The Vice Presidents

They were talking long before January 6th.

Who knew?

The late President George H. W. Bush chose a loyalist to protect the country. It would seem Former Vice President Dan Quayle needs to take up Republican endorsements along with Former Vice President Mike Pence.

Former Vice President Pence was verbally abused by Donald John Trump. That was the case the entire time Pence was in office. Pence was forced to mimic Trump's every movement in meetings where both were present. That is abuse. Verbal abuse is known to be toxic to those in the immediate vacinity of it. Pence needed a support person to make it through the Trump presidency.

Former (click here) Vice President Dan Quayle with Vice President Mike Pence in 2018.

The former vice president from Indiana (click here) comes across looking very good in the long-anticipated book by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa on the final months of the Trump presidency.

I’m not surprised.

The former vice president looking so good is Dan Quayle, not Mike Pence.

Excerpts from the book “Peril” include revelations about Pence being less resolute than previously portrayed in refusing to overturn election certification and how Quayle helped to stiffen Pence’s backbone, telling him to do the right thing in a phone conversation prior to Jan. 6...

...Pence pleaded that Quayle didn’t know the position he was in, with pressure from Trump.

“I do know the position you’re in,” Quayle responded. “I also know what the law is.”

When Pence suggested there might be something to Trump’s claim of election fraud in Arizona, Quayle stomped on it, saying, “Mike, I live in Arizona. There’s nothing out here.”...

Yellowstone National Park closed until further notice.

Yellowstone National Park Extremely Dangerous (click here)

One of the nation's favorite national park has been hit with torrential rains causing massive flooding, rock slides and roads washed out.

As I write this Chicago, Illinois is under tornado warning (click here). The storm is centering on Midway Airport. Cities are heat islands.

The National Weather Service (click here) issued a tornado warning for Chicago, Cicero, and Schaumburg until 7:15 p.m. In Arlington Heights, Evanston and Schaumburg, the warning also included severe thunderstorms, wind gusts up to 70mph and hail as large as 2 inches.

Severe storms are headed for Detroit. Take these warnings seriously. Cities are heat islands.

Hold onto your hat, metro Detroit is in for a week of wacky weather. (click here)

Monday night, experts say to prepare for strong storms with winds up to 70 miles per hour.

"It's still kind of uncertain how things will exactly play out," said Dave Kook, meteorologist at the National Weather Service in White Lake. "But there's a large complex of thunderstorms right now over Wisconsin that's going to track southeast through lower Michigan this evening, and that'll bring the first possible round of severe weather to the area. Strong winds are probably the biggest threat, but with these systems, large hail and isolated tornadoes are also possible."

Cities are not used to these dynamics. There is far more danger to more people than where tornado alley is usually found. Straight line winds can be very damaging and dangerous as well. Cities are heat islands.

January 6th Committee

11:07 An exmination of the thinking within the Trump administration, campaign and family is the focus.

Ivanka Trump stated an obvious in that the election had not been called and votes were still being counted. If one person has to be assigned the responsibility of lies and unrest it is Trump himself. He made public speeches based in lies to facilitate recounts.

Mr. Stirewalt stated clearly the vote of 2020 in the presidential election went to Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.

Bill Barr stated on election evening there were large shifts to favor Democratic votes because of mail in and absentee ballots. He also stated this was somewhat predicatable because Democrats normally use those types of voting more frequently than Republicans. Any early return is considered "The Red Mirage."

1115

Bill Stepien, former Trump campaign manager, stated the loss was possible to Donald John Trump, but, it was ignored and Trump called for an end to counting ballots.

These testimonies by Bill Stepien are video taped earlier as he is unable to be at the committee's meeting today (click here).

Arizona came into view as one that would be lost to current President Biden. Arizona in the past has been a strong constituency for Republicans. FOX News, editor Mr. Stirewalt states their computer findings on election eve was working and returning excellent predictions. He goes on to make testimony that rarely do their FOX News predictions prove wrong. He has a definite understanding of how these predictions are moved if at all in counting ballots submitted by the American people. His experience in predicting elections has come to play in 2020 and his confidence in his ability to understand how an election might shift to the other candidate clearly understood. He is an expert and with that submits opinions in confidence.

