He doesn't play by the rules. When he has power he decides based on what he decides is fair or unfair based on loyalty. His actions are bizarre and unexpected. It is why he is annoyed and surprised at the decisions of the Supreme Court. The court applies the rule of law. We just witnessed that. Trump decides within his own ideology based in what benefits him. He is the judge and jury and there are no rules.
It is why there is a Deep State. Because only he is playing by the rules that matter and that doesn't include statutory law.
I hope the pollsters have modified their methods since 2016. Trump voters ARE NOT LIKELY VOTERS. They are casual voters motivated by hate. His turnout is unknown.
