The World Health Organization regularly reviews global disease and issues announcements of successful eradication of disease. The global community needs to adhere strictly to the WHO guidelines. Trump and his bunch are capable of great tragedy.

The WHO does not think twice of confronting the USA with the truth. During the pandemic of COVID-19 the WHO announced the number  of cases, and deaths in easily understood graphics. 

The WHO has been a reliable source of information since its inception.

It is rather amazing how naive people revert to superstition when presented with Free World generosity to scale back or eradicate disease. Superstition, even in the form of religion creates a sense of security if they are long held beliefs. 

If I may use fiction as an illustration?

Ever watch the movie “Apocalypse Now?” There is a scene in the picture where Marlon Brando admires the tenacity of natives that removed vaccines from their children in the only method possible. That scene illustrates how naive people unfamiliar with Louie Pasteur’s finding seek to return to what they know when morally challenged. 

When the Free World steps in to improve the quality of life for others there sometimes a need for education. An example of that are the flyers and humanitarian air drops to the people of Afghanistan before Americans parachuted in. There is a picture of a GI riding a donkey provided by an Afghan man who read the flyer.

So, when someone from the Free World arrives to validate fears of vaccines there is a dynamic of change that occurs. A paradigm shift of power. That power shift occurred when RFK, Jr. landed in Samoa. The question is why, and what did he get out of it even if it was just for sport? It is called motive.

The Mayo Clinic recommends identifying a family at risk with early intervention to help parents avoid harm to an infant.

Yet, with astounding testimony to the wrongful conviction of Robert Roberson the Texas Supreme Court decided on the idea that somehow Texas legislators were attempting to only prolong his life.

The Texas Supreme Court is wrong in all counts. Assigning a decision based on the importance of academics is as least as bad as the practices of the Roberts’ Court in DC.

With such overwhelming evidence to Mr. Robeson’s innocence the Texas Supreme Coirt should have been appalled and ordered at the very least a new trial.

The Texas Supreme Court is not recognizing separation of powers. The courts have no right to decide what hearings are prudent to the legislature. If a freely elected legislature decides they need to understand fully

what “Shaken Baby Syndrome” is and how it is applied to the death of a child, then they have a right to not only hold a hearing but to have any and all witnesses testify.

The purpose of any legislative hearing is to recognize a need for laws to be written to best serve, in this case, the people of Texas.

There has been an outcry to stop Mr. Roberson’s execution for all the right reasons. What the Texas Supreme Court is saying is damn the facts and the rights of the Texas legislature. Basically, they are saying death of an innocent man is right to serve as a deterrent and damn good lesson to inadequate parents.

The Roberson conviction and most recent Texas Super Court decision needs to be set aside through the actions of the Texas governor. He could order further investigation to all the facts furthering the cause of justice.

Robert Roberson is not a first degree murderer. The death penalty is clearly wrong.

NATO needs to educate Trump.

Preferably with every interaction. So, here are a few tips. 

Trump has intractable personality disorders, Malignant Narcissism is the umbrella outcome. But, additionally he has a short attention span and behaviors are as a patriarchal leader with an extremely good brain that knows all and sees all. Omnipotent powers abound.

He is only as good as his advisors and they ain’t much. So, he is extremely easily lead except by those he hates and that includes NATO. You guys haven’t paid him off. That is the reason for his ideological obstruction.

As long as he believes he is the most power man in the world backed up by the corruption of the Supreme Court and a powerful military he can leverage against any resistance to his ideological demands. Everyone along the way needs to set him straight, including the members of the G7. None of his ideology is based in wholesomeness, humanitarian values, and least of all democracy. 

Don’t underestimate his desire to kill. I believe death dominates his thinking. He didn’t even give a damn about his close friends or his own brother. The mask he wears is self serving. 

Private meetings are dangerous and will require body guards to be IN THE ROOM within ARMS length away. He is not to be trusted. He will make an excuse and kill for sport. Trump has been given permission by the USA Supreme Court. He is itching to use it (click here). He means it. If he refuses to allow bodyguards in the room within arms length then cancel the meeting. The contents of the meeting with Putin in Helsinki is still unknown to the world.

I think it was very wise for Chancellor Schultz to call Putin. It initiated an understanding before Trump could completely pollute the waters.

The country’s affiliation and power will go to the highest bidder. Trump will profit personally with every transaction. He did it last time with Saudi Arabia. The Saudis paid Trump through rent of two floors of the Washington Hotel. Trump assassinated two Iranian generals for his ill gotten gains.

There is a real problem with the permissions the Supreme Court has granted him. He will be scrutinized for his ability to cause harm to others in all his interactions. Trump may become isolated by international partners. He basically had the right to personally kill while carrying out duties. Trump is a problem for many, many people other than those he wants to round up.

