The Grand Ayatollah was a human rights activist, believed in Islamic Democracy and was one of the leaders in 1973 of the Iranian Revolution. He was 87 years old. It is regrettable he never saw the freedom of his people. But, to an Islamic religious leader, death is bigger than life.

I honor him and wish the people of Iran great peace.



Grand Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri is the spiritual leader of the opposition in Iran.

Spiritual leaders dedicated to their purpose among the people that come to worship can only sustain the loss of their values for so long.

It is a likely possibility the Grand Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri succumbed to a broken heart more than any age related malady.

What does a 60 - 40 Senate vote mean?

A lot of things. The immediate result of a 60 vote majority for the Senate means it has a health care bill that will be signed by the President and soon. It may be that the Presidential address on Christmas Eve will include his signature to legislation that will change the way Americans are treated in regard to their health care needs.

That is good thing.

I want to 'entertain' what is going to happen afterwards and the potential this legislation brings to faciliate the power of the people of the USA in regard to their health insurance, coverage and best outcomes.

To begin, everyone needs to congratulate Harry Reid. He has a hostile Senate in many respects that react to constitutent demands over and above the mandate to the 2008 election handed to the President.

So, Congratulations Senator Reid. Excellent work.

The Health Care Crisis in ten words or less.

Out of Control, Opportunistic, Predatory, Demoralizing, Deadly, Victimizing and Costly.

The Senate Bill took the health care mandate of 2008 seriously and adapted legislation that would bring quality health care to all Americans. They are requiring standard Preventive Measures for every American no different than the health care they receive.

What does that mean? That means people will no longer be 'in crisis' and going to emergency rooms in droves to receive care or save their lives. We have witnessed in this country how that 'putting out the fire' approach is disasterous and deadly. That will stop in large measure once all Americans have adequate preventive care.

To reach beyond that understanding is to understand how the nation's health care paradigm will change and bring down costs to consumers.

There will be reduction in costs over time. Absolutely will be. Consumers will not longer run up the cost of health care by postponing care and dumping their fiscal responsibility at the door steps of CEOs with Emergency Rooms. That is a unique paradigm shift (and there are many) all by itself. As soon as the run on ER visits are down to those that have health insurance the 'solvency' of these institutions take on a very different character.

An aspect of the current solvency issues with health care institutions is providing charity care and/or unsubsidized care as a means to serving the public. When every visit to either a doctor, or clinic or emergency, outpatient facility or hospital receives reimbursement for their services there will be cost reduction across the board for everyone. The management will no longer have to 'overcharge' some consumers in order to make up for those that cannot pay.

The people's role in all this, along with its government gets very intricate. The American consumer of health care can now demand transparency to the actual cost to institutions and doctors to the 'real cost' of providing care. Where paying customers were overcharged to keep instutiions solvent, there will be a balance sheet that should reflect the actual costs of these services.

There is going to be a 'lag' between the initial start up of the Bill the President will sign and the actual achievement of these goals. Institutions have to organize around new paradigms and it isn't as easy as one might believe, especially when one is being prudent to make sure the delivery of care is not interrupted.

But, in what is a fairly short period of time, compared to the extended neglect of our nation's health care there will be changes instituted and consumers will be able to recognize them. One of the dangers of 'living with capitalism' is the potential to exploit. During the time it takes to establish a national 'base' of health care insurance clients, there will all kinds of attempts to 'advantage' companies over consumers. The American people have to be on their toes and I have no doubt the new Commissions set up through the Health and Human Services Administration will be active and have their agendas full of many issues.

Such as, "What is fair payment?, How is that reflected in premiums?, How does everyone make sure the coverage is equitable to their needs? and When is a consumer penalized for having needs that must now be accommodated by insurance carriers? When is a denial correct and when is it not correct but exploitive to the payer of any health insurance?"

Most of all the 'base of support' to the nation's health care will widen and it will demand transparency and control. That is a good thing.

