Ayman al-Sayed, 19, right, (click here) with his hair cut, and his friend Mohammed Hanouna, 18, left, pose for photo during an interview in Gaza City, Sunday, April 7, 2013. Al-Sayed used to have shoulder-length hair but says he was grabbed by Hamas police in a sweep along with other young men with long or gel-styled spiky hair, and that police shaved everyone's head.

The haircut could have been in reaction to the extremists sending rockets into Israel. Perhaps, the Gaza authorities are seeking to make an impression on their young men without really telling them they can't cause other's deaths. Pure speculation. About the haircuts, not the rockets.

Haytham al-Mishal, 29, was hit while riding a motorcycle. (click here) At least one other person was reportedly also injured.
A militant group which fired rockets at the southern Israeli city of Eilat two weeks ago said Mishal had been one of its members.
It is the first deadly air strike in Gaza since a ceasefire ended eight days of fighting between Israel and militants there in November....

The Israelis are incredibly accurate at 'micro warfare.' That is not new. They have been hitting targets like this for a long time. At least a decade.

When a jet aircraft has to operate within an eight miles sovereign airspace, Israel makes sure it counts. What does anyone expect from Israel a white flag?
