The United States of America is a work in progress and always has been.

The list of aspirations within the Preamble to the Constitution and not the Declaration of Independence, includes “general welfare” AND prosperity through the understanding of general welfare and liberty and not prosperity at the cost of the general welfare. Without a strong citizenry there is no common defense. All the aspirations in the Preamble are interconnected to provide for a strong, able, and ready country. Remember who these men looked upto; General George Washington, Commander and Chief.

The USA never really had an individual tax obligation until 100 years after the Revolutionary War. Previous to Amendment 16 of the USA Constitution the country’s treasury was through tariffs.

The Extreme Right Wing has always coveted the ideology of repealing the 16th Amendment, which by the way states the upper income brackets are responsible for increased taxes because the democracy affords them a free market economy.

Now (Click here) Dysfunctional Donald wants to eliminate the tax code through his great wisdom that only he can do, by changing regulations with another dysfunctional named Billy Long. That is why DDT (Dysfunctional Donsld Trump) is insisting in tariffs. He wants every country that has a commerce relationship with the USA to pay tariffs so the individual obligations of Americans to the USA Treasury can end.

Well guess what DDT? The ideology of removing the tax code through deregulation is unconstitutional. And, the “tariff thing” can be litigated through the WTO (World Trade Organization.) 

If DDT had talked with intelligent people that don’t scout the horizon for strategies but actually KNOW THEIR STUFF, he would realize his entire dreamscape of 2025 is unconstitutional.

The real question is, “Will DDT ever really govern or simply act as a political figure head promising to do everything only he can do if only he had a 2/3rds majority in both houses.”

DDT doesn’t want to pay taxes. He has had so many enormous business failings in his lifetime that he actually has never paid taxes until perhaps he was fed tons of money from the plutocrats.

DDT has lived off other peoples money most of his life so he would like to bring that reality to all Americans through tariffs.

These are age old political ideologies that exist with the idea that once in power the Republicans can have their ideology the law of the land.

WRONG!

No matter what ideology is practiced from the White House it is unconstitutional and will fail.

It would be nice if Americans were not handed propaganda spawned by communists, but, made to realize that sincere governance comes BECAUSE our people fought and died for it in the way of the USA Constitution since the Declaration of Independence celebrated every July 4th.

Oh, by the way, none of DDT’s nominees for AG will be competent enough to handle the volumes of WTO complaints against the USA that will be filed with the imposition of tariffs. Possibly the one persons capable of maneuvering through such dense regulations in international law would be Bill or Hillary Clinton and/or Barack Obama.

Find the BATS that infected the animals.

I have yet to find a study that goes into the habitat of the animals at the market. I have a strong suspicion there are bats that share the same habitat. If that is the case, then these animals may be eating the bats, but, the more likely answer is that the bats are biting the animals. Bat guano can be a very toxic substance. If these animals are walking through it or exposed to it in any way, they can contract the virus in the feces. 

If the bats are found to be infected with the virus found in the animals then it is an open and shut case.

This market was where SARS-CoV-1 began in the 2002-2004 outbreak.

Many of the first COVID-19 cases (click here) to be identified were linked to Wuhan’s Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market. Some studies have reasoned that people brought the virus to the market, where they passed it on to others, while other studies have suggested that the market was the site of the first spillover events, in which animals with the virus first infected people1. Although these earlier studies established the presence of animals susceptible to the virus that causes COVID-19, and the virus itself, at the market, they were not able to confirm that the animals were infected with the virus2.

“The missing link in the whole zoonotic story has been the animal,” says Edward Holmes, a virologist at the University of Sydney in Australia. “If you can show there are infected animals at the market, then the story is complete,” he says, referring specifically to animals infected with a progenitor of SARS-CoV-2.

The latest analysis suggests that infected animals were at the market at the same time that early cases of COVID-19 emerged there. “This is one more piece of indirect evidence that suggests a connection of the origin of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic with the Huanan market,” says Christian Drosten, a virologist at the Charité University Hospital in Berlin....

Growth and Development of a child is to lead to an adult body or otherwise known as secondary sex characteristics.

Why do children not show secondary sex characteristics until after a decade of life? The reason for that is a gland no one ever discusses. The pineal gland is located in the central regions of the brain and for most of it's active life, it suppresses secondary sex characteristics of male and female. When the child starts to show secondary sex characteristics they will have begun to produce hormones that provide for growth and change in the body of a human being.

...The pineal gland (click here) inhibits gonadal development and regulates menstruation, adrenal function, and thyroid function. It is innervated by sympathetic nerves from the superior cervical ganglion that release norepinephrine to increase the pineal gland’s melatonin secretion. Light stimuli thereby reach the pineal gland from the retina via a polysynaptic pathway and affect the production of the neuroendocrine substance, melatonin. Melatonin, a derivative of serotonin, is essential in regulating circadian rhythms in endocrine gland activity and produces an antigonadal effect through the hypothalamic-hypophyseal axis. The production of melatonin is inhibited by light. Apparently, in many animals the major function of the pineal gland is to regulate the reproductive cycle; in fall and winter when days are short, more melatonin is produced, causing a gonad-suppressing effect....