I hope everyone is starting to get the picture because my picture is completely different from that of Wall Street. I see traditional medicine, expansive building plans and escalating costs completely disappearing, along with traditional health insurance plans.

Ready? Here we go. I am first going to discuss, ever so brielfy, the immediate cost savings to our country's entitlements that can be realized. Everyone should be breathing a sigh of relief at this point.

Our national debt will decrease with the loss of inappropriate government spending. It is estimated the first ten years under this Bill will bring a savings to our nation's Tresury of more than $160 bllion US. Not small potatoes.

The second decade will see $1 trillion USA returned to the Treasury of the USA. Not bad. A good thing.

Medicare is saved to all Americans, because, this plan expands its' solvency to 2025. From there with the added savings to our nation's debt it is all a matter of appropriates to the general budget to cover all aging Americans. The actual savings to our nation, after 2025, will be so significant the concerns about bankrupting Medicare will vaporize.

The future is magnificent. Health care costs, traditional health care costs, will come down drastically within ten years. Most probably less, however, there will be an initial uptick as people receiving Preventive Care, some after decades of neglect will be diagnosed with deadly disease. So, the initial cost to the health care paradigm in our nation will increase. If one could imagine a curve, it would be up for a short time and then drastically down to a level paradigm as early detection and Preventive Care will bring about an increase in health and longevity to Americans. The painful reality of what is occurring in 'free traveling clinics' will visit this country when all are covered with health care. Not everyone goes to those free clinics, in other words.

The future and it is not so very far off, looks like this.

A 'birth genome' will detect any potential for disease. It will highlight exactly where an American's health care needs will go and where Preventive Care and better quality life styles will help with needs and outline costs.

Safe building materials for the houses we live and work in, safe work environments with good ventilation systems, good quality of life and activity, preventive care, no smoking. limited alcohol intake and having a health care road map will become the rule of the day. That isn't all.

The health care team is going to change. It will interventionist and from an early age. It will consist of a person's MD, their genetist consultant, potentially bone marrow extraction and genetic medicine to stop and kill cancers, improve lung conditions that cause such horrible disease as fibrosis and basically treat genetically maladies that cause people painful realities.

Why will that 'convert' cost to 'no cost?' Because all people will be well enough to support themselves in economies that are vibrant and beneficial.

The future of American Medicine is not expansive. There will be in a short period of time less demand for surgeries, medications and interventions. The building demands will diminish over time and people will have control and predictability to their wellness and outcomes.

That reality will send a chill down the spines of Wall Street because health care insurance depends of people being ill and not well and meeting with unpredictable illness rather than wellness.

If a country has a healthy nation, it has little need for medicine. Is it achievable. You betcha. Why is Wall Street wanting to exploit 'the system' now? Because it won't in the future. It is "W"rong to make an industry of the needs of the human body. It is necessary for a while, but, in the long run, the diminishment of the need for what is now called 'state of the art' will take place.

The Kennedy Care Bill.

Every American needs to be on their toes, realize their responsibility and reach for the future. The time to start is now.

I Congratulate the Decency of this Senate

The Obama Administration and its Congress will go down as one of the greatest in history, because, it was fearless.

The Odds of this administration ever being able to carry out its' promises to the American people was clearly stacked against it.

The Previous Administration 'Stacked the Deck' against any health care reform. Bravely and with a focus on Preventive Care the Senate moved to increase the quality of life of Americans and their longevity.

Incredible.

The nation is grateful, regardless of the current mood.

Poor, Mr. Thune. In order for him to understand why he has so many objections is because he needs to ask one question. Only one.

That is all any of the Senators need to ask.

He needs to ask, "Does the Senate Bill have a good Public OPTION, so that when the Insurance Companies take vengence on the American public, the public has a viable option to SAVE THEIR LIVES?"

You see, President Obama told everyone at the very beginning of this that there needs to be a Public Option, you can ask Dr. Dean about the particulars, to compete with commercial insurance.

