...In January 1859, (click here) Tyndall began studying the radiative properties of various gases. Part of his experimentation included the construction of the first ratio spectrophotometer, which he used to measure the absorptive powers of gases such as water vapor, "carbonic acid" (now known as carbon dioxide), ozone, and hydrocarbons. Among his most important discoveries were the vast differences in the abilities of "perfectly colorless and invisible gases and vapors" to absorb and transmit radiant heat. He noted that oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen are almost transparent to radiant heat while other gases are quite opaque.

Tyndall's experiments also showed that molecules of water vapor, carbon dioxide, and ozone are the best absorbers of heat radiation, and that even in small quantities, these gases absorb much more strongly than the atmosphere itself. He concluded that among the constituents of the atmosphere, water vapor is the strongest absorber of radiant heat and is therefore the most important gas controlling Earth's surface temperature. He said, without water vapor, the Earth's surface would be "held fast in the iron grip of frost." He later speculated on how fluctuations in water vapor and carbon dioxide could be related to climate change....

The Texas government is about wealth and not a citizen's well being.

Today, the Texas Grassroots Network (TXGN), (click here) released a new report titled "Oil & Gas Pollution's Impacts on Texas Families” which outlines how oil and gas development in Texas has exacerbated air pollution and public health issues, like asthma and other respiratory illnesses. The report tells the stories of three Texans, including a four-year- old boy, whose health has deteriorated as a result of harmful air pollution from oil and gas activities.

TXGN releases this report as Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Scott Pruitt threatens to extend the suspension of EPA’s 2016 New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) which curb methane emissions, smog-forming VOCs, and other toxic air pollutants such as benzene - in new, reconstructed and modified oil and gas sources—just like the ones featured in the report.

“Much of the air pollution documented in this report is preventable. No one should have to worry about their children or family members getting sick from the oil and gas industry, but that is the reality we face if EPA’s pollution standards are suspended—or even worse, repealed,” said Sharon Wilson the Gulf Regional Organizer for Earthworks. “Our children deserve to be able to play outside with their friends without the fear that pollution will leave them wheezing and coughing. By threatening to suspend these vital safeguards, Administrator Pruitt seems perfectly content to sacrifice our children's health at the behest of the oil and gas lobby.” 

Currently, Texas lacks meaningful standards for detecting and repairing leaks, which means they rely on the protections provided by the federal pollution standards to safeguard against methane and other toxic pollution and to curb public health impacts.

Joking, right? Texans NEED federal standards to maintain their health, really? And who does the petroleum industry send to Washington, DC to end federal air standards? You guessed it, Scott Pruitt.

Running roughshod over people is corruption, plain and simple. It is also a violation of human rights to clean air and water. Roughshod also means when people value nature as a part of their own appreciation of beauty, the culture of a peaceful life is destroyed.

Right now, (click here) there are nearly 400,000 active oil and gas wells, compressor stations, and processing plants in the state of Texas. 1Texas is also home to some of the worst methane pollution and ozone smog in the country. 2 Each day, oil and gas activities across the state spring leaks that spew toxic pollution into the air, like an invisible oil spill. The smog that pollution forms is beginning to verge on a public health crisis: by 2025, Texas is expected to be the worst place in America for children who suffer from asthma caused by pollution from oil and gas activities....

Considering the issues of Texans, one also had to consider the problems of fracking as realized in Oklahoma as well. The REGION have issues that cross state lines and cause deterioration of human rights contained in quality and right to life.

...Oil company lobbyists (click here) routinely complain that EPA regulations are expensive and unnecessary. But Wilson said she believes the industry isn’t really concerned about high costs or red tape.

“This is an industry that just does not want any rules, and so they’re going to fight against any rule whether it’s in their best interests or not,” she said.

The report utilized Wilson’s research using infrared images to show normally invisible methane, benzene and other emissions escaping from Texas oil and gas operations.

She also documents cases of people living near these wells who experience serious health problems. But, she added, Texans need not live close by to be affected.

“The air in Denton, Texas, doesn’t stay in Denton, Texas. The air in Odessa and Midland doesn’t stay in Odessa and Midland,” Wilson said. “It doesn’t know where the city boundary is.”

A coalition of environmental groups, including Earthworks, recently filed suit seeking an injunction against Pruitt and the EPA over their plans to suspend the standards.