There is basically little difference in male and female gender traits until the hormones start to be secreted. Associate Justice Clarence Thomas wants to know what occurs when a child is transgender and given hormones. Realizing that children are gonadally suppressed for their first decade of life and only have overt organ differences the hormones introduced to the child will begin to build their understanding of their sexuality. 

For transgender children it is important to begin their secondary sex characteristics at the time cisgender children are beginning theirs. There is no reason to delay their growth and development as the gender they identify with for very good cause. They want to be feeling normal for the way they identify. There is nothing wrong with wanting to feel like a boy if that is how a child identifies. As a matter of fact, for healthy adulthood a child should be growing into their adult bodies from the time the hormones tell them so. In the case of transgender children they need assistance in achieving the goal their genetics tell them is right and healthy.

So, while Justice Thomas is confused about the effects of hormones on children of different gender, what he doesn't get is the fact late childhood and early adolescence is the perfect time to start the hormones for that child. It matters a great deal that the children grow up knowing their bodies as they identify. 

This is not a valid point of view for any practice of law.

To say, introducing hormones to a transgender child that will allow them to begin their NORMAL growth and development of their secondary sex characteristics is wrong is COMPLETE AND ABSOLUTE ignorance of the natural state of the human body. 

Here again, the political right wing is sticking their nose into business that is exclusively the practice of medicine. They pull the same stunt with abortion.

The law will never change a transgender child into a cisgender child. It is correct and prudent the transgender child receive their hormones when they need them. Human beings grow into their adult bodies all along the path of elementary school, junior high school, and high school. It is abusive to IMPOSE a female body on a transgender child that identifies as male.  

Targeted. That is not good.

The USA hasn’t had business leaders targeted since Ted Kaczynski.

Any person making testimony before the USA House or Senate needs to have rock solid proof of any statement they make, should never provide opinion outside of that proof and must use the 5th Amendment at every opportunity.

The USA House and Senate Committees will have their own facts. In the case of someone like Hunter Biden they will state he is perjuring himself and look to issue warrants and make arrests for factless reasons. 

No one should ever compromise themselves under the returning Trump administration. It is and will be perilous.

Hunter Biden is a human being and not a strategy. This is a bit of a “hate Biden” phenomenon that needs to stop.

When Hunter Biden was ridiculously charged nearly every prosecutor in the country said it was excessive. And it was. All the MAGA Bozos screamed “unfair and privileged” in unison. The charges were rearranged for the convenience of politics. President Biden has no choice but to remove Hunter from the fraying political stability of the USA. Politics under Trump is about powerful hubris that is bad for the country.

The Biden family has sacrificed their retirement and private life to save this country of the ravages of four years of corruption and incompetency. President Biden wasn’t appreciated because Wall Street hates the Middle Class. They love exploiting the Middle Class for their hard earned money, but, worker’s rights, family and medical leave, unions, and healthcare are expenses Wall Street rather not have.

Joe was a huge proponent for policy that would help the climate crisis. The petroleum industry was not his favorite constituent or crony.

Joe Biden improved the solidarity and tenacity of unions. Unions and the people did better with Joe Biden in office. 

Hunter Biden was a political pawn on trumped up charges that were allowed to exist for too long. As soon as normal lawyering discontinued, the president should have pardoned him. 

The prisoners Trump is about to unleash into civilized society are those responsible for the damage to the Capital, the assault against Congress with intention to kill its leaders, the deaths of police officers, and interruption of a lawful and Constitutional meeting to the peaceful transition of the power of the president.

The pardoning of Hunter Biden is a relief to Americans in knowing he will not be harmed by revenge politics any longer.

There is nothing wrong with President Biden’s legacy. He had a historic presidency. There has never been nor any promise of a Presidential Cabinet so diverse with so many accomplishments. Native Americans were recognized in their leadership and speaking in their native language at formal, official ceremonies. That is only the beginning to the accomplishments of the Biden administration.

If the people of the USA are expecting a “normal” presidency from Trump they are in for a surprise. He has many personality disorders and the nepotism is all part of it.

It is just a shame Trump has to be interrupted to rubber stamp outrageous demands of his donors through his cabinet staff. He much rather eat his hamburger and watch FOX News than have to keep everyone happy with him. Everyone is supposed to be making him happy.

President Biden and the DOJ have been targeting monopolies and Rivian is a healthy addition to the EV market. Rivian is as much a competitor to the major automakers as well. The only sea is to get the American people up and running on affordable EVs. Rivian is a welcome part of that. 

That said, it appears as though the czars of government spending aren’t interested in trimming pork or consolidating agencies that might have too much middle management. They are interested in putting their thumbs on the scale to serve their own interests. That is obvious corruption, and very illegal. I do believe it is racketeering. That is where the Trump presidency is headed. Self serving use of the budget belonging to the people, not Trump.
