If Antonin Scalia can say broccoli and receive applause, certainly there is plenty of room for commentary.

When Supreme Court (click here for video) justices hear arguments in cases, they are normally throwing questions at the lawyers and interrupting one another -- it's very rapid-fire, and all are engaged. All of them, except one: Justice Clarence Thomas sits silent.

Heck, Clarence, when Antonin and the girls get out of hand at least call for silence. I mean, get there already. Isn't seven years long enough?
