Thank you, Russ Buettner, Susanne Craig and Mike McIntire for your dedication to the truth. This is a brave thing. Very brave.
The Congressional Budget Office, (click here) or CBO, published its latest “Budget and Economic Outlook” which covers 2020 to 2030 on Wednesday, January 29. The 88 page report projects the Federal government receipts and expenditures to calculate the yearly Federal deficits and total debt, and it forecasts various economic metrics such as the economies growth rate and employment numbers.
President Obama entered office in early 2009 in the teeth of the Great Recession. Not surprisingly, the deficit exploded from $459 billion in calendar 2008 to over $1.4 trillion in calendar 2009. As the economy recovered the deficits shrank to a low of $442 billion in 2015 and was $585 billion his last year in office.
President Trump on the other hand was handed an economy that was growing. In 2017, his first year in office the deficit grew to $666 billion, was $984 billion last year and is projected to be over $1 trillion in 2020 at $1.02 trillion. This would be a 74% increase in just four years and going forward the Federal deficit could escalate to $1.7 trillion in 2030....
The Democrats had the plan for the minority communities before Trump mimicked it.
Senate Democrats (click here) say they want $350 billion for minority communities in the next stimulus bill to address needs ranging from child care to infrastructure, adding a new demand as lawmakers prepare to start crafting another massive virus relief package.
That would add to the $3.5 trillion plan recently passed by the Democrat-led House and endorsed by party lawmakers in both chambers. The Senate Democrats’ propose getting $200 billion of the amount by tapping unspent money from a fund set up in the massive stimulus measure approved in March that facilitates corporate lending by the Treasury Department....
The states with high rates of infection and sustained infection rates are all Red States. Are they just not that bright?
Latest Map and Case Count (click here)
With the exception of Puerto Rico, Minnesota, and Illinois, the Red States are exhibiting a real lack of plans to end the virus infection rate. This is astoundingly ridiculous. The Governors can't get it right? There aren't that many equations for success.
The death rates are increasing in states where the cases of the virus are not increasing. This very well may be the aftermath of the virus. These deaths occurring in states where the virus is mostly contained is most probably due to the long-lasting effects of the infection.
South Dakota has at least two large hot spots within their Native American Reservations. In particular, Pine Ridge (Lakota) and Sisseton Wahpeton (click here) tribes. They need help. There may be more problems in the Lower Brule (Lakota) as well. The rest of the increase in South Dakota appears to be in larger population areas. This is all about masks, social distancing, and hand hygiene. Close the bars and there will be an improvement.
There have to be non-profits working with areas of the country to supply food and medicine. They need to help the Native American tribes become a far more stable community in relation to the spread of the virus. They may need airlifts to bring seriously ill members of the tribe to hospitals with ventilators.
The Tribal Affairs Bureau (click here) is within HHS. It is important that the arm of HHS be in touch with all the tribal areas and have plans to assist. They need funding and they may not know there are monies, supplies, and help available.
Debate masks, social distancing and hand hygiene.
Joe Biden has been exceptional in his caution of SARS-CoV-2. He wears masks and obeys the six-foot rule. Goodwill needs to be set aside in recognition of the danger Americans face today.

