There has been a military coup in Myanmar stating there was wide spread voter fraud in the November elections. The military has taken the freely elected Aung San Suu Kyi government into custody before they were to take office.

Great things are happening in Washington, DC

I don’t want to sound like a cheerleader, but, President Biden is making everyday exciting. Between him, Senate Majority Leader Schumer and Speaker Pelosi there is much that will happen to benefit the people, hence, the country.

I strongly believe the threat of SARS-CoV-2 will be over by this time next year. I still am concerned about the children’s well being. My estimation was that as soon as the adults were immune then the children are safe. Now, I am hearing that immune people can spread the virus. For me that is counter-intuitive. Once people are immune they have no virus to spread. I am hoping this idea of immunity spreading the virus is just an old wives tale. 

I am hopeful more than ever that the climate crisis is on its way to being resolved. The problem strangely enough is still the persistence of the oil and gas industry. When will they get the message that the age of oil is over. Evidently, there are still oil leases being sold out of the Interior Department. I thought all that was on hold so proper assessments can be made. When does the corruption stop?

That brings me to the stratosphere. Yes, Earth’s stratosphere. I am still reading. This is the picture that is starting to come together. There are two studies that address a change in the stratosphere both in water vapor and temperature and get this after a decrease in water vapor in 2001, the increase started in 2002 and is continuing. 2002 is the year when the vortexes appeared in the North Atlantic and North Pacific. In other words the tropospheric vortices interface with the stratosphere just enough through the Tropopause to lend water vapor to its gaseous contain. That is my estimation and not the words of either study. 

The problem as I am concerned is that it had been nearly two decades of vortex dominance of the troposphere. The unhinged polar vortex has existed year after year now for six years. There is a consistent mixing of the two Earth atmospheres and one study suggests the Mesosphere as well. It is appearing to me to be a dire scenario that gives the impression of homogeneity becoming a threat to life on Earth. 

As soon as I find the evidence that I think exists I will put it here. I need to read through IPCC conclusions before I go much further with this, but, I believe it is time to admit the petroleum industry is adverse to life on Earth.

Any meeting with Biden...

 ...requires full social distancing and plastic barriers as well as masks. I remind that 69 Representatives and Senators have contracted COVID-19. All in all 123 Representatives and Senators have self-quarantined for one reason or another. 

A big room with high ceilings could accommodate a better meeting. A virtual  meeting would be best. A virtual meeting could accommodate Democratic leadership as well.

False Face

On December 21, 2020, Marjorie Taylor Greene attended a meeting with Donald John Trump. In the video outside the White House, she makes reference to the January 6th insurrection. That is the earliest record to date. Can't find it on YouTube but that doesn't mean anything. I think I heard the reference yesterday evening on an Al Velchi program when he stood in for the host on "The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell."

Everything on January 6th was premeditated, even the gallows. Greene made a reference to it on December 21, 2020. 

The 45 Republicans in the USA that cannot bring themselves to vote for conviction of Trump have a false face. They cannot obey their oath of office while courting extremist voters.

“...that I take this OBLIGATION freely, without ANY mental reservation or purposes of evasion;...

There is just no way that a US Senator can live up to their oath of office and not convict. I think the Republicans evade their responsibility every time they accept fringe demands as their own.

In reflection on January 6, 2021 was there treason? Yes. 

The Supreme Court in two instances clearly stated there needs to be physical acts of war or giving aid and comfort to the enemy for treason to exist. On January 6, 2021 there was domestic terrorism which is an act of war. That day there was property damage, which was considerable, there were national security breaches in stolen material both computer and paper. If anyone has Pelosi’s laptop by now it is probably Trump.

Beyond the property damage there was death and injury. One death was that of a Capital Police Officer leaving behind a wife and children. There were also injuries. Some injuries are of seriously maiming with disability. I believe that injuries were levied on 140 people. There was also ambulance at the scene to rescue people to a nearby hospital. 

There was reason in this act of domestic terrorism.

Was there sedition?