Oh, one other issue, I think it was Orrin Hatch that (and I might be wrong about that) that said, Medicare Advantage needs to be surgically addressed to correct corruption issues.

At least they admit there are corruption issues.

But, to surgically remove 'systemic corruption' would mean Medicare Advantage would need an autopsy. No sense in going there.

Like I said, at the very BEST it is inequitable. Besides the criminal corruption. They offer benefits, like their Silver Sneakers Program, to some to make the package more attractive than any other there is to choose from, BUT, for the people that don't participate (for whatever reason that is, like disability) they don't provide a payment to them as a non-participant. That is at the very least, unfair and morally disparaging to folks.

Last entry before vote.

Thank you all, I am looking forward to witnessing history tomorrow morning. I am proud of my party. I have been proud of them for a long, long time.

If I were David Vitter I wouldn't be standing on the Senate floor and bragging about what I didn't know. Not if he wants to keep his office.

I sure has heck wouldn't be sounding like a Murdoch puppet, either.

Ya gotta love this mess. The Republicans have delayed improvements to the American Health Care System for two decades and now they say they need to delay it longer.

I don't think so.

You know, if I were a USA Senator, especially a Republican looking for delays in improving the health and well being of the American people I wouldn't be standing on the Senate floor quoting Murdock morons as did Orrin Hatch and David Vitter.

I wouldn't be standing on the Senate Floor I didn't know squat about what I was suppose to know. That is a lousy 'work ethic.'

I give the Republicans a hint and then critic this mess further.

Most, if not all Democrats, especially those involved in the Conservation movement, like myself are well aware of the underhanded methodologies of Republicans. I remember one New Years Eve. I believe it was 2005. I was just about to get all 'dolled up' to join friends for a party and I made the 'instinctual move' to check my email before I started. Sure enough there was an email about a measure the Republicans pulled at the last minute to try to sneak through more infringements upon our Nation's natural resources. The Parks I believe. So, I put aside the dress and the make up and the party and called my host. As soon as he heard my voice he knew. He knew as soon as he heard my voice what the deal was. He simply said, "I'll be waiting for you when you get here." I then turned to my word processor and started to compose methodologies and information and statutes that would stop the incideous attempt to exploit the USA's people of their right to sanity in the natural world.

So, I know Republicans inside and out. The thing is this, and the advise I give them, is that a person that SINCERELY cares deeply about their country, their rights and in this case their constituency doesn't complain about it.

One simply accepts the task before them and 'digs in' up to their elbows and gets the job done. All I have heard since Deb St-"ABE-NOW" left the floor after her beautiful assessment of the Health Care Bill, is belly aching. Nothing more, nothing less, but, belly aching. The Republicans haven't got a clue and they are the laziest bunch of elected officials I have ever witnessed.

Deb finished her assessment, took her posters and left the Senate floor. Who was next? The great stateman, Orrin Hatch.

He had heard Deb state everything SHE KNEW about the bill, he had heard (Or at least should have.) the reading of the Manager's Amendment. Nearly 400 pages of it. And what does he say?

Orrin Hatch said the Democrats were covert.

Orrin Hatch said, "...like back room Chicago style..." - that is language directly out of the Murdoch playbook. What are the agents of Murdoch? AHhhhhhh....Oh, yeah....Boortz and Hannity. Exact slanderous words they use to describe my President.

Proof?

After 'clueless' Hatch finished being a jerk, Bennett took the floor and did nothing but tried to play CYA.

See, Bennett has been in office since 1993. He was one of the "Contract with America" Republicans that has caused this mess. So, what he attempted to do was to say the Health Care Reform Bill was postponing the 'relief' to the American people KNOWING there are deaths every year. Perhaps he proposed another bill to rush through the legislature before Christmas to be sure those 43,000 Americans would not die between now and the year to follow? NO, he didn't do that. He simply whined about the benefits not taking effect for four years after the passage this year. Well, I would do at least passage of this bill considering 'the history' of human rights abuses he had accumulated since 1993. What gets me, is that if we have numbers of people that die every year in this country due to lack of health insurance, I don't know why we don't have names to accompany that. In this country, that type of government neglect is at least manslaughter.