When someone like Coney-Barrett comes along the decisions, minority or majority, will reorder society.
Barrett is a political pick, not a qualified candidate. She is a crackpot. The USA is not the Vatican.
This is an extremely rare photo (click here) where she can be found outside a black robe. She is anti-everything, including democracy. There is absolutely no standing for her PLEDGE to be against stare decisis. There is no one who can change the words in the US Consitution no matter how hard they try. Stare Decisis is a fact, not an opinion. Barrett is a crackpot when she can't even fall into line with stare decisis.
Barrett's opining will frequently stand in opposition to the judicial wisdom of the great Supreme Court Ruth Badar Ginsburg compositions. Barrett's opining is very arbitrary political and not thoughtful.
20 U. Haw. L. Rev. 835 (1998) (click here)When Is an Innovation in Order: Justice Bader Ruth Ginsburg and Stare Decisis
Predictably so, she is a favorite "Federalist Society" darling. (click here)
Her decisions will be to enslave women to their bodies and oppress their rights and choices in life. A fact of life is that a woman's capacity of reproduction and the degree she engages in pregnancy HAS TO BE LEFT TO THE WOMAN. There isn't anything else to say.
We have seen the tragedy of declaring a fertilized egg a person. There will be investigations into every miscarriage and women will find themselves living alone rather than with a man in or out of marriage. If Barrett has her way, married women will need permits to have intercourse with their husbands in order to become pregnant or she may even demand married people only engage in the assistance of a clinic to become pregnant insuring the child will not be a bastard child.
She has absolutely no experience to have her understand the place of the court in the lives of Americans. She is an originalist which means she sees only wealthy white men have control over the US Constitution. The TONE of this White House exudes only that priority in it's racist stances and promoting violence by White Supremacists.
White Supremacists is proof of this White House leanings into originalist goals.
My views are not alone and not new. She is a known commodity to be a crackpot. She is not qualified nor is her judicial proceedings to date helpful to the people of the USA. Who goes up against the Supreme Court's Chief Justice unless it is to force her nomination as a political favorite.
September 28, 2017The nominee, Amy Coney Barrett, a law professor up for an appeals court seat, had raised the issue herself in articles and speeches over the years. The Democratic senators on the Judiciary Committee zeroed in on her writings, and in the process prompted accusations that they were engaged in religious bigotry.
“The dogma lives loudly within you,” declared Senator Dianne Feinstein, Democrat of California, in what has become an infamous phrase. Senator Orrin Hatch, Republican of Utah, accused his colleagues of employing an unconstitutional “religious test” for office.
Ms. Barrett told the senators that she was a faithful Catholic, and that her religious beliefs would not affect her decisions as an appellate judge. But her membership in a small, tightly knit Christian group called People of Praise never came up at the hearing, and might have led to even more intense questioning....
...She later (click here) became of a law professor at the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was a member of Faculty for Life, an anti-abortion group at the university. One of her mentors was law professor John Garvey, now president of the Catholic University of America.
Garvey collaborated with Barrett on a 1998 law review article that argued that Catholic judges may recuse themselves from death penalty cases because of the church’s opposition to the death penalty.
The law review article drew attention during Barrett’s 2017 hearing in which she was confirmed to the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals at Chicago, according to Politico. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., mentioned the article when questioning Barrett about Roe v. Wade....
She is not a competent practitioner of the US Constitution.
Joe Biden actually has an economic plan. Trump doesn't have one. Period. He doesn't have a cohesive economic plan.

A victory for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, (click here) a Democratic takeover of the Senate and defense of the party's House majority in the November elections would be the best outcome for the U.S. economy, according to an analysis released Wednesday by Moody’s Analytics.
In an analysis of potential Election Day outcomes based on the economic proposals of President Trump and Biden, Moody’s found that a Democratic sweep would bring the quickest return to full employment, highest number of jobs added and best rebound in economic growth.
“The economic outlook is strongest under the scenario in which Biden and the Democrats sweep Congress and fully adopt their economic agenda,” wrote Moody’s Analytics chief economist Mark Zandi, who provided economic analysis for the late Sen. John McCain’s (R-Ariz.) 2008 presidential campaign, and economist Bernard Yaros....

On an incredibly historic day in the laying to rest Ruth Badar Ginsburg, it is appropriate to remember her nomination to the Supreme Court.
August 5, 1993 (click here) the current Democratic nomination for President of the United States of America, Joseph Biden from the Committee on the Judiciary, presented the Late Justice Ginsburg to the American people after thirteen years on the [DC Circuit] Court of Appeals. Thirteen years of federal experience in a high profile judicial position easily qualified the Late Justice Ginsburg for her most important role in the history of the USA Constitution.
The family, their attorneys and their government representatives are standing there alone.

Sorry to interrupt such brotherly and sisterly love in the country...
... but, there are reports of two leaks in the International Space Station and one is effecting life support.
What spacecrafts are up there as escape vehicles?
What is going on with ISS? Funding cuts? Maybe channeled money to Space Force and possibly “The Wall?” WHAT IS GOING ON!

