Just a word about the demonstrations in Chicago. I think it is very healthy for the country to find itself again.
Something happened along the way from the 1990s. Somehow the people were quieted and mostly dispassionate about their lives and their values. Everything turned to money and suing in the courts. I don't consider that healthy. The courts are power and are not easily accessible by everyone. The USA is not suppose to be a rich man's game. It is suppose to be a democracy where people can have freedom of speech, including demonstrations, to let their government know the citizens are not happy.
This discontent in the country has been growing and it is understandable the elections are going to find citizens upset with their lives.
It think it is about time the people expressed themselves. There doesn't have to be violence. But, there should be a safe method of expressing the discontent in the country.