Bill Stepien's testimony includes many names of people involved in the election and with that an understanding of the expertise of those within the campaign. He states clearly, again out of experience, the chance there were significant number of ineligible voters. He states there are to few clearly ineligible voters.

Bill Stepien states clearly a new legal team was put in place by Trump to his campaign after it was determined to be a lost election. Trump changed staff at a point where Trump was recording low ratings via polls.

Bill Stepien states he was concerned, as Trump Team Normal, about the public statements from the Guilliani Team. He didn't think the Guiliani Team was appropriate.

1132

Guiliani comes out with statements of witnessed ballot stuffing from Democrats, including, shopping carts full of ballots for Joe Biden. The Guiliani Team, Sidney Powell specifically stated the algorhithm used for prediction of the election was broken.

Eric Herschmann, (click here) a lawyer who represented former President Donald Trump during his first impeachment trial and later became a central figure in battles over the election results, left behind a $3.3 million partnership share at Kasowitz Benson Torres to join the Trump White House last year, according to a newly filed financial disclosure.

Herschmann had been working at Kasowitz Benson for more than 24 years when he left in August 2020 to become a senior adviser to Trump. He reported earning $3,313,154 from the firm, according to the financial statement....

What could possibly be a reason to abandon an entire investiment in a partneership to work for Trump?

Bill Barr, as US Attorney General, was asked to come to the White House to examine Trump's evidence of fraud. Bill Barr clarified the inappropriate nature of the request Trump had for the DOJ to prosecute the fraud Trump unearthed. Bill Barr made it clear bringing charges was the place of the campaign. Mark Meadows and Jared proposed the idea that Trump was slowly coming to a reality Trump lost the election. The 23rd and weekend of 29th of November revealed a deteriorating Trump in his demands of election fraud according to AG Barr. AG Barr stated there was no evidence to support the claims of fraud by Trump. He stated this to authorities, the public and the former president. "We have not seen fraud on a scale that would effect the election." AG Barr stated to his secretary to begin packing because he was confident he would be fired by Trump. Mark Meadows stated Trump was very angry. AG Barr stated he never saw Trump as angry as he was that day.

AG Barr stated he was very aware of the Detroit ballot counting method of 630 precincts and there was no fraud in Detroit. He stated the claims against Dominion Voting machines (click here) were not valid. AG Barr stated the continued claim of voting fraud was a disservice to the country. December 14th AG Barr stated Trump was insisting there was fraud with the voting machines. The report Trump referred to was suppose to be so conclusive it would provide him a second term. AG Barr did not find the report very professional and did not believe it exhibited fraud in a way that would change anything. AG Barr states in testimony he never found fraud in the election then or now, even the "2000 mules" story (click here).

The producer/director of "2000 mules" needs a peer review.

Ballot Harvesting - Those claiming it are illegitimately doing so. Any elected official claiming ballot harvesting needs an ethics review.

Ballot harvesting (click here) is the practice in which political operatives collect absentee ballots from voters’ homes and drop them off at a polling place or election office. It may sound pretty innocuous, but this practice can and has been abused across the country. We saw this play out in the 2018 midterm elections in North Carolina's 9th Congressional District when a political operative abused the process of harvesting ballots, which resulted in the North Carolina State Board of Elections to call for reelection....

AG Barr resigned as of December 23, 2020. (click here)

Rep. Lofgren is presenting the evidence about voting and voting machines considered to be fraudulent and criminal. People all along the way continued to examine all the claims by Trump of false outcomes for one reason or another and found they were baseless.

When does someone charge Trump with fraudulent claims?

Ten minute break.

June 13, 2022

Severe storms (click here) have slammed much of the central United States in recent weeks with rounds of damaging winds, hail as large as softballs and isolated tornadoes repeatedly impacting the same locations. This week, AccuWeather forecasters anticipate more of the same....