The face of the USA will change very quickly if his powers are not monitored by Congress. The War Powers Act allows him 90 days. A National Emergency can be called by Trump as the Executive of the government, but, all those presidential powers will require the legislature to continue Trumps intrusions. Trump is a corrupt wacko that can do a lot of damage. Congress needs to be responsible and not just a rubber stamp.

Oh, by the way.

The Senate filibuster is still a real defense for the country.

The RNC is tired of paying for Trump’s lawyers, so he put them at the top of the DOJ so they can continue to protect him and conduct his business.

Matt Gaetz is completely unqualified to be AG. He was chosen because he is under qualified to be AG and will need advisement in a department that will have to function without a rudder. He has to modify policies to continue to carry on with minors and no longer face legal peril.

All Trump’s choices so far are too under qualified for any of the positions they are appointed. But, that is what Trump wants. People confused about the power they hold so he can be the all knowing, all seeing patriarch that can advise them, when in fact, he is grossly under qualified, too old, and completely outside the legal definition of sane as he has been all his life.

Trump’s executive branch is always going to be doing the wrong thing. Always. The Republican legislature will have to lead and put up with Trump’s grand standing. Thune was a good choice for the Senate leadership. Johnson is a known entity. They both need to recognize the strength of the leadership of a strongly bipartisan legislature that is putting the American people first as well as their national security. 

I think we have reached a point in governance in the legislature where a government shutdown is out of the question. Johnson has come out a winner in standing up to MAGA. No one should diminish the importance of that fact. The legislature is not as far out on the edge as some of its members are. The legislature can put the crackpot courts on their heels, too. They need to take care of the country because the Executive Branch has a slumlord in office who has never known good management practices so much as gangland style corruption that serves his own interests. Trump is a convinced criminal as well as owning high liability in his personal dealings. That cannot be erased.

The USA government at all levels will not be a circus with Trump as ringmaster. Governors need to protect their citizens. They are the people’s first line of defense. Governors are powerful people.

I take it Musk didn’t just offer Iranians a ride to Mars. The last thing the USA or Israel needs is an enhanced rocket program from Iran. Trump is an absolute idiot. Musk is completely circumventing the USA State Departments and Israel. He is most likely in violation of current sanctions. 

The Trump administration is already placing the USA and allies at risk. There are grounds for arrests for everyone involved. 

This is all back room dealing. How much of a kick back does Trump get with business deals with Elon? That is all any country has to do to compromise the USA, say the word peace with wealth for Trump and a dreamscape for Musk and USA national security is surrendered. So much for the Powell Doctrine.

Musk is in every decision that Trump makes. This isn’t the Trump 2nd term, it is the Musk first term. There is a lot wrong with this picture. Trump makes the phone call and Musk is deployed.

This is not how The Rule of Law works. First ground work is laid by the USA State Department and doctrines are written and signed before any direct connection with the President of the United States of America. No business man can approach a known enemy of the USA and makes deals. Hank Paulson became USA Treasurer in order to negotiate and develop business ties with China. This is so far out of the laws of the USA, all involved including Trump can be held for treason. They are compromising the strength of our military. Yemen has been firing rockets at US ships for crying’ out loud!

This is beyond classified documents. It includes unknown plans within Musk’s enterprises and the power he needs that compromises the USA. Otherwise, why do it? Musk didn’t pay millions to elect Trump out of friendship and political enthusiasm. Musk went to Iran without any authority what so ever.

Israel and Iran are at war, including terrorist regimes backed by Tehran. This is an outrage to the national security of this country and its allies. I don’t give a damn what Trump says, this is way outside any existing laws.

What is most obvious is that this couldn’t wait.

Why?

They all drank Trump’s Kool-aid. They are operating outside all forms of international law and the safety of international security. They are complete idiots for even engaging these dialogues. Musk is taking his security credentials where they were never allowed to go. Trump is using Musk’s security credentials to circumvent USA policy and law.

That’s enough. This country didn’t fight wars with USA blood do some wise guy billionaire can do as he pleases with our country’s security and place footseys with autocrats and communists.

What are the rest of them up to? There were extremely wealthy people throwing a lot of money at Trump. What goes on? This is why he was elected, because he is easily bought, and a puppet besides. Trump is their front man.

If Trumpism was watered down by the Dems having control otherwise the full display of adversity would not be realized. Trump will rubber stamp everything he is given to sign. He will break international laws. Americans will suffer and die under Trump’s administration. Those voters need to know what they did. Those voters are not sheep and will come to realize the monster he is.

Yesterday a Louisiana ruled against MAGA legislation that forced all schools to display the Ten Commandments. The USA Constitution is still the law of the land. Americans should not give up, Trump will not win over time.