Why are regulations GOOD for the industry? Because they capture leaking methane that adds to the stores of the industry and more product to sell. Right? I mean containment of gas leaks is good for the industry. That is the understanding of most people who claim to understand capitalism.

HOWEVER, with the falling price of oil and gas; the leaks provide an incentive to raise the price while 'commodity brokers' see a sustained or diminished supply. The entire commodity price of natural gas is skewed while people face human rights abuses with a failing quality of life.

One thing that Pennsylvanians (click here) of any political stripe should agree on is that waste is a bad thing. Whether we are talking about money, time, or energy, the prudent--and conservative--approach is always to minimize waste.

This is why Gov. Tom Wolf and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) were right to launch a concerted strategy last year to reduce natural gas waste and the resulting methane emissions.

The plan will help reduce leaks and emissions from natural gas well sites, processing facilities, compressor stations and along pipelines.

These leaks harm public health as they waste a valuable natural resource and release pollutants into our air.

If successful, Wolf's plan would show that Pennsylvania is a truly a leader in waste reduction by implementing responsible oil and gas practices....

... The oil and gas industry has stepped up its political efforts to slow or block the state plan, just as its methane emissions are up a whopping 28 percent.

In one such effort, state Sen. Guy Reschenthaler, R-Allegheny, is trying to tie the hands of Pennsylvania with legislation barring Pennsylvania from adopting standards stronger than whatever was decided in Washington....

Pennsylvania should be congratulated for taking on the challenge to find ways to END METHANE POLLUTION. Methane pollution leaked into Earth's troposphere is dangerous to life. It has extremely low heating and cooling temperatures and an accumulation of 5% to 15% of any air mass causes an explosion.

Methane also kills. In enough of a concentration it replaces oxygen on the blood of people. It isn't the methane in particular that explodes into death of people, it is the anoxia (lack of oxygen) that kills. 

Methane like lead replace benevolent molecules and compounds important to the human body with toxic chemicals BECAUSE they replace those benevolent molecules and chemicals. In the case of lead, it replaces iron. In the case of methane it replaces oxygen. 

In understanding why other greenhouse gases than CO2 are even on the list of greenhouse gases is to understand why Earth is warm.

One joule is equal to 0.0003 watthours or 0.000291587 kilocalories. One kilocalories is what Americans and others think of as "a calorie."

The article goes on to explain that if Earth didn't COOL that level of energy absorbed over millennia would end the ability of Earth to support life. But, Earth supports life so that isn't the problem UNLESS Earth's mechanisms don't work.

A scholar by the name of Joseph Fourier found the way Earth cooled was through electromagnetic radiation. If you want to challenge that idea for the purpose of petroleum profits it would require a rewriting of mathematics back to it's inception. Fourier is as dedicated a mathematician and scientist than ever found. He measured himself at the age of 21 against Newton and Pascal, whom had their own historic recognitions in finding CONSTANTS on Earth; ie: the Newton (click here) and the Pascal (click here). Fourier was an award winning mathematician by the age of 15.

Known quote of Fourier at the age of 21: Yesterday was my 21st birthday, at that age Newton and Pascal had already acquired many claims to immortality.

I have to mention the basis of the climate crisis because it was discovered and realized through mathematical and scientific investigation by brilliant people. The petroleum industry wants to use their findings for political purposes to enhance their profits. So, basically, the very basis of science and math are under chronic attack by Wall Street profiteers. Why is that tolerated? Because the commodities of oil and gas are FLUID and create a great deal of liquidity for the financial sector. Investments into long term infrastructure/merges that remove jobs, takes liquid assets away from financial organizations. Commodities, including currencies trading, result in trades that are far more frequent and short term equating to 'ready cash.' Oil and gas are an addiction to the Wall Street Financial Sector for that reason.

But, as to greenhouse gases and Earth's ABILITY to cool. Fourier in his calculations found that Earth's atmosphere interfered in the escape of electromagnetic radiation of Earth in its atmospheres. He discovered that greenhouse gases encourage the warming of Earth WHILE electromagnetic radiation mitigated it's way to outer space.