I don't believe I heard him quote Murdoch though, just CYA, that is all I heard from him.


Then pathetic Vitter comes to the floor, whining again about the number of pages of the Health Care Reform Bill and another amendment of (I'll be generous.) 400 page and then complaining about the 383? pages of the Manager's Amendment. He complained about it as if it hadn't been read at all. I mean give me a break here. If that isn't being a flyin' moron then don't ask me what is.

His favorite is from Hannity, "Obama-care." Well, heck, at least he cares. I can't say that of any Republican.

The Republicans have a problem. They don't have the where-with-all to even have an independent vocabulary from that of the Murdoch network. They don't use legislatively effective language and THEY DON'T READ.

That is a problem and the people from their States need to understand they in turn have a problem. The have legislators that 'take their cue' from radio talk show hosts. That is SICK. There isn't anything else to say, but, when legislators are 'quoting' Murdoch commentators, that is nothing more than contributing to 'mind speak' and 'mind set' to insure their elections. It is no different than when Grassley went before his constituents and stated, the House Bill was "...going to pull the plug on Grandma." Like, what?

The Republicans have no dignity, they don't know how to protect the people they represent and they are so 'enamored' with Murdoch rhetoric, it is blastedly creepy.

They need to get over themselves. They need to find a way to be dignified enough to be worthy of their place in the Senate and start acting like it; rather than using it for rhetorical campaigning every time the 'curtain' rises.

I am dead serious about WHOM died in this country for the last two decades because there was no health insurance since the Former First Lady tried and failed due to corporate corruption of our political system.

They all need to get a life and step aside for real Americans to take the Senate floor.

I am looking forward to the vote early tomorrow morning. I think I need to slice an apple. I might get hungry between now and then.

There is dearly little cold over Antarctica this summer.

The entire coastal regions of Antarctica is hot (click here for loop). The heat has nearly enveloped the entire continent. The Blue Ice definately has severe warming and the coldest is noted to be about -3o F on this loop. It is easy to note the vortices in the Southern Hemisphere that are carrying heat from the equator into the ice continent. This is about as severe has I have noted the warming to be and SUSTAIN. The equatorial heat has been invasive to Antarctica to this degree for at least the last week.

Vostok is -32 Fahrenheit. Like, what?

The Troposphere has a new maximum.

It would seem as though every species of inhabitant in Washington, DC is enjoying the newly fallen snow. This is Bo's winter. I bet he is cute today. I hope the Obama children are having fund with him in the snow.

It is a serious weather pattern, there have been deaths and property damage of all kinds.

The GOES East Satellite images are 12 hours apart. The 'vortex' delivering all the 'moisture' to North American is a full 25% of the Northern Hemisphere in size. There is nearly not enough room in the frame size of satellite image to capture this vortex. It is huge.

The center of circulation is also very odd. It is very, very south of Greenland and Iceland. It is directly east of Massachusetts in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. If one draws a straight line between the eastern seaboard of Massachusetts and the two small islands noted to be outlined in red on the right of the frame, the center lies along that line. That is very south of where this North Atlantic Vortex is usually found.

The vortex is moving huge amounts of frigid air from the north polar region to the mid-latitudes. The moisture is coming off the tropics at the equator and it is why the storms over the country are dropping high percipitation rates. One might note it is only the 19th of December.

I noted on CNN the folks along Route 77 are having trouble. Route 77 is a very dangerous road, especially for tractor trailers. They crash along that road all the time. Route 77 is primarily on the sides of mountains and it has a lot twists and turns and a lot of changes in sun exposure and wind exposure and it is dangerous. Very. I traveled Route 77 in July and within 75 miles of each were two very serious tractor trailer accidents. It is a rough road. The speed limit should be lowered for 'semis' along that road.