Just a reality check. The claims of hail storms and tornadoes and subsequent damage are not false during June 7 through 10. I don't want to know the crop damage in Nebraska from hail storms. Department of Agriculture needs to check with Nebraska and emergency status of their crops. The world cannot tolerate any loss of Nebraska grains and otherwise.

Attorney General Barr began to be concerned about the mental health of the former president with his repeated and daily questioning and refusal of the facts of the election results. Realizing Attorney General Barr was leaning into the election results in a way that would not allow fraud by Trump. In that is a reality for this election and all others in that anyone claiming fraud would have to have profound proof otherwise the federal authorities will most likely uphold the first election results. States are not alone in reporting election results.

12:15 pm Committee reconvened, Ms. Lofgren continues, witnesses sworn in.

Byung J. "Bjay" Pak former US Attorney of Atlanta. He was asked by AG Barr about election fraud especially about a suitcase of ballots that was supposed to exist. Georgia found no evidence of fraud. The suitcase of ballots from under the table was actually an official lockbox where ballots were safely maintained. The lockbox was opened a second time to continue counting. Guiliani stated lockbox was a smoking gun. The reality is completely the opposite.

FBI became involved and determined nothing irregular occurred and the allogations by Guiliani was false. Why wasn't Guiliani prosecuted for fraud? It is a burden to the people to continue to entertain the false allogations.

Richard Donaghue gave testimony claims as unproven.

Mr. Pak stated all claims of voter fraud was never enough to undermine the determination of college electorates assigned to President Biden.

Former AG continues to testimony about the claims by Trump of voter fraud. The Philadelphia vote was challenged as far too many voters than is usually cast, that was a false claim. Why are the people claiming there is fraud within the voting system not prosecuted for fraud themselves. It is not like it is one place that fraud was found, these are stories across every one of the "swing state" votes. Arizona, Michigan and Pennsylvania so far. Al Schmidt states the questions regarding the Philadelphia vote was taken every seriously and nothing was found to be wrong that would change the outcome of the vote.

These are premeditated attacks against sovereign states of our federal elections. There were no dead people found to be voting and all election machine fraud is completely bogus. When are these people going to be prosecuted for leveling false claims? Donald John Trump actually threatened Mr. Schmidt's life and that of his family with highly detailed information to make the threat very real.

Rep. Lofgren apologized to Mr. Schmidt for what occurred that deeply threatened him. An apology is not enough. It is good to apologize, but, false claims that attack a vote systemically must be prosecuted.

Mr. Ginsberg, an election lawyer, analyzed the post election litigations of Trump. He testifies to the process of challenging election results. The campaign is the place where complaints would be made.

l. The election of 2020 was not close.

2. The Trump campaign brought claims without evidence.

3. There was never an instance where the Trump campaign had a valid complaint about the 2020 elections. They never made their case.

Opportunity of being in court was allowed and the complaints were dismissed for a variety of reasons, including, the complaint was brought by other than the campaign. Post election reviews of the six battleground states found no credible evidence of fraud (or irregularities) by Trump campaign or supporters. Trump Campaign had a false narrative. 61 cases of fraud were false. That is not an accident.

1237

61 losses

9 case filings

22 judges

10 Trump appointed judges

The Trump Campaign false claims resulted in the lawyers bringing the claims disciplined by their professional state boards. That is not enough. Trump, via the AG Barr testimony, was responsible for carrying the false claims over and over.

It seems as though Trump lawyers take the fall for his law breaking, ie: Michael Cohen and now the campaign lawyers. This shows a pattern that requires legal review to Trump's strategic approach to government power and it's use. It is time to hold Trump responsible for making these claims in the first place. There were not simply voters finding irregularities, they were all gathered and created these complaints.

Hanna Alred - Gary Coby

Money was flowing in during these claims. Large amounts of money went to a Save America PAC that subsequently donated the monies back to Trump and his organizations and businesses including payoffs to Mark Meadows. False election claims facilitated these DIVERTED donations.

Small dollar donors deserve the truth about their donations and the Trump Campaign defrauded these donors as well as larger donors.

East to Hershman stated all he wanted to hear wsa "Orderly Transition" rather than continued threats to the peaceful transitions of power of the USA.

