Military Satellites are being shutdown
The weather satellites belonging to the military are no longer available to the people of this country to predict hurricanes.
What did Trump and Netanyahu gain ?
Nothing. Iran is ending cooperation. Why shouldn’t they? Cooperation only allowed for holes in the earth leaking radioactive air. There were deaths. A nuclear program mostly intact (click here).
The damage done to nuclear enrichment facilities is mostly a minor set back. The construction will begin again. The fact there is work being done to close the surface leaks to the atmosphere speaks to continued Russian involvement. And why shouldn’t Russia continue its alliance with Iran? It is a strategic location and with Iran hated by leaders of right wing politics, it is always spied upon. That reality has yielded Iran a sophisticated drone program built from USA technology crashed in the Iranian borders.
I honestly don’t know why Netanyahu was always courting Republican lawmakers. Joint sessions of Congress was always convened for his speeches. It takes a brave person to pursue the non-violent route.
Hindsight is 20/20 they say. The Iran Nuclear Treaty was invaluable. It was a way to be confident of the path Iran was taking. Iran was living within the treaty until Trump broke it. The politics were ridiculous and born out of fear rather than strength.
The twin aggressors believed the bombing would end the Iranian program. Why? Russia is right there and was a member of the treaty. Russia is not abandoning Iran. Quite the contrary. Russia is assisting in the containment and reconstruction of enrichment facilities.
NOTHING was gained in the bombing and every hope for the future is lost.
People that hate this intensely should never be leaders of the Free World or any country for that matter. Putin has far too much hate for the Post Soviet countries. He should always be content with strong trade relations l, not mutual assured destruction.

Is everyone agreed that bombing nuclear sites is a huge mistake? Well, here is another one.
The capacity of this reconnaissance aircraft is amazing. The advantage of an aircraft rather than satellite is the detail and accuracy of any response to a threat.
Trump created the Space Force and now he is going to abandon Air Force funding for Space Force funding. Why? Who is going to benefit from more and more and more Starlink satellites?

My meticulous mind hero.

The Trump Experiment
See, what Thomas did in dissenting in favor of permanent legalized injustice is exactly what Trump is doing. Trump is screwing around with unbridled violence supposedly under his control.
We saw this pathetic effort in his first term with the fear of an invading immigrant force at the southern border. Trump gave the USA military a legal order to defend the southern border from an invading force. The problem with such an order is that the invading force never manifested. It never existed in the first place.
What Trump did in his first term is exactly what he is doing in California. Trump is shaking in his shoes at the insurrectionists demonstrating at the injustice Trump is wielding in Los Angeles.
There are no insurrectionists except in Trump’s demented imagination. Yet, because there is respect for the office of President the military deployed. That deployment was a shame of the lack of clarity our soldiers were suppose to receive. They were to defend federal buildings from an army of insurrectionists that never existed.
The arrogance of Trump and his minion administration actually believe they have the right to experiment with the power within their office and at their disposal. They do not have that right and never did.
Trump is counting on idiotic arrogance to wield power over the people of this country. The people are objects, not human beings. They are objects to control for what constitutional reason has yet to manifest.
For all intent and purpose Trump is playing with the power of the USA as if a toy. The bombing if Iranian nuclear centrifuges served what purpose? What constitutional purpose did opening up holes in the earth over nuclear centrifuges in Iran serve? It was ordered with complete lack of insight or conscious to the danger that would follow.
I don’t know about anyone else, but, I don’t consider leaking radiation into the winds of Earth a minor concern. Such radiation would and still may cause birth defects and cancers.
So what?
Is that what the American conscience is supposed to rationalize?

It is Iran for god sake, who cares?

Here is a perfect example of an illegal judicial
finding. Why Thomas wrote this is beyond any imagination. He is setting himself up for impeachment. This is a completely incompetent finding. There is nothing in the USA Constitution that allows for permanent wrongful convictions.
This composition by Thomas is intended to poison the dialogue. He actually thinks his little tin god of a judgeship can provide a spring board of permanent injustice. There is no other reason to write something as terrible as this.
The Innocence Project alone provides proof of how imperfect the legal system can be in the USA. A composition that simply screws around with the idea of permanent false imprisonment is grossly irresponsible.
Why bring it up at all? It was never conceived in the USA, except, in it’s exclusion after witnessing injustice at the hand of autocratic kings.
A class action against the IRS is in order.
Revenge is Trump’s middle name and DoGE is currently involved in changing the rules at the IRD for certain Americans.
My guess is that all kinds of audits are underway at the IRS. The volume of racketeering against Trump’s so called enemies, such as universities and law firms, is probably enough to bring a class action against the IRS.