Decades of time has passed if not a century scientists have warned Americans about climate. Decades of every method of communication that exists. Helene was a tipping point and I guarantee even now Americas “don’t get it.” Earth will win that argument and until the end, Americans will ignore all the signs along the way.  That form of denial is exactly what Trump is about. The truth, to him, only gets in the way. He is a criminal. What else is there to say?

Lansing - County clerks (click here) would like Michigan voters to know that unofficial election results are just that — unofficial and potentially subject to change.

Errors in the initial results the state posted from Kent, Kalamazoo, Leelanau, Calhoun and Allegan counties threw off totals by close to 50,000 votes.

That's less than 1% of the more than 5.5 million ballots cast statewide, but the updated unofficial numbers will likely change the anticipated outcome of a statewide race for the MSU Board of Trustees and potentially impact one state House race and at least one local race.

Clerks stress that in cases where initial posted results were incomplete, the actual results — and therefore the actual outcomes of races — never changed. The votes were in those cases correctly tabulated. Where mistakes happened, they say, is in how the initial results were reported, with some results from some precincts being initially omitted from what counties and/or the state posted online. Any such errors in unofficial numbers would have been caught in the canvassing of the results, which in many counties is still underway, but in fact were caught before the canvasses even began, clerks say....

Americans should evacuate Haiti.

Words have meaning and when a presidential candidate threatens the lives of Haitian immigrants it carries brevity to their reality. 

The USA is going to have a very difficult time in the world. Homeland Security needs to tighten things up, there is probably some real hatred of Americans in the air these days.

The State Department might want to review where things stand at this point in time and publish alerts on their websites before Trump takes office. 

A president of this country can’t extol lies during a campaign only to retract them later. Trump and his minions are known as racists and religious bigots. That doesn’t go away overnight.

What has the earthquake situation been like in Haiti? I haven’t kept up with it or any deaths registered because of that lousy fault it sits on?

Without a functioning government to alleviate suffering the rebels will become more powerful.

An assessment to the problems these last set of earthquakes have caused is in order and perhaps some high altitude flight with food and medical supple drops maybe in order. I would be sure there isn’t any anti-aircraft weapons before supplies can be parachuted down. 

Haiti deserves our compassion. They don’t have to be great allies in order for us to understand their suffering. Haiti has it very rough. It is nearly impossible to improve functioning for the citizens there because of the earthquakes that occur.  It is like taking two steps forward and ten steps back all the time. 

That domestic reality is the reason the people there want to immigrate to the USA. Haiti is a near border country. Their problems are our problems. It is a matter of being a good neighbor. 

There maybe some very rough realities these days, but, in all honesty Haiti borders on being another failed countries such as Somalia and Yemen. Their realities are very hard to live with and it is not uncommon for violent regimes to take control of the streets and any resources.

When countries fail it is a wide open opportunity for enemies of the USA to find a foothold. The USA does not need enemies in Haiti. We should find a way to relieve suffering and encourage economic importance as a method to move out of poverty.

There will always be a lot of need in Haiti and the USA has a reason to be vigilant.

Between storms, poverty, and earthquakes will they ever get a break?

President Biden needs to sign some executive orders.

President Biden should examine the use of the federal death sentence in remaining federal cases. Some of the federal cases can be commuted to life in prison without parole. A case by case review would allow racist hate crimes to stand. However, any racist hate criminals on death row will most likely be commuted by Trump to life sentences with the possibility of parole. 

President Biden really should pardon Hunter Biden from any and all charges against him, past or present, so he can get on with his life uninterrupted. Hunter deserves to be forgiven. This isn’t about indulging a son, it is about what is right and wrong. Trump will persecute Hunter, and any other Biden family member, for the preservation of his politics. Joe needs to stop the assault against his family, and I do mean all his family. Joe deserves peace and happiness in his retirement. 

I don’t know if he wants to give Vice President Harris a brief presidency, but, it might be interesting. She could take Hillary as her Vice President who would preside over the electoral college proceedings, which might be even more interesting if any inconsistencies were found from this years election.

But, either Joe and/or Kamala should do all they can from the Executive Office to return a benevolent climate to Earth. 

The Democratic Party is being beaten up on a regular basis in the media. The Biden administration should carry out every Democratic value across all cabinet levels before leaving office especially in ending hate.  The American people will need every advantage “the citizen” can get before Trump takes office. There should be a maze of regulations that are worthy of court proceedings to slow down the assault against citizens. 

Protect labor.

End Citizens United which was a court decision and not legislation. A very bad court decision. Granted separation of powers is an issue. 

Give women the right to self-determined healthcare. 

Convert earmarked monies to a positive balance in Social Security.