The January 6th Committee has proven to be a committee of integrity in encompassing all the people that were defrauded by Trump.

The Garland DOJ needs to establish a Special Prosecutor to carry out necessary charges to protect the USA from such abuses ever again by Trump and his minions including Hershmann. It is outrageous that one man would abandon his own business to attempt a coup of an election. Hershmann needs to be contended with as a facciliator of an attempted coupe. The legal profession should be up in arms at this insult to them and to the country.

I said this early on, "Fight for Ukraine now or fight for NATO later." Besides Ukraine being a strategic partner this is genocide, there is nothing else to say, except every Ukrainian soldier dead or disabled is one more Ukrainan satifying Putin's thirst for hate. The war that was never supposed to be is entering a stage where The West needs to examine it's pledges to save Ukraine for death and/or permanent occupation.

Kindly remember, this is genocide, but, also this war started in 2014.

Signing of the Treaty on the adoption of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia. Left to right: S. Aksyonov (click here), V. Konstantinov (click here), V. Putin and A. Chalyi (click here).

The people of Ukraine were disarmed from any national defense under Yanukovych. The security at the time of Yanukovych was to keep Ukrainians under control. Never did Ukraine have a military to protect it's sovereignty since Yanukovych empowered the oligarchs to oppress the Ukrainian people.

The annexation of Crimea and Donbas was illegal (click here). The signators to the annexation in the picture above right are all Russians. Ukraine never consented to the annexation and the vote taken in Crimea was corrupt. The people of Crimea complained of the corruption, but, no action from The West occurred. The record of the Crimean vote is officially viewed as illegal.

With Russia’s war (click here) against Ukraine having passed the 100-day mark, calls for the conflict to be brought to an end are multiplying in the United States and Europe. Italy has put forward a detailed peace plan, French President Emmanuel Macron has emphasized the importance of giving Russia an off-ramp, and former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has suggested that Ukraine ought to consider ceding territory to Russia in exchange for peace.

But wars end in only one of two ways: when one side imposes its will on the other, first on the battlefield, then at the negotiating table, or when both sides embrace a compromise they deem preferable to fighting. In Ukraine, neither scenario is likely to materialize anytime soon. The conflict has become a war of attrition, with Russian and Ukrainian forces now concentrated against each other in a relatively confined area. Diplomatically, the Ukrainians have little interest in accepting Russian occupation of large swaths of their territory. Russian President Vladimir Putin, for his part, has little interest in agreeing to anything that could be judged at home to constitute defeat. The inescapable conclusion, then, is that this war will go on—and on.

With victory and compromise both off the table for the foreseeable future, the United States and Europe need a strategy for managing an open-ended conflict. “Managing,” not “solving,” is the operative word here, because a solution almost certainly would require a fundamental change in Moscow’s behavior, caused either by widespread popular protest in Russia stemming from economic collapse or massive casualties or by Chinese pressure....

There is little doubt that the sanctions on Russia have growing effectiveness. More and more sanctions have to take place to isolate Russia from growing acts of war in Ukraine and otherwise.

Yale historian Timothy Snyder (click here) said Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to starve some countries as part of his efforts in Ukraine.

Snyder published a lengthy Twitter thread Saturday explaining how he believes Putin is using food insecurity to his advantage and called it the "latest chapter of hunger politics."

"Russia has a hunger plan. Vladimir Putin is preparing to starve much of the developing world as the next stage in his war in Europe," Snyder, a professor at Yale University and expert on authoritarianism, began, noting the importance of Ukraine's food exports to the global food supply.

The area around the Black Sea, including Ukraine and Russia, has been referred to as the "world's breadbasket" due to its fertile soil and high rates of grain production. Collectively, the two countries account for 30% of the global wheat exports while Ukraine produces about 12%....

The West has been far too generous with Russia over past decades. The Russian Five (click here) has to be the pinnacle of stupidity for The West. Russia was never been a true ally, but, yet it was treated to all sorts of wealth and opportunity that sincerely should have been reserved for strong, loyal and proven allies.