Trump is trying to raise hate in Michigan.
The Trump campaign has started to advertise for a repel of Governor Whitmer. The idea, of course, is to drive the right wing out in November if there is a referendum on the ballot.
What next?
Venezuela
Divided and in hell forever. Really? The USA? Where soldiers are losers and suckers. Seriously. I don’t think so.
We will have an orderly transition of government if the election results call for it. If the victor of the election is Joe Biden, the White House has to be fumigated first anyway because of the rampant spread of SARS-CoV-2 there.
Breonna Taylor
No one is charged with her death. The one officer is charged with reckless endangerment for shooting through Breonna’s apartment walls into the next apartment where no one was injured or killed.
This is a travesty. Police union and contracts. Corruption in the law enforcement arm of Louisville, Kentucky. Everything is being swept under the rug as a problem with the police structure and rules for raids.
This ain’t over. This is just beginning. Another Ferguson. People are not safe in their homes because the rules allow reckless home invasion by the POLICE.
Bill Barr will never raise a finger as Eric Holder did.
Lasting tributes to a great American and trailblazer.
The remaining eight Supreme Court justices, (click here) and two former colleagues, are speaking out about their colleague Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died Friday at age 87.
Some, like Clarence Thomas, and Stephen Breyer, served with her for nearly all of her 27 years on the high court, and wrote emotional statements following news of her death. The justices all spoke of her undying devotion to the law and her grace as a colleague.
Excerpts from their statements, as released Saturday by the court:
Chief Justice John Roberts:
“Our Nation has lost a jurist of historic stature. We at the Supreme Court have lost a cherished colleague. Today we mourn, but with confidence that future generations will remember Ruth Bader Ginsburg as we knew her -- a tireless and resolute champion of justice.”...
Souter wrote that “Ruth Ginsburg was one of the members of the Court who achieved greatness before she became a great justice. I loved her to pieces.”...
McConnell is a two faced racist. Dark money, MItch? A organization partically owns the Supreme Court and achieved it through Dark Money.
The Late John Paul Stevens retired after 34 years of service. He also was a registered Republican. He was replaced on May 10, 2010, by Elena Kagan. That would bring three women to the court.
The death of Judge Scalia came on February 13, 2016. The death occurred while McConnell was Majority Leader of the US Senate. March 6, 2019, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, Merrick Garland was nominated by President Barak Obama to replace Judge Scalia.
There was absolutely no other person as qualified or non-partisan as Judge Garland. He should be sitting on the court today for the wisdom and insight he could have brought with him, but, McConnell decided to throw an ideological hissy fit and withheld any nomination hearings until Neil Gorsuch was nominated from the Federalist Society.
The Federalist Society, a private organization, has placed Robert, Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch on the Supreme Court under Republican presidents.
The conservative “dark money” organization (click here) that spearheaded controversial Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s contentious confirmation received $22 million in anonymous donations in the year before the 2018 court fight, newly released tax records show.
The Judicial Crisis Network (JCN), a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit, pledged to spend as much as $10 million to ensure Kavanaugh’s confirmation — the same amount that it spent to help confirm Justice Neil Gorsuch in 2017. JCN has close ties to Trump’s judicial adviser Leonard Leo, a longtime executive at the Federalist Society, the influential conservative and libertarian lawyers network based in Washington, D.C.
More than three-quarters of the funds JCN raised between July 2017 and June 2018 came in the form of a $17 million contribution from a single anonymous donor, according to its latest tax return, which was obtained by MapLight and OpenSecrets. Former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement in June 2018, paving the way for Kavanaugh’s nomination.
JCN’s filing lists nine other anonymous contributions, none smaller than six figures....

Benjamin Franklin on the last day...
...of the Constitutional Convention of 1787, when the constitution was adopted, stated to the American public, “What do we have a republic or a monarchy?” He then stated, “A republic, if you can keep it. OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO KEEP IT.”
Americans have forgotten their one vote is extremely powerful should they exercise it morally.
What terms do voters place on their vote? What level of moral character do voters look for in their candidates?
See, the high moral content of the USA is missing because voters have forgotten their power to bring about a good and decent government. They aren’t looking for good moral character which includes competency and qualifications. The American people have become reactionary rather than decided.
I don’t know if it is the social media sites influence or the deprivation of wealth or if it is the lack of commitment by the people to understand the depth of power they have in a vote, but, the past two decades seemed to have demoralized Americans in valuing integrity of government. I don’t mean the pomp and circumstance of government rituals, I mean real integrity that doesn’t disappoint Americans when they decide their vote and the votes are cast.
“Republicans Behaving Badly,” should be a real trigger to moving the vote away from those currently lying and changing their position in relation to a judicial nominee so close to an election.
It has been more than 4 months since the US Senate took up a meaningful COVID-19 Bill, but, it has been only days since a judicial nominee has been continuously talked about by Senate Republicans. The immorality in that dynamic is exactly the immorality Benjamin Franklin spoke of when the final US Constitution was drafted.
It is up to the American people to vote for good and moral government. The fact the Republican judicial nominees voted to the court has stemmed out of one powerful lobby, The Federalist Society, should have every American worried. That fact should have every American scared to the future of the country. Currently 5 Supreme Court judges have come out of one lobby. That is not good for the country. What does it say about diversity of thought necessary to uphold the US Constitution?
Disappointed is the word to use when bad behavior is allowed by candidates in voting them back into office. Doesn’t responsibility for the integrity of the US Constitution begin with those elected to office to protect it?
I believe the US Constitution is in peril and the electorate needs to reassess it’s responsibility to it before it is too late.