It was stupid in the first place, it is moronic the second time. The second time everyone knows the danger.
The Ayatollah, the autocratic leader of Iran, assassinated four men he believed to be spies. Of course, that is now propagated to allow the belief those four men were responsible for allowing the bombing. Hence, Iran is the victim. The Ayatollah will never simply admit his chest thumping about developing a nuclear weapon had anything to do with it. That dialogue freaked Netanyahu right out.
The threatening dialogues out of Iran is what brought the bombing.
The superiority dialogue that lead to the bombing allowed Israel to open their ambitions to a greater plan. No one should be bragging about nuclear capability. No one.
When Iran decided to do a North Korea in the Middle East all Netanyahu could envision was a mushroom cloud over Israel.
Revisiting the bombing again would not yield a peace for anyone. This bombing, while carried out flawlessly, was a huge mistake. If the damaged earth wasn’t being repaired it could breathe nuclear radiation forever.
The USA Senate Republicans made it worse.
I actually thought there was still some dignity in the USA Senate. I was wrong. They actually only care about their own tax burden.
Rather than increasing taxes, they cut medical treatment for the country. Amazing how completely narcotic Republicans have become.

I believe he is promoting awareness. There isn’t any call to action so much as knowledge to promote citizen safety.

This is the politically driven Robert’s Court that threw out stare decisis and overrode Roe v. Wade.
The Robert’s Court lost all legitimacy when it lied to the Senate Judiciary Committee and decided they were more of an authority than the USA Constitution. The lies before the Senate Committee are well documented.
Now, they want to override the USA Constitution again and throw out birthright citizenship. It is the people that have that authority not six politicos occupying the Supreme Court.
Along party lines
When a Supreme Court interpretation divides along party lines, the dissenting interpretation has to overshadow the majority for potential illegal interpretation that disregards the USA Constitution.
Justice Jackson has already carried Trump’s insurrection to her latest dissent. With this dissent lawyers have a precedent to use in their arguments. I thank Justice Jackson for bringing the truth to the Rule of Law.
There is every reason to examine Supreme Court majority interpretations for their legality under the USA Constitution.
Kindly remember Former President Biden placed Justice Jackson on the court. The political vapors at this point is to widely recognize that administration as illegitimate since January 6, 2021.
One has to recognize the political allegiance of the court when considering the mingling with Trump by the Thomas influence.

The reason Trump got rid of the top brass and department leaders is because of their experience in serving the USA Constitution. Trump ran into headwinds in his first administration. When the military was deployed to the southern border to construct razer wire and protect the southern border the commanding general stated to the media it was a legal order.
The purpose was sovereign defense and not a hunting mission to find and kill illegal immigrated or citizens. They were there to defend the southern border. They weren’t going to fire unless they were fired upon which never happened.
Trump removed seasoned personnel because they were replaced with people with far less experience in determining all that is legal with the military.
Any interpretation of the USA Constitution that misdirects the law under an enlightened understanding of what some damn Federalist Papers is illegal and unlawful under the rule of law
Birthright citizenship stands regardless of the parents citizenship status. The people of this country haven’t changed any of it through constitutional processes already described within our constitution. The Supreme Court alone can’t change the meaning of those words.
There is such a thing as an illegal order
The Lower Courts do not have to abide by an ILLEGAL Supreme Court decision. The decision the Supreme Court is making to get Trump off their calendar are illegal decisions and in 30 days or no 30 days the Lower Courts are obligated to abide by the USA Constitution.
The Supreme Court or DOJ cannot overrule the USA Constitution. The lower courts can stand up to the Supreme Court and refuse to follow an illegal decision.
In judicial findings in the lower courts they can reprimand the Supreme Court and defer to the language within the USA Constitution. The lower court rulings can be the correct and best determination.
It is no different than the military and other law enforcement, they can refuse to carry out an illegal order. The man shipped to Jamaica was an illegal order drummed up by Bondi. He was and is a citizen of the USA. ICE is carrying out illegal orders and why they are being overturned in the lower courts.
I don’t know who is comprising Trump’s SS or if they are even citizens from the USA, but, they are breaking the law.
Trump’s orders be it domestic or international first have to be determined if they are legal. If they are not legal the law enforcement agency and/or the military must stand down. Trump is not king and law enforcement is acting as if he were. They are wrong.
For countries receiving citizens such as the man exiled to Jamaica, I think they can be sued for torture and human suffering by cooperating with Trump’s illegal orders. The countries victimized by the Trump flights, left the American on the jet and send them back. Don’t allow them within the sovereign borders.
Wasn’t Saudi Arabia sured for the acts of their citizens in 9/11? That is a precedent for responsibility.
I would imagine any order coming from an insurrectionist president would be illegal.
