No military rank

Vance holds no military rank. He is a civilian. The Vice President is the president of the Senate. He is a tie-breaking vote. Now, realize all the hate he spews in angry tones and know it is meaningless except to the subscribers of Truth Social. It is probably illegal for Vance to carry out performance art as his role. 

The Trump administration are full of these kind of jerks. They pretend a lot. What sane Attorney General would send citizens on a mission to tattle-tale behaviors to employers? Seriously. They are a piece of work. Not one mature adult among them.

The more drama there is with Kirk’s case, the more it looks as though there is no case against that young man in Utah. I am no lawyer and I can shoot holes through the prosecutor’s case. I wonder who really did it? I don’t really appreciate assassins on the loose.

I think all the grandeur surrounding the Kirk case is to taint the jury pool as well as the obvious political reasons. We know this administration has no use for Due Process. I think they are trying to beat it. 

There is so much doubt for me, I don’t think the guy on the roof did it. No doubt he was on a roof, but, without a gun as proof, I think he was running away from the gun fire. There is absolutely no proof he had a gun at all, especially a single bolt action rifle. Those rifles were illegal under the Assault Weapons Ban.

Ever wonder what the country would be like if the former Vice President Al Gore took the White House? The Assault Weapons Ban would be law. The age of fossil fuels would be over and Earth’s climate crisis would be waining rather than on fire. Now. Realize how high the stakes were for those industries and why they allowed Russia in.

Russia’s long view is exactly what the NRA had to harness. It wasn’t as though any gun manufacturer would shut down. But, the NRA allowed a sovereign communist country inside the elections of this country for profits. And what do we have today? Dead Americans, among them school children. Dead police that were ambushed by a madman. What came of the NRA? A slap on the wrist.

Oh, the Utah guy’s DNA? Yeah. It showed up on a towel after he was arrested. That evidence was not part of his arraignment.

Conviction has been made with circumstantial evidence so long as the jury buys it. 

About time…

 …the USA legislature starts doing their job. They are crafting a bill to transfer frozen Russian assets to Ukraine. It will help Ukraine enormously and bring relief to the people. It will also help pay for the military bills that are adding up.

I look forward to good work in regard to this bill that will provide much needed help for Ukraine. Such actions can also encourage peace rather than ideological wars.

Kimmel censorship?

My understanding is it occurred to curry favor with the FCC over upcoming hearing if the powers that be.

So let me get this right.

MAGA’s hate and fear machine masterminded by Donald Trump produced a monster and now the monster has been slain and no one in MAGA takes responsibility for their wayward messaging. 

Yes? 

And true to form MAGA is now trying to bankroll the death of a thirty something member. That is exactly what is happening with the Republicans and they love it. Poor Kirk. May he represent every American slain by Republican sponsored gun violence. 

How many voters did MAGA register yesterday?

And the rest of us are to honor censorship?

Bush 43 never signed the Assault Weapons Ban when it sundowned. Kirk’s death started then.

The states with absent and EFFECTIVE gun laws can take responsibility for Kirk and every other American cut down by American Gun Violence.

If not David Attenborough, then who?

David Attenborough will be 100 years old in May of 2026. He has dedicated his life to bringing the message of the preciousness of Earth. If the leaders of the world don’t listen to him, then who will they listen to as Earth’s ability to support life wains. 

The climate crisis is not about adapting to change; it is about the very survival of life on Earth. What is it going to take? A presentation by Google? A dedicated British Prince? The Pope? 

Earth’s oceans are distressed to the breaking point of this water planet. What is it going to take to end the denial and harness the common good to save Earth for the next generation of human beings? 

Hm? What will it take to end wars leading to nowhere and fight the only war worth fighting; namely survival.

There is no running away from the climate crisis in a spaceship or otherwise. Planet Earth is the only satellite to survive on. The warning started more than 75 years ago and global leadership is still stuck on propaganda and not the truth.

These Trump people are stupid in thinking they have control of the human mind.

Trump’s control problems are his personal failings and frailty. His control problems are his alone. But him on some anti-psychotics already. He probably should have been in them from birth.

We are a compassionate people and disdain the cruelty of such an agonizing mental state. 

Orban is a spy for Putin.

The NATO troops from Hungry should be sequestered without any command assignment. They are a danger to NATO security and not an enhancement.  If Irban can’t commit to Russian oil sanctions then he is a problem and not simply an annoyance.