Fourier launched an entire branch of science to understand Earth, otherwise known as Home, however, it wasn't until the 20th century, "Earth Science" was a focus. Fourier launched the observation and thirst for knowledge about Earth, but, did not consolidate ALL the branches of science required to understand the impact of those greenhouse gases on life itself. It was the early 1900s, which had already sustained 20 years of the Industrial Revolution, that brought out a philanthropic interest in Earth. Henry Ford, while inventing the horseless carriage, also stated Earth was to be a concern because of the emissions of greenhouse gases. Hence, where we are today with this same concern.

The physics of the climate crisis is then understood in a long standing branch of science call "thermodynamics." To be specific the climate crisis falls into the conversion of energy from potential (gas) into kinetic (work). The Second LAW of thermodynamics.

The climate crisis is defined in 'the transfer of heat.' I have stated in more than several occasions "Heat Transfer System." It is based in the Second Laww of Thermodynamics.

The description of the second law stated on this slide was taken from Halliday and Resnick's textbook, "Physics". It begins with the definition of a new state variable called entropy.Entropy has a variety of physical interpretations, including the statistical disorder of the system, but for our purposes, let us consider entropy to be just another property of the system, like enthalpy or temperature....

There is only pretending for the petroleum industry that the climate crisis is not real. It is based in rock solid laws of science and mathematics. The only branch of any social science the petroleum industry has is "commercial advertising." The type of DENIAL SCIENCE in commercial advertising should be widely published in Social Science journals and eliminated from any commercial design in the world.

If products require DENIAL to sell, then they can't possibly be benevolent in their intent.

The US President has tweeted a short video clip (click here) of him wrestling a person with the CNN logo for a head.

The clip is an altered version of Donald Trump's appearance at a WWE wrestling event in 2007, in which he "attacked" franchise owner Vince McMahon in a scripted appearance.

The animation appears to have been posted to a pro-Trump internet forum earlier in the week.

CNN later accused the president of inciting violence against the media.

One panellist on ABC's morning show, Ana Navarro - a Republican Trump critic and CNN contributor - said "it is an incitement to violence. He is going to get somebody killed in the media."

But Homeland Security Adviser Thomas Bossert, who had appeared earlier on the network, said: "No-one would perceive that as a threat."

The clip was submitted to a Donald Trump forum on the social media site Reddit four days ago, where it became one of the most popular posts....

The statement below gave rise to a "You Tube" video of Trump on stage taking aim and shooting Mexicans. Supposedly, Mexicans that were in the USA illegally.

Donald Trump's constituents hate. They hate minorities intensely. They hate the media because there is too much truth in reporting issues surrounding approval ratings.

Currently, across the spectrum of polls, with some as low as 35%, Trump is not popular. Given his need for popularity, he isn't doing well with the American people.

The problem is that Trump's constituents are amoral. They might pretend to care about morality as expressed by their religious affiliations, but, that is sexual morality and nothing more. Being married and having babies is their only claim to morality. There are all kinds of morality including the value of life of more than a Caucasian newborn, economic morality that includes important regulations that facilitate economic strength as well as quality of life. The people Trump attracts have not had sincere power to carry out their hate. Now, they do and he exerts it when he feels it necessary.

Trumps consistent violent temperament include attacks on women that invokes the words blood. That is violence against women from the Oval Office. No one stands up to it. No one is demanding the courts to temper this ill mannered and poorly spoken president.

If the USA courts want to call this freedom of speech, then let's have fun saying "Fire!" in a crowded theater. The President of the USA has a responsibility to maintain civil dialogue. This isn't it. Not only should he maintain such a dialogue in the USA, but, also internationally. Internationally, he gives permission for a Philippine President to kill so called drug traffickers.

President Trump is the worst president in modern history. He enjoys violence and includes it in his dialogue on a regular basis. Journalists should not be surprised that eventually they are on his "Hit List."

How does it feel, by the way? For all the coverage Trump got in the 2016 campaign from a media seeking ratings over leadership, how does it feel to know an entire industry is on the "Hit List" of the USA's President? Now, where are the reports about the impacts to minorities and the violence actually leveled at them by inflammatory idiots like Trump? Where are those reports? 

The American public should be made aware of escalating deaths at it's borders, not only by vigilantes, but, by the fear of border guards that find dead bodies on the border at dangerous terrain and desert. There are a lot of problems in the USA because of Trump's rhetoric. The White Supremacists are counting on building a constituency with this President that will actually elect more and more of them to Congress and the Presidency to actually carry out their dreamscape. 

