This is exactly the problem with Trump and his populous and idiot administration. The USA law is not Mexican law. A country can ask for extradition to then receive the person and carry out their warrant on Mexican land.
People, otherwise know as human beings, are in the USA for a variety of reasons including asylum. American asylum is unique to the standards and values of the free world. People seeking asylum are safe within the USA because their or their family’s life or lives are in danger. Once human beings make it to the sovereign lands or waters of this great democracy they are safe. Any movement of human beings back to their place of origin requires Due Process according to the greatest constitution of all times.
Trump and his minion administration cannot act on hatred alone. As a matter of fact when Due Process is not followed the administration is breaking the law.
I believe the only exception to that rule is at the southern border when human beings arrive and are immediately returned to the country of origin before reaching the interior of the country.

President Obama was ridiculed by Rights Groups because of this Executive Order. Former President Obama regularly saw the deportations at the southern border to the number of 3 million migrants.
Arresting a person that has established a life in the interior of the USA and has made it known there are issues that cloud the deportation are provided for in Due Process. Racist Trump hates Due Process because he believes he should be “the decider” as to who stays in the sovereign USA and who doesn’t, even natural born citizens.