Too Late

The first day presidential order signed by Trump was freedom of speech. No more cancel culture. The first amendment of the USA constitution wasn’t enough.

Trump can’t stand himself most days with oratory to tell everyone else how to think and feel, so now he wants absolute censorship of any negative word or image of him.

TOO LATE, Thomas Jefferson beat you to that one. We are all free to say what a completely lousy president he is to 96 percent of the people of this country. 

I especially give offensive his lauding over the HBCUs. (Click here) That is a destruction of affirmative action and a return to “separate but equal.” It is race based and he believes untouchable as minority interests are served as he attempts to create all Caucasian universities out of every other educational institution in the USA.

Every where I look there are Robert Redford marathons.

Kimmel is not the problem. Trump is.

It is a freedom of speech issue. Kimmel’s comments about the violence within the MAGA party IS THE ISSUE. I find reasonable doubt exists in the suspect currently in custody of the killing of Kirk.

Donald Trump MUST come to terms with the monster he created that is assaulting our democracy. 

The word is MUST.

Kimmel’s comments are a side effect of the very violence currently at work within our country.

The problem is Republican Congress.

 They are not living up to their oath of office.

The problem is NOT any late night performers. The Congress is not protecting the Constitution. Truth Social can roll along lying all day long and nothingness gone about it. 

The FCC director must be removed and the corruption of this administration exposed and proper measures taken.

No confidence

Additional and conclusive evidence may yet result, but, at this point I do not have confidence in the FBI findings regarding Kirk’s murderer.

The pictures in the stairs show no evidence of the rifle discussed as the weapon. The stairs show someone with a backpack. There is no way a bolt action rifle was in that backpack (“…all the  bolt action rifles are disassembled the same way…” click here). The stock is not collapsible. 

The pixels are the best I can do.

If the same person was running across the roof, where is the rifle? A bolt action rifle would not be in the backpack.

The note under the computer reported by the FBI is circumstantial. A half a dozen other people could have the same notes given the inflammatory rhetoric of Kirk.

His family’s conversation resulted in a report to the police about a son that hated Kirk. They were correct to report it, but, talk is only circumstantial while raising suspicion. It doesn’t prove anything except their son was involved with a controversial relationship. 

The FBI states it will have better evidence by Friday. That doesn’t mean it will be presented to the public. There is no obligation to share it with anyone else except the defense attorney. As a matter of fact openly discussing the evidence with the public taints the jury pool.

I am not a forensic expert of any kind. This is just the way I see it.

Trump was elected by Musk. Trump lied to trick people into voting for him and Musk swore to it. Why? Musk has had every investigation and federal charge dropped. That’s why.

Then anyone who wanted fame and fortune attached themselves to the Trump wagon train and spun whatever lies were necessary to get Trump and their last chance opportunity to ravage the national treasury. 

DOGE has been nothing but an illegally created scam. DOGE controls the payment system of the federal government. In a single act of defiance of a judge’s order DOGE cut off funding to Harvard. 

That means Trump controls the money being paid out of the USA Treasury. As soon as the Republicans take the midterms Trump will order DOGE to stop paying Social Security and Veteran benefits. 

These guys are criminals through and through. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. The most recent “pay to play” by Trump was his taking of crypto while allowing AI intelligence to the UAE. Trump does not care about this country or people. Everyone needs to clearly understand that.

And what do I care if all of Texas is thanking Jon Cornyn while sitting in my living room in Michigan. That lousy commercial plays at least once an hour. Something like 18,000 border guards are now stationed along the Texas-Mexico border according to the grateful Texans. EIGHTEEN THOUSAND BORDER GUARDS for less than 2000 miles of USA southern border. That is at least 9 guards every mile.

Got that?

9 border patrol guards EVERY FLYIN’ MILE of the Texas-Mexico border. 

No one should be grateful for Cornyn’s over kill at the USA southern border.

Bondi states being Trump’s Attorney General is the hardest job in the world. That is because she is working for the wrong people. Retribution is a legitimate role of a wrong headed Attorney General serving only Trump’s ideology, but, it is not a legitimate role of the Attorney General of the United States of America.

Kirk became a wealthy man espousing the bigotry of Trump. He paid the price for it among people fearing for their freedom to just be themselves. That is the lesson of Kirk. Oppression has it’s costs.