This administration is creating violent problems today, but, also into the future if it is not stemmed and Pre-W civility is not returned. It is time the USA grew up and accepted RESPONSIBILITY for it's ill behavior at the polls.

It has to be a weird feeling for a white man (click here) who has used racist and anti-gay rhetoric to have his life saved by a black man and a gay black woman.

House Majority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana was one of five people shot when a gunman opened fire at congressional baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia, June 14.

Scalice spent several days in critical condition and was recently released from the intensive care unit. The Republican congressman owes his life to people whom he previously shamed: David Bailey and Crystal Griner — the U.S. Capitol Police officers who returned fire and killed the gunman.

In 2002, Salon reported that Scalise was an honored guest at a meeting of a white supremacist group founded by David Duke, a former Ku Klux Klansman. At the event, Scalise described himself as being like “David Duke, without the baggage.”...

New Jersey is shut down of all non-essential services due to budget impass. Wow, this is a holiday weekend, guys.

More than two dozen states (click here) have refused to fully comply with a sweeping and unprecedented White House request to turn over voter registration data, including sensitive information like partial Social Security numbers, party affiliation and military status.

Overall, the states that have said they will not be complying at all with the Kobach commission's request represent over 30 percent of the nation's population. That could complicate any efforts to build a truly national voter file, although it remains unclear what the commission's ultimate goal is in collecting the data...

There are separations of powers in the USA Constitution. The Executive Branch cannot act as if a judge to decide cases of voter fraud. That is the responsibility of the US Supreme Count and THE LOWER COURTS.

Buoy, oh , buoy; as soon as Trump sniffs a hint of victory on a travel ban, he starts pushing his luck all over again.

The disgust expressed in Amendment 14, Section 2 of the US Constitution levels most egregious the crime of voter tapering.

Trump is demanding from the states all their information regarding voter roles. That is not the function of the federal government. The states, but, primarily, local, legal, sovereign districts have the right to govern the vote. It is the most efficient use of local authority that exists under law. Who better to understand it's community than the precinct captain?

Section 2 of the 14th Amendment is very clear as to the integrity of the vote and if found tampering with the vote, the state loses seats in the US House as it is scaled to US Census data.

So, I would think if the White House is going to play silly games they consult with their constitutional scholars to UNDERSTAND THE LAW OF THE LAND!

If there is a US President in history more corrupt than Donald Trump, it is not known to me.

Think twice about the deconstruction of the Hamilton Dam of the Flint River.

A century-old legacy of Flint’s industrial past (click here) is the focus of a major cleanup project this summer.

The Flint River is the main artery flowing through Flint’s industrial heart. For decades, from the late 1800’s and into the 1920’s, a gasification plant located along the river turned coal into much-needed natural gas.

Over time, the coal tar waste produced by the plant ended up in the Flint River, just upstream from the Hamilton Dam. The dam helped contain the coal tar, which sunk deep into the river bed....

The dredging should definitely go forward, but, caution should be instituted when removing dams near or through cities. I never recommend it because we are captured in a climate crisis and dams control water, flooding and save lives.

Dams are always viewed as a threat to people. The one in mind is the Oroville Dam. That dam performed incredibly well. There was never any worry about the integrity of the dam. I want people to think about the water that dam contained after severe storms. What would have happened if the dam was not there to contain it?

It was a portion of the spillway that failed. How much of that failure was due to drought? Land will develop weak areas when drought exists.

In the case of the Hamilton Dam, it's destruction should go forward with caution. Flood control is necessary. Dams provide that control. If they are aged, usually all they need are concrete repairs which cost far less than deconstruction of the dam.

This includes recent data since the gun lobby has received so many concessions manufactured by ALEC to state legislatures.

...A Stanford Law School professor, (click here) John Donohue, and his team analyzed crime data from 1977 to 2014 and didn’t find evidence that areas where more Americans carry guns enjoy enhanced public safety or less crime. On the contrary, the researchers discovered that states that have enacted so-called right-to-carry (RTC) concealed handgun laws have experienced higher rates of violent crime than states that did not adopt those laws....

I would like to point to the fact that every mass murder scenarios NEVER includes "a good guy with a gun" regardless of the astronomical amounts of guns on the street in the USA. Name the mass killing. Go ahead. How were they stopped. Either a self-inflicted wound or by police.

