There is a new law on the books.

I think it is a great law. What I can't figure out is how does that effect the presidency or not? I mean now that Trump has convictions in the double digits does that mean he loses his pension, too?

...The No “Congressional Obligated (click here) Recurring Revenue Used As Pensions to Incarcerated Officials Now” (CORRUPTION) Act, will prevent members of Congress from collecting taxpayer-funded pensions if they are convicted of a felony related to corruption, even if they drag out the appeals process.

Under current law, former members of Congress convicted of a felony must forfeit their pensions after exhausting their appeals, which can drag on for years, according to Rosen’s office.

The No CORRUPTION Act, sponsored by Rosen and Republican Florida Sen. Rick Scott, amends the law to close that loophole, forcing former members of Congress to lose their pensions immediately following a conviction.

“If you’re a lawmaker that’s been convicted of a felony, there’s literally no way you should be getting your government funded pension, which is getting paid by the American taxpayer,” Rosen said....

Okay, so let me get this right.

After the country went through an election of 2020 whereby lies and deception played a huge role in determining the voting choice of some Americans. In the real world fraud is a real thing. Professionals of all walks of life pride themselves on being honest or at least they should. When they aren't that is unethical and can and should have impacts on their professional standing and license. 

So, with such high amounts of lies and deceptions in that election leading up to an insurgency responsible for violence and police deaths, it was decided the media business was going to police itself. They set up standards and goals of protecting the innocent, namely the voting public. 

Then comes Musk and his self-righteous campaign of taking on the challenge of uplifting the correctly marginalized and purchases Twitter. HOLD EVERYTHING, the fraud that was being routed out and exposed no longer was called fraud, it was freedom of speech. We know today why that freedom of speech as so very important to the MAGA Muck. 

So, it true self-righteous form Musk mucked out the MAGA folks that opposed his point of view on immigration visas and silenced them. 

HOLD EVERYTHING. What is this? I thought Musk-owned Twitter was free speech regardless of the harm it does to the innocent citizens of the USA. Now, because Elon turned Kekius Maximus (click here) doesn't like the free speech on "X" (known as Twitter) he is SELECTIVELY censoring people. 

Like I said. Musk is two-faced. He has one set of rules for himself and another set of rules for everyone else.

The debate roiling the MAGA world (click here) in recent days over visas for highly skilled workers shows no signs of abating. Some prominent online personalities are now accusing Elon Musk of using his social media platform, X, to retaliate against those who disagree with his support of the H-1B visa program.

Musk, who was tapped to lead President-elect Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, has clashed with Trump supporters over H-1B visas. While Trump has taken aim at the visas, Musk - the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX - has defended the program and argued that tech companies need foreign workers to compete.

But loyal Trump backers like far-right activist Laura Loomer, conservative pundit Ann Coulter and former Rep. Matt Gaetz have criticized Musk and his incoming Department of Government Efficiency co-chair Vivek Ramaswamy, over their pro-H-1B visa stance.

Musk, in turn, stripped Loomer and other members of the right-wing Conservative PAC, of their verification badges, members of the PAC said.

Loomer, a far-right provocateur and a vocal Trump supporter on Thursday claimed that Musk had removed her verified status on X and shut down her ability to gather paying subscribers because of her opposition to the H-1B program.

Musk, she posted, “is a free speech fraud.”...

Moving on.

I ran across this on YouTube and I could not stop laughing. Rappers and meme artists are going to have a ball and make plenty of money from this administration. So, on one of the more violent new year's day, I am sharing this:

The terrorist thing. I am not going to revisit this dynamic again.

It is amusing to hear the federal government state how the terrorists each acted alone. Of course they did. Each were their own terror cell. There was a single man terror cell in Louisiana, two man cell (the bomber and the photographer) in Los Vegas and a group of at least four terror cell in New York.

That is the nature of the beast. Each absolutely carried out the deaths and maiming of others independently.

However.

Each act of horrific violence was inspired by the ISIS ideology and each other. There is no coincidence these three terrorist acts occurred within 24 hours. That is part of the HOPE of the violent act, that it will inspire more and more and more violence.

There is no allowance for any form of ISIS in the USA. It is a violent terrorist network and it is not to be considered a religion. It is not. Regardless of the ideology there is only one thing on these men's minds and that is killing all those that are not like them. That is not a religion. 

So.

The SBIs need to put ISIS on their list of active investigations and begin to arrest those within their jurisdictions affiliated with the terrorist network.

Musk is two faced.

DxHe is the guardian of the double standard; one for him and another for everyone else.

The Plutocrats are not representative of the American people. They bought power so they can pursue their own pet projects, like privatizing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, or building a Mars, or eliminating regulations of self-driving cars.

That makes no sense. Eliminating regulations on self-driving cars is like saying the computer is trustworthy. That’s crazy stuff.

I think Putin HAD a good strategy.

Americans are better than that. They pay attention. 

It could have worked, having ISIS terrorize Americans and invading with drones killing in a densely populated state, rippling that reality as fear across the country. It could have worked.

Americans love their freedom, no matter how flawed it can be at times. Americans do not accept invasion into their country as an answer to the country’s problems. 

While Americans identify with an assassin that championed a sentiment about greedy CEOs, they are not willing to surrender to foreign powers that will destroy our freedom, liberty, and USA Constitution.

