There is a ceasefire between Pakistan and Afghanistan as of today, is my understanding. The shooting began over terrorist groups having a safe haven in Afghanistan. The Taliban are denying it.
ISIS is know to have been carrying out crimes in Afghanistan. Is that no longer the case? If ISIS is still in Afghanistan then Pakistan has every right to demand containment and arrests.