It is my guess the snow dropped today won't be around for more than a day or so. The temperature map shows warm temperatures. As the vortex moves off, the warmer temperatures will come north from where they are now.

Hello, to the Senate Democrats. You are all doing a great job. I am listening to every word.

I want to tell you all something. To begin, these filibusters would not have happened under the Bush/Cheney Regime. We all know that and we all know how inequitable the Senate Republicans are handling their responsibility to the American people. They are playing politics with the American people's lives and personal treasure.

I am currently healing from a torn cartilage in my left knee. I will be back to my old self in about another week or so. I achieved the intervention for my knee after fighting for my COBRA through the USA Labor Department. The (federal) Labor Department was wonderful, they make good rulings that facilitated me keeping my health benefits.

I want to thank everyone of you and the President for protecting me from the ravages of 'raw capitalism.'

I will have to write a letter to the State Attorney General in North Carolina because CIGNA (My health insurance company is Great West, a subsidiary of CIGNA.) is being difficult in paying the bills. They are also giving the UNC Hospital System in Chapel Hill a terrible time over a contract that would provide REASONABLE reimbursement for services.

I received a letter from UNC Chapel Hill Hospital System. It is the State supported hospital in North Carolina. It has a significant university and medical school that keeps North Carolina supplied with good doctors and surgeons, like the one that fixed my knee.

They are in very difficult negotiations with CIGNA. Now, as the State hospital they will have to absorb any of the costs they cannot get payment for through the contracts they make with all these insurance companies. They have to provide care. If the patients can't pay due to the lack of good payment contracts then they have to qualify for charity care and/or Medicaid. The UNC Hospital System does not turn anyone away and they give excellent care. Their Family Medicine Department is ranked second in the nation.

The thing is this, North Carolina has many 'family homes.' By that, I mean, that land and homes are passed down generation after generation. If people that have CIGNA don't get good coverage at the UNC System they will be liable for the balance of the cost. That will threaten possible foreclosure on homes in NC. It will not be just another chapter in the failed economic strategies of the Bush Regime, but, sincere and sorrowful losses to families that have treasured their heritage.

I have to laugh when I hear how the unemployment rate is so stubborn. It is very stubborn in North Carolina. It was slightly improved last month, but, it is not due to the actions of the State legislature. You see, the State Legislature only meets twice a year, in May for approved budget appropriations and in January for a General Session. So, the North Carolina Legislature hasn't even begun to address the stimulus dollars at the State Legislature level, except, for what buoyed the budget in May. Basically, there hasn't been any new programs or spending yet.

AS A MATTER OF FACT, in January 2009, the North Carolina State Legislature was looking more toward controlling costs and shrinking the budget. They increased the State income tax to make budget adjustments. So, the entire 2009 year is lost to growth in North Carolina. Definitely.

So, for all those that are quick to criticize the Stimulus of 2009, they are really simpletons not to take into account that State legislatures around the country haven't even BEGUN to assign those funds to job creation. What is occurring in States like North Carolina is a negative feedback loop.

When the Stimulus Funds were appropriated and distributed there were no jobs programs initiated for those funds. The State administrative infrastructure is so deprived of effective departments that the monies are not immediately absorbed and people immediately begun to be hired as in...say....Massachusetts, where there is a complex State infrastructure that can immediately act to begin hiring.

As a result, the unemployment rates in 'lethargic' States cause the 'run' of benefits while awaiting new job programs and State spending. That in turn forces the Federal government to add to the cost of the stimulus and add more unemployment benefits and COBRA monies to support those that are still lacking jobs.

The truth of the matter is the States without effective State infrastructure that cannot immediately begin new projects and/or return immediately to hiring are exacerbating the problem of the economic failure of 2008. So, to say the Stimulus isn't working is silly and ignorant of understanding of the way in which States work across this country.