Democracy is hard, but, Americans are harder. We are more like Ukrainians.

Call me an alarmist, but, I believe I am correct.

The New Jersey drones coming in from the ocean as well as the drones surveilling city water supplies were Iranian of origin launched off a Russian or Chinese ship sitting in International waters. I doubt even the big drones can carry enough fuel to cross an ocean or a Gulf of Mexico.

Any such anchored ships or floating in International waters have soldiers aboard waiting for an opportunity to invade

States Rights guarantee a state can defend itself excluding federal borders. Federal borders do belong to the federal authorities. 

I believe the best approach to sure dangers are for cities and states to train and grow their own drone military. There is nothing stopping a volunteer pilot force that can include veterans.

Iran has no regard for the USA and is always looking for its best opportunity to invade. Going forward from here I strongly believe the federal national security apparatus is inept under Trump. Not the military, the national security administration. It would be foolish to think otherwise. The incoming administration has no experience and/or insight to the issues that beset local and state authorities .

I have noticed more New Jersey towns have banned drones. I think those are good decision. 

Attacks in NYC on waiting crowd.

Does anyone believe Tulsa Gabbard is ready for this? She may have lead it. She is a member of a religious cult, similar to Comey-Barrett. Trump has “a thing” for religious cults. Comey-Barrett, Gabbard, and Q to name a few. They are easy prey because they are disregarded by society, but, always potential Trump voters. Who else would produce a political bible?

Expect an increase in scamming. Especially of seniors that it will be receiving or have been receiving their Social Security checks.

THIS IS ISIS.

Governors need to know their theology and methodology like a book. The National Guard should be activated now.

It appears to be a shaken hand held video taken as if trained on the truck for the purpose of recording the terrorist act. Who is this guy whom’s voice is obvious. It seems it very well is another ISIS member. 

It very well could be a copy cat terrorist act. These guys are probably half-cocked all the time. 

The terrorist acts are all symbolism. Venues of wealth and power. The football stadium where thousands of people congregate to watch millionaire college athletes, the Gold Trump Tower, and the Musk Tesla. It is all symbols to terrify Americans into a following them to end the Plutocrats. They were probably inspired by the assassination of the CEO and the reaction by large number of people that support the assassin. ISIS is preying on the American public so they can take control. 

So sorry to hear of his passing.

He was bigger than life that day, on September 11, 2001. He and, I believe it was David Bohrman (click here), that teamed up to lead a country out of confusion and darkness. They created the phrase, “The new normal…”

After anchoring “Newsnight with Aaron Brown,” the flagship news hour for CNN for years, Aaron went on to inspire young journalists at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Arizona, as a professor (click here). 

In his interview he stated, “The anchor guy sort of happened:…” was reflective of the “real” human being Aaron was as an anchor. It was charismatic and average Americans loved “the anchor guy” every Monday through Friday. 

I have no doubt his passing is being felt and he will be missed by those he touched. He frequently would mention his wife and daughter now left behind. 

May he rest in peace.

His accomplishments stretch across a lifetime of good works. He attracted the people most interested in a benevolent world. He and the Late First Lady Roselyn Carter were proud of their accomplishments and those that surrounded their lives. They were a remarkable couple.

My sincerest condolences to the Carter family. They surrounded the First Couple with love and support all these years. It was a long good-bye for remarkable people. I thank the family for their good care of the Late President and First Lady.

What is going on in the Pacific? No one is testing bombs or some ridiculous nonsense like that, are they? 

The Pacific Plate is active, but, it is always bumping around. The quakes are mostly in the 4.4 range and nothing along Hawaii’s Hit Spot.

Autopsies, if possible, might be helpful for analysis of cabin pressure and loss of oxygen. Altitude of strike can be determined. The pilots would have an oxygen supply to attempt landing.

There is no dealing with Russia. Full sanctions must go into place. This may be an involuntary attack by Russian Artificial Intelligence on the Free World.

If this is an out of control mission system Russia is indifferent about the launches simply because to disarm that aspect of the national military complex is worrisome. It currently would leave Russia without any defense and the generals ain’t that bright. Putin would order the system to continue to operate while their genius computer hacks fix it. It is most likely not repairable. If the system is out of control it has been before launches occurred. 

If these were voluntary releases of missiles then Russia has declared another military operation, AGAIN, without declaring war. 

There needs to be an emergency session called with the UN Security Council to end this madness. 

Vladimir Putin does not care about the Geneva Conventions and may even argue he has not declared war. Right now everyone and every country is at risk for citizens’ deaths. To say the airline industry is facing peril is an understatement.

After September 11, 2001 the country had a bit of an epiphany and caring about each other was paramount.

Things are different now. The incoming administration is violent and untrustworthy. That trickle’s down to effect society. We are entering a time as Americans where people carrying weapons think nothing of expressing aggression. There is permission for that behavior by incoming authorities in Washington, DC. with the enforcement of “the steal,” and releases from prison of insurgents with proven ideology of violence. 

Personal safety is being redefined. Caution is returning as a preferred social directive. There is no such thing as casual friends anymore.

It is a shame this is occurring to the USA, but, it is.

Lies

Canadians pay less tax. Trump is trying to stem the ideology of Americans moving permanently to Canada due to the assault on freedom and liberty by MAGA. The appointees to the cabinet place American lives in the balance.

The DOD needs more than an infomercial actor on the cabinet.
