Steve Bannon, formerly the head of Breitbart News, has been made Donald Trump’s senior adviser
It’s well-known (click here) that when Donald Trump was elected, those on the far-right, including white supremacists and so-called white nationalists – the difference between the two may not really exist –celebrated loudly. One of several branches of the Ku Klux Klan had even endorsed him.
Now, the appointment of the controversial “alt-right” media mogul Steve Bannon as a senior adviser to Mr Trump – a position that may be more significant than that of chief-of-staff – has been similarly cheered by white supremacists.
Andrew Anglin, proprietor of the Daily Stormer, one of the leading far-right websites and popular with neo-Nazis, declared of Mr Trump: “Our Glorious Leader has ascended to God Emperor. Make no mistake about it: we did this.”...
Karl Rove and his infamous "White Board." The Democrats are hardly holding up nominations. The nominations themselves are receiving bad reviews because of Trump's bad choices. Sheer political joy has nothing to do with it.

Former Bush advisor (click here) Karl Rove slammed Senate Democrats for holding up the nomination of Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) for attorney general, citing allegations of racism.
If you were a Republican in Alabama in the 1960s, you were a racial moderate, Rove said on "The O'Reilly Factor," pointing to the southern segregationist and Democratic faction supporting then-Gov. George Wallace Jr. (D-Ala.).