Yes, most assuredly there was sedition when Trump spent considerable time in a speech that day and in previous days to attempt to organize any such persons to a purpose to destroy by force or violence democratic processes to elect the next President of the USA. Having no legal process to place himself as president, after innumerable legal challenged, Donald John Trump attempted to overthrow the government by disregarding the USA Constitution Rule of Law

These laws and Supreme Court precedent separate an actual act of treason and/or sedition from symbolic forms of free speech such as flag burning.

What occurred on January 6, 2021 and the days and weeks leading up to it cannot in any way legitimately be interpreted as symbolic free speech.

The Midwest Storm

To validate the concern about the snow storm headed to the Midwest, expect it to be severe. Yesterday and the day before I saw flicks of birds flying east. I wouldn’t expect that.

Ranchers with cows or horses in pastures need to be ready to bring feed to them.

The fringe are really dangerous.

A vote for Matt Geatz, the snow bird candidate of Florida is a vote for treason.

Marjorie Taylor Greene won a default election. The Democrat running against her was divorced by his wife forcing him to move in with his parents so his children could stay in their home. The move to his parents home placed him outside his district. Even living outside the district the Democrat still received 40 percent of the vote. 

The GOP knows Greene will not be re-elected, but, the GOP wants her fringe supporters from around the country.

Migrant children expulsion

Just because a federal appeals court allows unaccompanied migrant minors to be removed from the USA after crossing the border without immigration papers doesn’t mean that is USA policy. 

The children at the border can be tested for COVID-19 and its variants while being taught the dangers of the viruses, the usefulness in protecting life by wearing masks, distancing and clean hands.

I am sure President Biden will once again institute asylum laws with proper precautions of testing and physical wellness for children. It will be a way to say to the world the USA still sets the example for compassion and humanity.

I look forward to being proud of my country again.

Biden’s administration is attempting to find the parents that were separated at the border from their children. This time the children are unaccompanied so the decisions are easy. For THOSE Americans that want to keep them out because they would be a burden to the country, I remind them there will be 500,000 Americans dead by February. There is plenty of room for the children.

Capital Hill Bomber

If the bomber is local, there will be someone who can identify him or her. I think it might be a woman. It was the walk that gave me that idea. But, I could be very wrong.

At any rate, “Have you seen....” posters might work. You know the posters. They are about 8X10 inches because they are usually printed on a home office printer. They are commonly used to look for pets. Right? A picture with a brief description. 

Even if the person is out of the area, she/he had to do an in person research, no different than the the 911 bombers. The 911 guys staked out the New York buildings with cameras. However, if the Capital Hill Bomber, while doing research very well may have been seen. If that person was in an ally rarely visited except by residents it would be alarming and in that moment possibly a bit of a bonding with the moment enough to strike a memory.

Door to door questions by uniform officers and/or FBI would bring concern by the neighborhood and people will put their memories to work.

The Flint water crisis case may soon be headed in a new direction.

Defense attorneys said the judge doesn’t belong on the case because of where he lives. Some legal insiders believe it’s a tactic to get the case moved out of Genesee County to an area where a jury would be less connected to the thousands of children impacted by the public health crisis.

Joe Biden’s Transition Team for the Pentagon was denied access to the Pentagon staff and records by Trump because he was worried there would be a slip up in regard to the insurrection. The change in Major General Walker’s authority is proof of it. The insurrection was an inside job and Trump lead the way. The Biden Team was given access at the last minute because the insurrection failed. There was no alternative. Zero 

Russians are up against the leader of the communist world.

The continuing demonstrations in Russia is very heartening to the free world.

I need to write far more so let me find a perch and I will be right back. I believe all those arrested are magnificent heroes to the Russian people and great inspiration.

This is the first time I have heard of a repeated demonstration by such large numbers of Russians. The first demonstration was tens of thousands and was very, very impressive.

In the past demonstrations were of interest but they were easily squelched and not repeated, but, this time it is different.

Let me tell you about Putin and his disappointments to the West.