The statistics have NEVER pointed to the 'theory' of the NRA, gun advocacy groups and Republican law makers. Mass murders have high numbers of people involved. the statistics in favor of a person (1) owning a gun, (2) carrying a gun and (3) intervening such deadly events. YET, that never happened. By all rights with more people gathered together there should be a "good guy with a gun" somewhere in the crowd, but, yet there never is.

...States that adopted RTC laws have experienced an average 13 percent to 15 percent increase in violent crime in the 10 years after enacting those laws, the researchers wrote in a working paper published on June 21 by the National Bureau of Economic Research....

Mr. Ayres was co-author of the 2003 work with Mr. Donohue. I am not surprised Mr. Ayers is involved in the financial end of education. Statistics are best conducted by those most familiar with them and their accuraacy.

If one of the authors is John Donohue III, (click here) he is not a new name to this topic. He has been stating there are too many guns on the street for decades.

I strongly suggest the gun control advocacy groups latch onto Mr. Donohue and bring his work forward as a platform THAT HAS LASTED DECADES.

(2) The NRA message carries empowerment with fear. Doesn't everyone want to overcome fear? When an American goes to a scary movie do they come out elated about the loss of control within that picture? Heck, no. They come out of the theater looking over their shoulder if the film is convincing enough. The same phenomena is noted with the NRA message. The fear is the unknown. The gunman without identity. The feel good feelings of a gather of people turning to their worst nightmare.

As the use of capital punishment has come under increasing scrutiny, with DNA evidence freeing some death-row inmates and the multimillion-dollar cost of death penalty appeals making headlines, movements have begun to roll back the statutes that were passed with frequency during the 1970s. Litigation has become a large part of that effort and that’s where Donohue has stepped in....

(3) LEARNED COMPLACENCY. One of the saddest statements I heard after the Aurora, Colorado mass murder was made by a twenty something woman in the hospital that basically stated, 'These things happen.' She was powerless and helpless in that statement all compliments of loose gun laws. 

Americans feel helpless. They aren't empowered anymore, they have witnessed tragedy too often and it has made them complacent in their resolve to stop the violence.

There is one thing about a man like John Donohue. He knows he is correct. He knows the data he has collected and for DECADES he has been seeing the same facts and THE SAME OUTCOMES. That is called dedication. The Republicans like to say he is a politico and nothing more. Does anyone actually believe that? 

Mr. Donohue knows the reality of gun violence and every American should be thanking him for his dedication and efforts to 'right the ship.' He is exceptional and should not be ignored. Every time some spokesman comes forward to lie to Americans about gun safety. THAT IS WHAT IT IS, ISN'T IT? Gun safety. The end of gun violence? That is what good decent Americans are fighting for, right? The parents of Sandy Hook want gun safety. They want children and people safe, right?

So when someone comes forward to lie to the American public about gun safety, Mr. Donohue's message should go out on the same media and as frequently as necessary to match the danger with safety. Perhaps even exceed it. Don't let this valuable work be squandered. Let's get this done already.

Genene Jones, (click here) centre, arrives at court in Georgetown, Texas, where she was sentenced to 99 years in prison, in 1984. 

The count is now up to four new murder charges (click here) against “Killer Nurse” Genene Jones, with Bexar County District Attorney Nicholas Lahood announcing today that a grand jury has just handed down two more true bill indictments.

“These new indictments are for the July 3, 1981 murder of 8-month-old Richard ‘Ricky’ Nelson and the Jan. 17, 1982 murder of 4-1/2-month-old Patrick Zavala,” Lahood said in a press conference this afternoon.

In late May, Lahood announced a grand jury indictment against Jones for murder in the death of 11-month-old Joshua Sawyer on Dec. 12, 1981.

Last week, Lahood announced a murder indictment against Jones for the Sept. 16, 1981 death of 2-year-old Rosemary Vega.

“In all four cases, Jones was working as a nurse at a pediatric intensive care unit at a local (San Antonio) hospital,” Lahood said. “Additionally, all four of these innocent children were murdered within a 5-1/2 month period."...

In 1995 she used succinylcholine, a drug that deteriorates muscles in children. In particular the heart muscle and death follows.

Hostile work environment.

