The UK’s SWF is to drive investment in energy such as offshore wind shore wind farms. It focuses on climate.

That is very different than Trump’s ideas. He wants the USA to own businesses instead of paying taxes. In other words the USA will own Wall Street. It would appear China is to benefit from it. It is a national security issue.