2010 will be a better year for employment. And. There will be a new understanding in States that their Stimulus funds will be with them for 10 years and that will be an added dynamic to the economy.

To return briefly to Health Care, the Public Option has to be in place to protect the people of North Carolina in order to deal with ruthless health insurance companies such as CIGNA. Don't give up the ship. I am proud and are appreciative of all of you.

I would bring some warm cider tied with a holiday bow to the Senate, but, I just can't get there right now.

Chin up, the Democratic Senate is awesome.

The Republicans can't hold a candle to you guys. They are obstructionists and are allowing the exploitation of the people of this nation. Americans need this bill for health care, many don't understand that and may not understand. The propaganda is terrible and instead of educating the public to the rigors needed to secure them from future personal fiscal tragedy, many media services like to defame the current administration and its majority House and Senate.

I want to thank the President for his delayed arrival in Copenhagen. He didn't have to do this for us. He did.

President Obama gave a stunning address to the delegates at the climate conference. From this side of the vantage point, it followed a very interesting speech by the Ethiopian President.

Ethiopia is in very bad condition. It was once a paradise where flora flourished and there were abundant regions of water. Today, due to Climate Change spawned by Human Induced Global Warming, Ethiopia is a parched desert with migrating people to find relief from their suffering.

The Ethiopian President stated, "1.5 to survive." He stated his concern revolved around a reality that is dearly not spoken to enough and that is the fact 'the species' of human being might not survive Climate Change. The reference to 1.5 is the number of degrees' Celcius he would like to have the temperature of Earth maintained in order to insure a rich biotic Earth.

It was good to hear from him. It is not many world stages where these leaders can be heard. The criticism of many of these small countries by the so called 'civilized First World' is that they have too many problems to even trust them with monies that are suppose to be targeted for protecting their lands, hence their people.

It is an unfair and biased assessment of the very neediest of countries on Earth. Their people are allowed to survive no different than any other and it is they that have the greatest risk to die. Providing water and food isn't the only aspect of 'care' these people need. They need to move from poverty and provide protections for their land. Poverty is the greatest threat to any Climate Change. I look forward to the conclusion of the conference at Copenhagen and a strong resolve for these very brave countries. They don't need nuclear energy either.

...In some cases they are beaten, raped, killed or just thrown overboard into the shark-infested waters. In addition, the overloaded and overcrowded boats sometimes capsize, resulting in the drowning of many onboard.

According to the latest UNHCR statistics, at least 309 people drowned or did not survive the trip this year. In 2008, some 590 people died during the crossing. Many more people went missing and are presumed dead. The mixed migration route through the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea is presently the busiest and the deadliest one in the world.

Unlike in previous years, Somalis are no longer the majority of arrivals. With nearly 32,000 Somali arrivals this year their number remains steady in comparison to 2008. However, the number of Ethiopians reaching Yemen more than doubled this year to above 42,000.

While virtually all arriving Somalis approach the two, strategically positioned reception centres in Mayfaa and Ahwar, where they receive protection and assistance, only some 9,000 Ethiopians went to these venues this year. Most press on towards the Persian Gulf states in search of job opportunities....

The difference between having a Public Option and not having a Public Option goes beyond simple competition. That is definitely a consideration, but, it also allows States an option in applying the expanded rolls of Medicaid that may work better for them.




Jeff Sessions, Alabama

Alabama - 541 Adult Deaths Annually. Alabama is one of the poorest States in our nation, if not the poorest. It is States like Alabama that needs health care insurance reform the most and definitely need to expand Medicaid. Absolutely. They won't be able to do it alone and that is why the Public Option is so valuable. If a State like Alabama cannot include more on their Medicaid rolls, it will fall to the federal government. However, the best way to deliver that care is to offer a Public Option so people can directly apply for an insurance program they need. Absolutely.