Welcoming Russian women as Birthing Tourists is grossly out of step with protecting sovereignty. In this case Russian women were allowed to travel to the USA to give birth. That is a strong statement about Russian medical talent, because, at least one of Putin's children was born in Scandanavia. But, this tourism is a foothold for Putin to have Russian children born in the USA that can eventually return to become part of the USA legal and government infrastructure. I am uncertain how long this tourism existed or may even exist today, but, the children are getting older and no doubt their parents are looking at the USA for their education.

All of these generous programs are used strategically by Russia's long view. The legislature in the USA and the parliments in Europe need to make it illegal for Russian children born within their border to granted citizenshp with all the rights and privileges thereof. This is not done out of hate so much as protection of sovereignty and the right for people of all ethnic backgrounds to exist.

Russia has to be stopped. Ukraine is the unfortunate place where Putin's agenda and goals are currently playing out. But, that reality has been in existence from 2014. The West must continue it's support for Ukraine. At the same time, every Ukrainian lost, including female soldiers is a Ukrainian lost to the world. That in and of itself should send foreign ministers and secretaries of state to look for military relief for Ukraine.

The West has no choice. Putin will not stop in Donbas. He has no conscience and he is causing suffering of innocent Ukrainians within Russian borders. He is without a doubt conducting a genocide of Ukrainians. Ukrainians are being killed in defending their country, but also genocide in which the land is treated, too.

Putin is causing liquidation of borders while carrying out a scorched earth strategy with missile strikes that are unending. Putin is destroying entire cities in order to kill and gain territory and call it victory. That is the same exact strategy noted in Syria. When a country has nothing upon it that supports human lives, including the World's Breadbasket agriculture, it is genocide. People require land in order to live. By the simple fact Putin continues his missle scourge is proof he has no value of human life. Destroying acre after acre, square mile after square mile forces people to abandon the land in order to survive, but, also abandoned continued utility that provides food, water and basics for an economy. This abandonment is not voluntary, but, brought on by the Russian military.

The West has a very difficult time ahead with Russia's continued genocide of Ukraine and Ukrainians. The people are estranged from their culture and native lands. The West needs to take a long view in regard to the war and the return of use of the land. The destruction of Ukraine's culture or as a member of the global community is not acceptable. Surrending to Russia over time with incremental gains is consenting to genocide of the type Putin carries out wherever he sends his military.

The West must assess it's own future and the role that is unquestionably important in enforcing peace and prosperity for all that want to achieve it. Russia is no longer a country of value in world order. The reason Russia is involved in any aspect of world order, including it's role with Interpol (click here), is to carry out it's agenda to destroy countries and end the lives of those that are not agreeable to him as citizens of the world.

There is no going back. Putin has conducted many, many deaths in the name of Russia with a scorched earth strategy to destroy the land that supports populations of people. Syria is an example as is Ukraine. He has to be stopped. He is killing as he wants. That is not upholding world order, that is destroying it.

Going forward, The West must develop methods and strategies in realizing the communists in Asia are moving in directions not accepted in Geneva or the United Nations. This includes Taiwan. Tiawan has a very different culture than China and China is mowing down Hong Kong as well as plans that destroy more and free cultures. At no time were agreements with China believed to allow destruction of peoples and land in order to CONVERT cultures of now oppressed people. China can easily have a "One China Policy," but, never did anyone think it meant destruction and deaths, so much as a gain in real estate and economic strength.

This is a major paradigm shift for The West, but, it is completely capable of carrying it out. Now is the time for the nightmare and heartache of the reality of the communists to end. The world cannot accept these communist realities as a matter of correct domination over lives on this planet. It is one thing to incorporate land and peoples into a sovereign government through either agreement or annexation and it quite something else to kill those people within agreements to suffer loss of their homeland culture and their lives.

No matter how any of these threats are viewed, it is genocide by definition and legal precedent. It is time to shift strategy and strengthen alliances. Human Rights Abuses cannot be part of any agreement and/or annexation.

Flying over Antarctica, (click here) it’s hard to see what all the fuss is about. Like a gigantic wedding cake, the frosting of snow on top of the world’s largest ice sheet looks smooth and unblemished, beautiful and perfectly white. Little swirls of snow dunes cover the surface.