Vladimir Putin is the leader of the communist world so the plight of the Russian people reach beyond Russia’s borders. Putin maintains “his posture” at the expense of the Russian people. The people of Russia carry a profound burden as an example of communist oppression. Currently, not so much.

Putin maintains that global posture so no one else in the communist helm has to. Automatically, global citizens under communist regime LEARN what will happen to them if they demonstrate and rebel against oppression for the desire of free expression.

Even China with all its human rights abuses appears attractive as an investment for Plutocrats because of the SHADE Putin supples to communist countries. Plutocrats like to think they will have a billion Chinese consumers to exploit. It has been nearly a half century since 1972 when Nixon went to China. Are there a billion Chinese consumers? Of course not. 

Oppression and Wall Street is a very powerful tool. Oppression by Putin, who is a very wealthy man no different than Viktor Yushchenko when he ran to asylum in Russia, knows where his strength lies in the world and that is served many purposes. He will not relent.

If the Russian people sincerely want to have free and fair elections without threat of retribution these demonstrations, no different than the strength of the USA movement of “Black Lives Matter,” must continue to completion. Of that I am certain. The people of Russia need to assess their future and commit to force changes in the society, hence, their government.

The West will do what it can and is why it is so important Germany stand with the Russian people and not another leaky oil/gas pipeline with Russia. The sanctions must work.

Vladimir Putin has made himself so important that he freely breaks promises and laws to stay in power. He has established a separate hospital for himself and the elite of Russian society. He has his own network of oppression and survival.

The police that do his bidding must see the truth about Putin and freely decide to back their friends and neighbors to end Putin’s oppression. The Russian courts must see all of this for what it is, desire of Russians to be treated with dignity, have their votes count and live with a country they provide for themselves through benevolence.

Stop accepting threats of violence as partOf the job.

Congresswomen and Congressmen are not exempt from the law. File charges against the members making threats against other members. I am sure there are witnesses as these bozos say their threats in the open. The same goes for hometown threats. If they insist on violence or the threat, they belong in jail. There are temporary holding cells in the Capital building. The Capital police know how to arrest unruly Congresspersons. They are a threat to the smooth operation of the people’s business.

NO GUNS IN THE CAPITAL BUILDING!

The Capital Police have a right to a safe working environment.

Subpoena information

 The current COVID-19 Task Force is stated to be slowly receiving information and mostly not at all when it comes to accounting for individual vaccine doses. The AG office should step in and subpoena the information. It is a national emergency and cooperation is slow in coming. There is no choice and being patient is not working.

As President Biden plans to open schools...

 ... please first conference with mayors of major cities, especially now that we know about the variants. 

Chicago Public Schools opened under the Trump insistence. Ten thousand students returned to in person class. As the days worn on students began to return to stay at home virtual lessons. 

The demographic of the returning student was primarily Caucasian. The Hispanic and Black students stayed home. Everyone could guess why, but, the childhood and young adult deaths from COVID-19 are strongly leaning minority. 

There is no child vaccine.

Simple answers for in-person classes at any level of education does not exist. I strongly believe school openings is a case by case basis depending on virus statistics in children but also adults. Adults must be well to care for children. 

Take it slow. The children will lead the way when they are ready to be among each other. My personal experience is that there is anxiety even in the youngest of children while wearing their masks and using hand sanitizer. When a child feels threatened they miss their parents when normally they wouldn’t. I think students in the classroom with other children are obedient to the demands on them but are distracted at the same time in a way that normally would not occur. I just think they belong at home where they feel secure. What is the expression? “You are damned if you do and damned if you don’t.”

Did Paul Ryan provide the model for the narrow casting?

“Narrow Casting” as exampled by the relationship between Trump and Fox News needs to be outlawed because it breeds decent in a civilized society that is unfounded and threatens sovereignty in democracies like the USA and Europe. It provides a disruptive tool to the enemies of a democracy. 