Stop Corporate Capture Act

Make dreams come true, Joe.

Basically, secure the USA Constitution.

Oaths and the Rule of Law is under attack by the MAGA bozos. Being civil is not the MAGA forte’.

Stall the aggression. There is no supermajority in either house. It is morally correct to do so, both from a humanitarian standpoint, and the fact people accepted Trump campaign statements at face value. One of the statements frequently heard among Hispanic men voters is that the Vice President lies, as only Truth Social (Trump’s propaganda media) has a corner on “the truth.” While most of the Free World recognizes Trump’s pathology in chronically lying and recreating the truth, enough voters believed his lies.

Trump allows it to happen. He doesn’t care about what is being said or done because he is too busy looking for money. 

When policy is passed into law then there is something to report. There is no truth coming out of the White House anymore. Kelly Ann Conway alluded to that the last time this crowd had power. 

The REAL media is best working with local and state governments and non- governmental organizations, international partners, like the BBC, and small business for their reporting. There is no there there in the White House anymore.

The real media needs to look for the truth and report it when found. After inauguration, the White House is as bogus as its occupants. 

The mainstream media assumes Trump actually is a leader. All he wants to do is eat hamburgers and hand power to others that actually want it, right or wrong. 

His loser girlfriend, chief of staff, wants to set up the cabinet as if Trump is CEO and all his secretaries are subordinate CEOs.

DONALD JOHN TRUMP is the leader of a Banana Republic. He is not qualified to be president of this great country. He was never qualified to run his own business. He knows nothing about governance. Nothing, nor does he care to know.

He won’t be impeachable because the Republicans have the Senate. By some small miracle the Dems may hold the House. 

When Paul Ryan lead the House they passed three bills on two years. It was the best thing that happened to the USA at that time. 

Judith Miller is the moral equivalent of Truth Social, a dunce with a notebook treated as a prima donna that will create a faux atmosphere in the country so citizens are screaming kill, kill, kill. That is Truth Social.

In this case, and the reason I did not comment on the report, Trump’s propaganda machine wants this country of people to believe he has control of the situation and it is he and only he that can accomplish peace, otherwise known as surrender in most circles that recognize the difference between surrender from diplomacy. 

Kindly step back from the brink of promulgating civil war by Trump the Second Coming. 

Governors are the heroes of the climate crisis.

As time goes on the climate is being more and more unkind. State geologists are invaluable.

Currently geologists are braving very dangerous terrain to understand what happened in western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee.

The link here is from Phillip Prince (Click here) . He is another magnificent surface geologist with incredible insight. The section of mountain he examines is very telling and something no one expected.

The water from Helene came out of the sky with such force it created hydraulic pressure that blew the top of mountain off and sent it like a slurry down the mountain with incredible velocity unearthing everything in it’s path.

I don’t lie or make exaggerations in saying these mountains are not safe and the same can happen again.

Governors need to not only under the levers of emergency management, they also need working knowledge of the potential of a deadly climate. If I were to advise the governors it would be to tap the magnificent resources, both faculty and students, of the state universities to provide the best working knowledge of the effects of the climate, what state emergency management means, where land can become so compromised it will become absent as in erosion, and ultimately where people will be safe. 

None of this is in the job description because the USA has never recognized the climate crisis and preferred to look at these incidents as weather problems. Weather is not climate, however, climate does dictate weather. 

We know the propaganda Trump administers completely denies the dangers that await every American when it comes to climate. That has to be tempered by governors with insight and the best outcomes for the people. 

Democratic governors will be attacked for political leverage because they are smart, dedicated, compassionate, and a real threat to be president in the future. Emails. Emails. Took Hillary away from us. That is exactly what FOX News and other Trump minions are up to.  The Dems have to rise above the frey and actually take care of people.

Blue State Governors

I doubt I have to say this, but, the governors are going to have their hands full with anger turned loose by Trump. He and his minions thrive on it. I think it best if governors concentrate on their states and expect their House and Senate members to worry about Washington, DC. 

The governors have to assume there is nothing coming from DC in the way of funding. Washington, DC is now where Trump lives and everything there is his to laud over. Those elected to the House and Senate need to protect the people of their states as best they can and not get tangled up in Trump territorial fights. 

I really see the governors and elected DC officials as a team to protect the people that elected them. People’s eyes will be open in the not too distant future and no one really has to do a thing. Trump and his minions simply can’t help themselves. 

Personally, I like to keep a journal of life and how the oppression on the horizon affects my life. I imagine government officials keeping their own journal full of insights will be extremely valuable before too much linger. 

The people of January 6th…

…caused the death of six amazing and devoted officers. Those people currently incarcerated for their crimes are going to walk free. 

Donald Trump will never be viewed as a law and order president. Not one day.