Arizona - 1185 Adult Deaths Annually. Arizona has the two most right wing extremist Senators in the Senate. That is by voting record, not, by personality or some faux pet name of "Maverick." Sorry, don't buy it. It is NO coincidence that Arizona's death rate is like fourth on this list. That isn't a mistake. The people of these highly conservative states aren't being well served by their government because they 'bought into' the ideology and NOT 'good conscience.'

Connecticut - 326 Adult Deaths Annually. And these annual deaths that repeat year after year. This is just THIS year, this is every year.

Florida - 3542 Adult Deaths Annually. Now, I don't know about you, but, I am getting a very creepy picture right now, considering the Governor before Charlie Crist was Jeb Bush. You know the guy, the Former Texas Governor's Brother. That a lot of dead people compared to the rest of the country and both states had the Bush Brothers as Governors. It is NOT a coincidence. NOT!!!

Let me remind of The Iron Triangle. They are suppose to be 'the rock' and center of the Republican ideology. To begin with when a party has these kinds of problems and rely on image making to have folks elected to office, it is a superficial reality for the constituency.

The sincere issue regarding any of the people listed within these two entries is they chronically want to 'downsize' government. I have already stated there was a coup against the Constitution under the Bush/Cheney administration for eight years. Oh, didn't I use that word? My bad. See, if oneis employing 'a hammer' to the USA Constitution while placing at the center of the Federal Budget outside of military spending, the American entitlements trying to make them more than 50% of that budget and it is a PLAN then I call it a coup.

The purpose of the Republican leadership under the Bush Brothers has always been to LIMIT the size of government and eventually eliminate it. For the most part. That is why citizens have to be armed, etc., etc., etc.

So what is transpiring here are politicians with an ideology to implode the USA infrastructure from the inside while making it appear as though it is the best thing that God has ever done for the nation. Sorry, but, there is nothing godly about the Bush Brother's agenda.

One might recall the scandal in Florida when Jeb Bush LOST something like 500 children within the social service network there. THAT occurred because of the downsizing of the State of Florida infrastructure. Oh, sure the 'social workers' were scapegoated, but, what is sincerely boiled down to was too large workloads for the people that were the lifeline to those kids. So, the methodology of Jeb Bush was to assign MORE GOVERNMENT to the issue and supposedly solve the problem and scapegoat the victimized. The children were never safe under the Florida Social Work system because there were more children than the workers had 'quality time' to follow them. It is just that simple.

The governments of the Bush Brothers did not serve the people, but, they seem like nice guys though and after all we always get those great rebates and tax cuts.

The people listed here are not good leaders, they should not be in government and they certainly aren't moral leaders no matter how many church services they attend in any given week.

Florida has a disproportionate number of adult deaths here compared to the other states with RED representatives. Yes, Red. If you ain't taking the issues of the people seriously you are a RED representative to the House and Senate. Don't care the party. People live otherwise their representatives are giving EXCEPTIONALLY poor serve to the people that elected them over and over and indoctrinatedly over again.

Saxby Chambliss, Georgia (Was that 'bliss' in his name? Well, I found this 'insight' to his 'philosophy' interesting. Ignorant man evidently. This is a direct quote.) “First of all,” said Chambliss, “I am not a health care expert. I tend to rely on our health suppliers [sic] for a lot of the information that we’ve used in developing our ideas and our thoughts.” (Oh, it was Cham-bliss. Like Sham Bliss. Like a faux bliss. You might say that. So, let me see if I can tease out a reality here based on his statement.)

Basically, he is not an expert. I guess that means he does not have an MD. I don't know what it takes to be an expert in his estimation as he never really said. But, you know one doesn't have to be an expert when elected to office, but, only consult with GOVERNMENT AGENCIES that tract deadly trends in citizens well being. I would not put a 'supplier' in that category. So, if Shambliss turning to private industry 'suppliers' for information on deciding about the wellness of Americans and the 'intervention' government needs to take it would seem a conflict of interest at the very least. He is NOT a competent Senator. At all. Government is not suppose to turn to those that are 'causing harm' to citizens to find the problem. I won't show up there. Government is suppose to ask the 'Agencies' to reply to issues found within the citizens of the country. And then a Senator is suppose to 'think,' followed by legislation to stop the harm to citizens.

