Senator Warren’s Plan
It is vitally important because it proves much can be done to shrink the budget and lower taxes without destroying the democracy.
Trump, Musk, and DoGE are radically changing the way the USA conducts itself domestically and internationally. None of the radical dismantling of the USA and estrangement from allies is necessary.
Senator Warren’s answer doesn’t assign special status to any royalty which would be a ridiculous tax on the people of this country.
We can change things without changing one word of the USA Constitution.
The Democrats have a superior DoGE plan.
It just works and is completely constitutional with no conflicts of interest. The Democrats should run on it as a method that protects the American people financially without hate or bigotry.

Trump continues to break the law.
The reason there are laws governing the FTC is to prevent the USA from becoming a banana republic. A banana republic in terms of a democracy is one that moves which ever way the wind blows as ideologues look for power rather than governance. When there are representatives of each party on the commission there will be greater stabilization of the economy.

The Alien Enemies Act
Trump is saying he never invoked the Alien Enemies Act? Who did? Steven Miller? Hegseth? Bondi? If there is identity theft in the Oval Office there needs to be an immediate investigation and where is the nuclear football?

The Trump DOJ is correct. They are a horror.
Removing security clearances is based in hate. This is a former Vice President and Secretary of State with vital opinions when asked. I find it interesting the hate expressed is leveled at women.
The Trump DOJ is completely unprofessional and have very bad practices.
They are a cult of personality and distract from the issues at hand by their expressions of hate. There is malpractice everywhere. And then they demand the court answer to them and they don’t answer to the court.
If the Trump DOJ wants a change in venue it can ask for one. Asking for a change in judge is grossly inappropriate and illegal.
Judges are vitally important to our democracy. They are a free standing institution of the USA Constitution. They have spent their lives studying that document to bring justice to Americans. They protect us from wrong doing and crime. They deserve every bit of respect that is expected in any court of law in this country.
I have been in courtrooms in mostly civil matters, but, the judge was always respected and the courtroom orderly. It was orderly because we respected the law and the difficult decisions that were to be made.
The courthouse always had law enforcement officers to be sure everyone was safe from high emotions.
I find the Trump DOJ full of hate for Americans, the courts, and those guests here legally that have and are making America great.
If the Trump DOJ believes a ruling is biased, there are appeals courts.

It is all racism leading to an isolated USA.
It is time for civil disobedience to stop this. It cannot continue. Border security of any kind should be turning to their unions and complaining about working conditions. Border reinforcement does not mean closing borders and violating legal standing documents to remove people I the country legally.

This is surrendering to an ethnic cleansimg already underway within the borders of the USA. This is a very dangerous time as Trump is also isolating the USA from outside visitors. Now Musk is meeting with Hegseth to get the low down on the USA military clout in a war with China and no one should be surprised. Musk should offer Xi a price to buy China and the globe’s problems would be solved.
Musk cannot receive information from the DOD for any reason. He is a businessman and not involved with the USA national defense. Absolutely not. The USA didn’t stop spy balloons to have them replaced with Musk. If any meeting goes forward there needs to be an intense investigation and new tactics and spending for defense contractors assuming Elon spills his guts. So much for tax cuts.

The USA has always had it’s wackos.
None made it to the White House before. But, Trump ranks right up there with Koresh, Hale Bop, and Jim Jones.
Trump is a power broker now. He attracts every other American that has a bad attitude about the idea of justice American style. So, the wealthy and poor alike rally to Trump in order to change their circumstances. They are ideologically motivated in many instances, except, Musk who just wants more and more power because he has been convinced he is the answer to all problems labeled big government. His willingness ( that word is willingness) to dismantle NASA says it all. He is in violation of so many laws it is ridiculous he is still flying around in jets. Musk is not only a security risk, he is a flight risk.
At what point do human beings stop complaining about how unfair life is while living in the greatest country ever conceived?
Unconstitutional
The U.S.A. Department of Education was established by Congress. An executive order to end it is unconstitutional.
Congress gave Trump to move money around, so he can probably do some damage for a few months.
Case in point.
The most extreme MAGA screamed “Deport, deport, deport.” Now. It is “…detain, detain, detain,…”
The USA government is now rejecting tourists from Poland. Why? Putin, that’s why.
It won’t stop there. Trump is closing the borders. It has nothing to do with immigration. He doesn’t want problems with other countries when he starts killing Americans.

Donald John Trump is completely incapable of keeping secrets. The Trump DOJ is hunting for a legal statute somewhere that secludes judges from reviewing documents. The DOJ is covering for an out of control president. He ordered ICE to take a protected population of people from their normal lives in the USA because he hates them. Just that simple.
Trump believes his own lives. He justifies all his nasty deeds by allowing the belief there actually was a theft of the 2020 elections. Therefore, Trump satisfies his ravenous followers by using power to undo everything that proceeded legally from January 6, 2021 until January 6, 2025.

Sorry to make this analogy, but, if this is allowed to continue we are facing a Nazi like fascist regime that will stop at nothing. Americans need to realize this will become important to them only when they are faced with this reality. It must stop now. Project 2025 is real and it won’t stop there. Power is an addiction and it can kill. Trump thinks nothing of ethnic cleansing and death of others.
This regime in DC will continue to attack Americans until the regime believes it is cleansed of IMPURITIES. Then it will ignite the world until the final days.
They did the White Evangelicals settle on the one country that is still a superpower? Because they were lambs? No, they want everyone else to be like lambs to the slaughter.
They could have taken a far more obscure place to create their perfect world. But, their ambitions go way beyond a place where their religion permeates everything. The entire world has to be cleansed in order for the final days.