Mika Brzezinski doesn't work for the White House or Mr. Trump, but, she works in journalism within politics everyday. She is known for her interviews and show appearances with a large percentage of discussions surrounding politics, White House politics and the American people.

The hosts of "Morning Joe" on MSNBC (click here) criticized President Donald Trump's Twitter habit Thursday — "that's your president of the United States lying to you," Mika Brzezinski said of one tweet — and then, as if succumbing to involuntary spasms, Trump's thumbs tapped out whatever nasty, sexist thought popped into his head"

MSNBC's "Morning Joe" is conducted in a studio where guests drop in and are brought in via cable or some sort of data line. That means Mika's work environment extends far, far beyond the walls of the "Morning Joe" Studio.

Trump's gossip column is no different than tabloid press. That means it is tended to her both emotionally and financially. If Mr. Trump is going to practice tabloid journalism then he is open to lawsuits no different than any other exploitative news rag. 

MSNBC needs to step up and file a sexual harassment suit against Mr. Trump and his crude and rude speech that is intended to inflict harm. We have laws in this country that punish people that use their language to injure others. This is no different. Communication has become instant and frequently injurious. Mr. Trump is a bully and in the USA we don't allow bullies to get away with it. Either NBC values the clientele they have as well as the journalists that bring them information and opinion or they don't. Which is it?

Trump has no room to talk he has admitted to multiple plastic surgeries on his scalp to improve his hairline. I don't recall ever seeing him in bandages.

Republicans do no care about the people. Nothing else needs to be said. They just don't care.

New data shows (click here) people are being diagnosed with opioid addiction nearly eight times faster than they’re getting the standard of care...

In a book entitled "Health Policy and Politics" there is an entry discussing the ABILITY of prescribing pain medication which references the DEA and then Attorney General John Ashcroft. Page 167 (click here)  The idea prescribing nurses saw a problem with the government should be an alert to everyone that something is very wrong with our view of the world.

In 1995, the "Pain Management Society" designated pain as "the fifth vital sign." (click here) The problem is profound and effects us as a country. The professions are at odds as to what to do to contain pain and end opioid addiction. Until the country's addicted, the government and the medical profession come up with solutions to end such deadly trends in the USA, opioid addiction must be treated and lives saved. It is wrong to abandon so many and abandon society in general.

...The Joint Commission (click here) first established standards for pain assessment and treatment in 2001 in response to the national outcry about the widespread problem of undertreatment of pain. The Joint Commission’s current standards require that organizations establish policies regarding pain assessment and treatment and conduct educational efforts to ensure compliance. The standards DO NOT require the use of drugs to manage a patient’s pain; and when a drug is appropriate, the standards do not specify which drug should be prescribed.

Our foundational standards are quite simple. They are:

The hospital educates all licensed independent practitioners on assessing and managing pain.

The hospital respects the patient's right to pain management.

The hospital assesses and manages the patient's pain....

BY DEFINITION THIS IS A GOVERNMENT PROBLEM. It is a federal government problem because it brings to bear the entire country experiencing this problem, professionals at odds with their treatment plans, their patients well being and the government standards for law enforcement.

Local law enforcement was the most active in recognizing A MAJOR PROBLEM in our society and instituted rescue plans for citizens that then enter into a relationship with the law enforcement community to end the addiction and redefine a productive life lost to that addiction.

In clinical practice pain as the 5th vital sign (click here) has proven to be more complex to assess, evaluate, and manage than originally anticipated. It has also had some serious consequences which were never intended. Associated with the national push to adequately manage patients in pain has been a rise in prescription opioids as well as a rise in opioid related death. Guided by pain as the 5th vital sign mandates, patients report pain and expect their providers to respond. Many clinicians do not know what the appropriate response is because they lack adequate education in the approach, examination, and management of patients in pain. Pain education starting in medical school and through postgraduate training usually involves piecemeal incorporation of pain topics into existing curricula or clinical rotations, without devoted stand-alone class-time....

The federal government MUST address the Opioid Crisis in the USA from all perspectives and provide treatment to the people AND local law enforcement so they can continue their vital work.

Abandoning the problems of the country is INCOMPETENCE and it has to end!

The Democrats passed The Affordable Care Act to begin to heal a country up to their necks in medical neglect and skyrocketing costs. That is competent government. To end these programs is Plutocratic vision of personal wealth to a few Americans, that is CORRUPTION and Americans die because of it!