Infotainment when constructed with lies and narrow casting has to be outlawed. It is like yelling fire in a theater, only the theater is democracy, freedom, and liberty. Narrow Casting when constructed with lies is the enemy because it supplies the danger to the sovereign state.

To those who state Trump was an irresponsible practitioner and therefore it isn’t the stylized broadcast of lies that is the problem, but, the practitioner. Fine, but, Trump was an irresponsible practitioner and Fox News allowed and even embraced it for its own reasons such as ratings which equates wealth. That proves the danger is real and the fire needs more than a single fire truck to put out the blaze. It takes the National Guard which was delayed by the same irresponsible practitioner costing hundreds of injuries and deaths to precious people that were loved and admired for the care they exerted to our nation’s capital making it safe for children to visit. 

The people injured and dead should file a class action suit against Fox News and its practitioners. Fox News never stopped to ask whether they should conduct lies as if facts because they didn’t care about the outcome. News is news even if it is self-generated. Or is it something else dangerous and maiming?

When were the US House members in DC to be sworn in?

Were the members in the the Capital? Because if she was in the US House in the Capital building she brought the insurrectionists for the tour. She most likely provided information (a map) as to where Speaker Pelosi’s office and the offices of the other leadership is within the Capital. Was she there during the insurrection? She now knows where the “safe rooms” are in the Capital. What was she doing during the insurrection? Who witnessed her during that time?

Gainesville, Georgia

 A poultry processing saw the deaths of six people today due to a ruptured liquid nitrogen line. 

This is the kind of incident government in Washington, DC can do something about and must do something about. The people in Georgia work hard and this is the kind of danger they are facing. Six families tonight are without family members and a paycheck.

OSHA must take an active role in these incidents. Fines are not enough. That plant needs to be made absolutely safe for the workers. That means OSHA does an inspection of the facility and reports every infraction. Then unions should be invited to demand better working conditions in their contract. The two new US Senators along with the district’s US House Representative need to visit the facility with a federal solution for making working conditions better.

The people deserve to be safe, but, while fines are appropriate what is also appropriate are grants or low cost loans to these businesses to bring about safe working conditions. Follow-up inspections every six months is in order until the facility is safe for human beings and not just profit takers. 

The families need to hold the employer responsible, but, in the south the state legislators have basically removed all liability from the worst of businesses. Lawyers have lost leverage and businesses know it. It is important for the federal government to impose a presence to be the sheriff and be sure breadwinners continue on the job until retirement.

This is the kind of neglect of the value of human life that exists in the USA. It has to stop.

Masks work. Social distancing works. Hand hygiene works.

New coronavirus cases are down 25% since the peak on January 8, 2021 with 845,285. Yesterday the new cases were 602,255.

Joe Biden’s America is recovering from the deadly virus SARS-CoV-2. He has every right to be proud of his administration and the response of the American people.

Variants

The variants of SARS-CoV-2 appear to be somewhat limited so contact tracing can be utilized.

Traitors

If the US Senate does not convict Donald John Trump it will solidify Republicans, as well as Democrats, to defeat those that don’t care about the USA Constitution. There was a lot of money spent to protect the US Constitution in the 2020 election by both parties, as well as huge efforts of truth telling occurred; that hasn’t stopped and will continue. 

The Republican base has already begun to abandon the Trump paradigm and will continue as extremists are prosecuted and imprisoned. It is amazing to realize Republican Senators are cowering in the corner from Trump because his vengefulness will lead to a divided party. They aren’t interested in their own ability to be re-elected based on their own strong character to protect the USA Constitution. Republican Senators, at least 45 of them aren’t interested in truth telling.

Trump was a flag hugger. The real flag is was hugging was wrongly the USA red, white and blue, but, more correctly the Russian red, white and blue.

Trump will primary most if not all the current Republican Senators anyway. Republican Senators for the most part are party before country and under Trump it is toxic to freedom, liberty and democracy.

Constitutional Conservatives need to plan to primary the cowards of the Republican Party. I remind Trump wants to destroy the US Constitution. The truth hurts.