But as you approach the edge of the ice sheet, a sense of tremendous underlying power emerges. Cracks appear in the surface, sometimes organized like a washboard, and sometimes a complete chaos of spires and ridges, revealing the pale blue crystalline heart of the ice below.

As the plane flies lower, the scale of these breaks steadily grows. These are not just cracks, but canyons large enough to swallow a jetliner, or spires the size of monuments. Cliffs and tears, rips in the white blanket emerge, indicating a force that can toss city blocks of ice around like so many wrecked cars in a pileup. It’s a twisted, torn, wrenched landscape.

A sense of movement also emerges, in a way that no ice-free part of the Earth can convey—the entire landscape is in motion, and seemingly not very happy about it.

Antarctica is a continent comprising several large islands, one of them the size of Australia, all buried under a 10,000-foot-thick layer of ice. The ice holds enough fresh water to raise sea level by nearly 200 feet.

Its glaciers have always been in motion, but beneath the ice, changes are taking place that are having profound effects on the future of the ice sheet—and on the future of coastal communities around the world....

The Biden Department of Commerce has plenty of reason to investigate price gouging.

Because Congress could never get price controls passed and Republicans are using inflation as a political tool, the real problems will never be addressed at that level. However, the Executive Branch can investigate price gouging. Selling products in smaller amounts for inflated prices is investigated in the article below.

I am very serious when I state my costs of living have not seen the kind of inflated prices as others. I purchase goods from a cooperative whereby I am one of the member-owners. I not only am not suffering inflated prices I continue to eat the same diet without interruption. At the owners dinner once a year I also get back a percentage of the profits the coop has realized.

Additionally, four times a year for one day in the month the member-owners are treated to 10 percent off purchases. When renewing membership everyone is supplied with five times 5 percent discount during the year. On every Wednesday the cooperative offers 5 percent discount to Senior Citizens.

The Coop also accepts Food Stamps with special attention to vegetables and fruits. Those using food stamps are provide a percentage of their spending in free fruits and vegetables. If they don't use all the free percentages in one food order, that percentage carries over to any food order they purchase in the future.

Yes, my Non-GMO coop food store is normally more expensive than the area Wall Street stores, but, it is a moral mission the Coop carries out along with an increased price to bring in as much local interests as possible, including a limited amount of clothing and household items. There are also a variety of beneficial programs for the community, including "Micro-loans" for new local start ups that will sell their products at the Coop.

Now, that I have advocted a different way of thinking about food purchases, the inflation in America is somewhat a Wall Street strategy. See, if Wall Street can make these higher costs painful any relief from it will be welcome. The inflation rate might be a problem, but, I don't believe Wall Street is feeling that much of a pinch in their bottom line. I am not saying Wall Street isn't flucturating on a day to day basis. I think to understand the morality of a company, look at the profit margin and stockholder returns before declaring it is all inflation. It is not all inflation.

It's the inflation you're not supposed to see. (click here for video)

From toilet paper to yogurt and coffee to corn chips, manufacturers are quietly shrinking package sizes without lowering prices. It's dubbed "shrinkflation," and it's accelerating worldwide.

In the U.S., a small box of Kleenex now has 60 tissues; a few months ago, it had 65. Chobani Flips yogurts have shrunk from 5.3 ounces to 4.5 ounces. In the U.K., Nestle slimmed down its Nescafe Azera Americano coffee tins from 100 grams to 90 grams. In India, a bar of Vim dish soap has shrunk from 155 grams to 135 grams.

Shrinkflation isn't new, experts say. But it proliferates in times of high inflation as companies grapple with rising costs for ingredients, packaging, labor and transportation. Global consumer price inflation was up an estimated 7% in May, a pace that will likely continue through September, according to S&P Global.

"It comes in waves. We happen to be in a tidal wave at the moment because of inflation," said Edgar Dworsky, a consumer advocate and former assistant attorney general in Massachusetts who has documented shrinkflation on his Consumer World website for decades....