Resposible for State Deaths due to lack of Health Care Insurance

This is a representation of about half of the deaths caused by governmental negligence to issues urgent to the populous of the USA.

There is a huge disproportionate amount of deaths noted in Texas. It is even disproportionate considering it is the largest state in the lower 48 states of the USA.

The people that have been suffering through this health care crisis for the past two decades, since our current Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton, tried to correct the nation's path, knows that the problem in all this lies with the draconian methodologies practiced, NOT IN GOOD GOVERNMENT, but in ideologies toxic to our citizens and therefore our USA Constitution.

The obvious mention of Texas' disproportionate deaths among the current listed points to the epicenter of the crisis. Just that simple. One of the most oil wealthiest states in the USA has the worst track record on human rights abuses across the board and now has a Governor advocating secession as a political tool to re-election. It doesn't get more extreme than that. It doesn't get more anti-Constitutionalist than that.

The point is we had eight years of a former Texas Governor in the White House with the very priorities that have killed disproportional amount of people in the very state he was Governor with a track record of the highest 'Death Sentence' rolls in the country. George Walker Bush exhibited disdain to those in the Middle Class and favored the icons of Wall Street. He exemplified the very ideology that is against the dignity of the USA Constitution and its Founders.

The Founders of our Constitution and Bill of Rights left oppression behind to begin again a new nation based in separation of church from state, freedom of thought and pursuit of happiness. They would roll over in their graves to realize their children of the USA were victimized by an ideology and not by law or the facts that support the law. It was ideology they left behind. It is ideology laced with lies and the manipulation that wealth brings to truth we are faced with today. The people below and other I will list in a separate entry are not good Americans. They seek to align themselves with death over life when it comes to the very people already born into their rights in this country.

Our Constitution was to be a work in progress. It was FDR that noted as a man of the 20th Century that life had changed radically from the beginnings of our democracy. He called the change in our industrialized nation a need to reflect on "A Second Bill of Rights" no different than the "Patient Bill of Rights" that Senator Kennedy liked to insure would be a right to all Americans.

The wealth of this country is suppose to serve all of us, not just those that can control Wall Street. The USA Treasury belongs to the people, not the wealth merchants. If the USA can grow its domestic product with the refocusing of our work force, protect the future of their children from the ravages of an abused, neglected and over used planet, then the citizens should have the benefit of the power of their government to insure their wellness and function as a citizen of this country.

The USA is not a 'game piece' in the master board of Wall Street. We are a nation of living, breathing people that exhibit culture. There are certain understandings in our way of life that relate the urgency of the matter in regard to health care and the deaths noted here is a travesty to our people, their understandings of priorities in their lives and our Constitution and Bill of Rights. One cannot vote if one does not live. Death pre-empts understanding a government needs to address the needs of its people.

These people died due to government neglect and everyone knows it. The disproportionate deaths in Texas simply state the obvious to the 'enslavement' to ideology the Right Wing Republicans adhere to in maintaining a constituency. We have to break this cycle of abuse of our people, our laws, our Treasure and our Constitution. There are certain 'truths' that were evident to our Founders and that was the right to pursue a life. If one does not have life, they cannot pursue anything else.

Health care that is affordable and easily available is a RIGHT guaranteed to us under our Constitution as it stands today. It is in the understanding of what living brings to our documents. The ideology of the Right Wing is not even close to a religious dogma and it needs to be overcome by displacing them completely from our political parties and realm of social influence. The 'few' that were 'bailed out' by our Treasury in 2008 have found a 'way in' to our political structure and have dominated our history over the past three decades including the wrongful wars and deaths abroad.
