting each other to remove the sin of slavery from life in the USA. The proud ideals of 1776 were still alive after the founders had passed away. 

As a citizen in this country it has always been a matter of pride when the flag is raised and what is displayed is a very real longevity of freedom. Donald Trump wants to change all that. He wants to take the truth of the bedrock of this country and create an autocracy. Anyone reading this knows that is the truth.

The USA has become corrupted by people that buy elections. That is the NEW truth that cannot be denied nor ignored. Our founders have delivered a new truth to all Americans by the mere reality of two wars intended to preserve and expand freedom. The Civil War was exactly that, the war to expand freedom.

There is a new truth in the USA and it is that truth most important now before we lose this magnificent democracy to plutocrats that treat money as citizens if not their god. 

Americans need to walk in a different light and seek honorable people that disdain money as a citizen. Elon Musk was suppose to have one vote as a naturalized citizen, not a quarter billion votes. No one can deny the election of 2024 was bought with millions and millions of dollars US. That is the absolute reality we must hold as truthful.

Vote for those that pledge to end the plutocratic nightmare and return sincere freedom and democracy to the people. It is not hard to do. The candidates simply need to denounce the plutocrats’ agenda created out of fantasy and lies. They don’t need any other message. The Plutocrats are extremely guilty. It is not difficult to see and discern where a USA citizen needs to apply their vote.

I would encourage all to write now and continue to write to federal and state representatives denouncing the corruption that pervades our elections. They too need to come to terms with the weighty issue of freedom vs. oppression and an abandonment of everything wonderful about the country.

Write and continue to write and then vote for the candidate that will protect our democracy and stop the infiltration of money into elections that corrupt so deeply. This isn’t difficult, but, it is absolutely necessary to return freedom and prosperity to all people of this country.

Remember what good a quarter of a billion dollars could bring. Return governance that works for everyone and not just a few that can purchase elections. We have to do this. The state of play has been handed to us by plutocrats. We need to return the vote away from the corruption of money and back to the people. We need to be proud of our leaders and the governance of a country without hate or violence.

All the firings of USA government employees…

…aren’t because they did a bad job; quite the contrary; they did a great job. Now, if they leave Trump can destroy their work and change history.

I would encourage all displaced federal employees to complain to their unions and archive their work at the Library of Congress, along with presidential records. 

This is really very sad.

This isn’t about how much money it takes to be elected in a free society, it is about the disproportionate amounts of money it takes to have Trump loyal to democracy.

The only candidate that came close to an eight figure donation was Former President Joe Biden. But, Trump beat him by having a take of more than 10X (times) or basically nearly 1000% over other candidates.

Why does Israel have to do this at all? 

The USA is Israel’s strongest ally. So, why this mess of money to candidates? Is Israel so afraid of being overpowered it believes it has to buy loyalty? If that is the case then it is criminal in character.

Recalling the first Trump presidency, there is a square named after him in Jerusalem. There is also a settlement yet to have one house named after him. No other American president has ever been included as an iconic designation in Israel, yet alone Jerusalem.

So, Trump had some really obscene money and still does in his coffers, but, more than that, in his pocket. Possibly, the pockets of his family. The Trump family are not babes in the woods. Every one of them had to posture themselves into reality to avoid prosecution in regard to the debunked family non-profit.

With Don, Jr. and Jared Kushner still chasing money, it is easy to realize they learned nothing from previous probes.

In order for the Israeli people to feel secure they literally had to incorporate Trump’s name into permanent Israeli infrastructure. At the same time this rush to loyalty happened, the Palestinian embassy was emptied and moved to a basement. Trump made it clear where Palestinians stood in his priorities. Trump could not care less if every Palestinian was wiped from the map.

The point is that USA elections are based in qualifications for running that once elected has the ability to service the country’s best interests. Selling out to Venezuela is no real fix, it simply kicks the can down the road. 

To realize what is going on is to be concerned for the future of the USA. If Congress does not stand up to Trump and his corruption, the USA will be corrupt as well. There is no telling with a corrupt nation where the USA will conclude in four years. 

Trump isn’t going to be running again and there is no reason for him to have vast amounts of campaign monies. All those outrageous amounts of money need to be donated to charities, the most needy are Asheville, North Carolina; Los Angeles, California, Haiti, and the Palestinians.

For the global imagine of the USA to be held in honor, these charities must be served so they can in turn care for those displaced and vulnerable.

Israel will always be a top priority and with it’s remarkable brain trust and economy will never need charity.