"BeepU" is sexually explicit. When I first saw this sight it screamed Pedophile to me. If Pedophiles are found to own or be in possession of Kiddy Porn it is prison. But, if they are fantasizing cartoons it most likely is not carrying any penalty.
Someone is having a party and the cartoon figure below is highly sexually suggestive. I think the Twitter feed can be used by pedophiles for get their thrills, but, can be used to groom their sex objects.

I also have a true story about sex trafficking.

Two mature women are driving home from a family reunion. They were leaving Pennsylvania to go home. As they were traveling down the highway they passed a U-Haul truck with a Lexus following close behind. As they passed the U-Haul and Lexus the driver stated, "What was that banging?"

The passenger said, "What banging, there is nothing wrong with the car."

Driver, "I am not talking about the car, there was banging coming from that U-Haul. Didn't you hear it?"

Passenger, "No."

Driver, "I am going to slow down and roll down your window, I am going to go by the U-Haul one more time and listen."

With that the passenger turned down the radio and listened and sure enough she said, "Oh, no. There is a definite banging in the back of the U-Haul."

Driver, "Right?"

Shortly thereafter was a toll booth. The driver stated to the toll taker, "The U-Haul coming up behind us has at least one person in the back of the truck because both of us heard the banging." With that the toll person called the State Troopers. The story ends with the reporting of sex traffickers being caught and taken into custody.

Sex and/or human trafficking is still a problem in the USA and the USA Congress needs to address it. If these cartoons are to be out there for the amusement of adults, then don't make it available to minors on Twitter and You Tube.

The moral of story is that people can make a difference in the real world if they are paying attention to others in distress.

Departing the issue of who is made to be pregnant and why, I was made aware of a website that has questionable values.

The Robert's Court's controversies occur around States Rights.

July 3, 2019
By Robert Longley

In American government, (click here) states’ rights are the rights and powers reserved by the state governments rather than the national government according to the U.S. Constitution. From the Constitutional Convention in 1787 to the Civil War in 1861 to the civil rights movement of the 1960s, to today’s marijuana legalization movement, the question of the rights of the states to govern themselves has been the focus of the American political landscape for well over two centuries....

They are methodically removing federal authority. Quite interesting to me even today was the Robert's Court giving protections to Trump during a Congressional investigation. Trump was impeached twice and may yet stand for a third or more in the future as more of his underhanded administration carried on with it's corruption.

There are plenty reasons for the Robert's Court to be reviewed in it's decisions and the American people to be skepitical of it's agenda. Yes, agenda. Roe v. Wade was settled law, and rightfully so, until this court decided it had power to overturn the decision. That is a political decision ideology and not Rule of Law.

The decisions of the Robert's Court must be reviewed for the agenda they carry forward. There are underlying rules they are playing by that are not within the scope of American law.

When one examines the dissolving of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 it was all based in States Rights over that of the citizen(s).

The Court’s Decision (click here) After describing the history of how subpoena-based disputes between Congress and various presidents have been resolved, the Court discussed the basis for—and limits to—Congress’s subpoena power. Specifically, the Court affirmed that Congress’s subpoena power cannot be used for law enforcement purposes. In other words, Congress cannot use its subpoena authority to put someone on trial for a crime or wrongdoing, nor does Congress have the “power to expose for the sake of exposure.” Slip Op. at 12. Indeed, the Court confirmed that congressional investigations used solely to “punish” those investigated would be “indefensible.” Not only that, the Court reinforced the limitations to the subpoena power, including that the subpoena must serve a “valid legislative purpose,” and is proper only if it is “related to, and in furtherance of, a legitimate task of Congress.” Slip Op. at 11. In addition, the Court reaffirmed that those subject to a congressional subpoena have both constitutional However, the Court, at the same time, reaffirmed Congress’s broad subpoena power, which aids “Congress’s important interest in conducting inquiries to obtain the information it needs to legislate effectively.” Slip Op. at 14. The Court stressed the concept that the subpoena power is a “power of inquiry,” which is “essential” to serve the “legislative function.” Slip Op. at 11....

Remember Octomom?