There was a time, not long ago, when the DOW was reliably at 1000. When that started to move there was joy on Wall Street. The DOW is going back there as far as Trump is concerned. He sees an opportunity to regrow Wall Street to his ideology and to serve an ideological king. The guy is delusional. He loves Trump crypto and the wealth of FEES. Are tariffs not fees?
Local economies are built on strong cultures and heritage. They are more resilient than Wall Street. In any recession including the latest Great Recession the big boards did the worse. It is a time for bonds again. Their predictions are easier. It time to pull in borders for the big boards. Speculation has to be slowed and measured.
Be smart. Survive. Find a Trump watch that works. In my opinion he doesn’t belong where he is and certainly not leading a major party. It is going to be a long few years. No one can belies word he says. He did a 180 at inauguration.

This reporting is on "Reddit." The original citing is a video on TikTok. Obviously the clouds had something to do with this, but, it is really weird. I don't subscribe to Tik Tok so I have no link to the video. I suppose it could be artificial intelligence, but, the video sounds legitimate. The clouds look like a spoke to a wheel. It seems to similar to be real. But, it is pretty cool.

Riddle me this.
The President of the USA frequently has pets. Frequently, the pets are dogs.
As a civilian the President has immunity from prosecution while performing duties. Within the staff at the White House is a lawn care person with different political practices than the President.
This dog belongs to the President.
1. The President’s dog bites the lawn care person for no apparent reason. Is the President liable? Is the President charged with a crime?
2. The President feels threatened by the lawn care person and the dog bites the lawn care person. Is the President liable? Is the President charged with a crime?
3. The President is feeling real animosity toward the lawn care person due to a brief conversation they had and the President orders the dog to attack the lawn care person. Is the President liable? Is the President charged with a crime?
I will write what I believe to be the correct answer tomorrow. I wanted anyone who cares to a fair amount of time to deliberate the differences. Thank you.

In all three scenarios the President is liable for the dog biting the lawn care person. This is the President’s dog and should have the dog under control at all times. That doesn’t mean he alone is liable to the lawn care person. If there were personnel caring for the dog that dog attendant would be held liable as well, but, not in all three scenarios. At the point where the President takes control of the dog and sends it to attack the law care person, the President is solely liable.
In the second scenario, the dog acted out of instinct, but, there was no physical aggression toward the President. The exhibition of fear would have trigger the attack. It is questionable as to what exactly about the lawn care person resulted in an expression of fear. At any rate the lawn care person is benign in his demeanor and cannot be the reason for the attack. The dog attendant and the President still should have maintained control. This was not a police action.
As to criminality.
In the first scenario, there may be reason to contain the dog’s aggression differently and the dog may suffer consequences, but the President and the dog attendant are not criminally responsible.
In the second scenario there is an action by the President that triggered the dog’s aggression. Depending on what trigger the dog’s aggression, all three human beings could be held criminally liable. If the lawn care person deliberately acted as if aggressive or there was a verbal exchange, the lawn care person could be held responsible for criminal assault. There was no physical altercation so the dog’s aggression cannot be justified. The other alternative is that the actions by the lawn care person are completely benign and the President over reacted either intentionally or unintentionally. Here again the aggression by the dog is legally fuzzy. One would have to read the President’s mind to know if the actions that triggered the dog were intentional. The dog in this scenario could have been the purpose of training. The dog has no consequences. There is no criminal charges that would apply to a surprise reaction by the President.
The third scenario is more clear to criminal intent. There was a verbal exchange of ideas and words, possibly angry expression by each of the persons. The dog would clearly be interested in such an exchange and the dog attendant would be more alert to the dog’s aggressive posture. But, the control falls to the President where at one point turns the dog loose to attack the lawn care person. There is definitely assault. The actual contact by the dog is battery. The President would be charged criminally. Depending on the outcome of the condition of the lawn care person there can be severe consequences for the President. The dog attendant better be trying to get the dog under control after the dog began the attack or the attendant could be held for criminal negligence.
The purpose to this entry is obviously as a thought experiment to begin a civil understanding of how nuance plays a huge role in law and its application. There are definitely clear understandings of law, but, there are also grey areas and why the USA have judges to weed out the truth as it applies to the very serious application of the law.
All these relationships are personal when there is interaction. The relationships turn professional when the duties are being carried out. The President’s animosity of the lawn care person is personal and not allowed in the duties. Retribution for personal political differences is illegal.

Hey, Texans, too. Pay attention. Retribution is not the Rule of Law. Retribution, depending on the severity, can be a crime. Popping a chewing gum bubble in a disliked person’s face isn’t illegal, but, publicly advertise a specific judge should be impeached IS a crime. It is a form of intimidation because of death threats.
It actually has to be said?
It should not have to be public discourse. Respect for judges is automatic. The courtroom is a place where innocence or guilt is decided. There is no public discourse.

What is to understand about someone who disobeys a court order?
Donald John Trump is carrying out personal animosities as President. That is not in the job description.
He invoked an Act that applies to war. We are not at war. Trump cannot break the law every day of his presidency and get away with it.
Let all involved argue it to the Supreme Court including charges of racism, hate crimes, and bigotry. Let the Supremes know what a mess they created for the country and economy. I know they never intended this. They wanted to protect the President if he or she tripped over themselves. Not this. The order needs to be refined. It is not absolute. I am confident the Supremes did not intend for a president to lead an anarchy.
Venezuelans had special status because of the illegal and lethal government in that country. This is a humanitarian issue as well. These actions are NOT my country. These people were within our borders legal and probably paid every dollar they had to insuring their legal status. They were unarmed and trustworthy. They are not criminals.