The high order multiple birth led to controversy in the field of assisted reproductive technology. Right? Basically, the American society decided such births were to be scrutinized. California ran an investigation of the case.

So, while America embraces family as it's core values, there are limits to what society will consent to in that core value.

Full house! (click here) “Octomom” Nadya Suleman has 14 kids, and the California native has been documenting their busy lives via social media.

The former adult film star was already the mother of Ameerah, Calyssa, Elijah, Jonah, Joshua and Aidan when she gave birth to octuplets in January 2009 named Nariyah, Isaiah, Maliyah, Jeremiah, Noah, Josiah, Jonah and Makai.

The little ones turned 13 in January 2022, and the California State University, Fullerton grad celebrated the milestone with an Instagram tribute.

“You are all growing into some of the most kind, humble, grateful and loving human beings I have ever known,” Suleman captioned a family photo at the time. “Each of you possess rare and unique characteristics and are unlike any other child of your age, particularly in our society today. You are selfless, altruistic, nonmaterialistic and loving, fearing, followers of God. … I do not know what I could possibly have done to deserve being blessed so bountifully. I love you.”...

When Fatima Basha (click here) became pregnant at the age of 34, she realized her body wouldn't be able to handle another child.

The mother of nine children in Syria had experienced a couple of miscarriages earlier, a stillbirth and also suffered from gastrointestinal problems that often left her weak and fatigued.

"She and my father knew that her body could not withstand the trauma of another childbirth," her eldest son, Dr. Yahya Basha, 76, of West Bloomfield, recalls. "I was about 16 at the time, and vividly remember my father confiding in me, saying their intent was to terminate the pregnancy."

They visited several doctors to get an abortion, but she was unable to find one to perform the procedure, Basha said. Fatima soon died during childbirth in 1962, unable to survive the bleeding.

"Coming back from school, we were taken to the hospital," Basha said, weeping as he recalled seeing his mother dead on a hospital bed when he was 16 years old....

How important is an intact natural family in the USA?

This is an absolutely incredible story. It shows the dogged belief the people of the USA has in valuing the family. I congratulate everyone involved in finding the missing child as an adult. Everyone who added to the path to the truth has done remarkable work.

I just find this story magnificent in the depth of the belief in family.

There's been a new discovery (click here) in the mysterious death of a Florida couple and the disappearance of their baby.

According to a news release from the Texas Attorney General's Office, the bodies of a man and woman were discovered in a wooded area of Houston, Texas, in 1981. Investigators believe they were victims of a homicide. According to the Houston Chronicle, the man had been beaten to death and the woman was strangled.

Their remains were not identified until 2021 when investigators used DNA technology to determine the remains belonged to Tina Gail Linn Clouse and Harold Dean Clouse Jr.

The couple, who had reportedly just moved from New Smyrna Beach to Texas, had a baby named Holly. The infant was not found with the remains of the Clouses.

Family members of the Clouses have been searching for answers since the married couple and their daughter vanished in 1980.

On Wednesday, the Texas Attorney General's Office announced that Holly had been found alive and well, now 42 years old.

Investigators apparently walked into Holly's workplace this week, in Oklahoma, and told her who she was, leading to her being reunited virtually with her biological family members.

On Thursday afternoon, the Texas Attorney General's Office held a news conference that answered questions about who raised Holly.

The news conference began with a plea to the public asking anyone with information on the case to come forward.

First Assistant Attorney General Brent Webster described the case as "an ongoing criminal investigation," and stressed that there were details he wouldn't be able to discuss....

It's Sunday Night

A couple of ways to look at this. I think there are a few subjects I haven't closed on and not sure if I will anytime soon, but, it is time to catch-up.

Then again, housekeeping may be the only thing a woman can do when the Robert's Court removes the protections of Roe v. Wade.

Made me want to give a try, but I know it's the hotel policy,
And I'll be breaking all the rules if I let her get a piece of me.
Can somebody tell me why housekeepin' got me going crazy?
She got the best of me and I just can't explain(I gotta make my move baby).
Can somebody tell me why housekeepin' got me going crazy(housekeepin', housekeepin')?
Something about the vibe that made me want to stay.
