Deborah Bissell facilitated hate against even the most innocent of immigrants. She facilitated Trump’s lies. Now. Trump, Nome, and Hegseth are all extrajudicial killers.
That reality can be taken one step further in realizing the extrajudicial killing of Nome and Hegseth are with guns and missiles. Considering the escalation in sickness in the country due to fear of vaccines instilled by Trump and RFK, the death toll increases, including children.
Add to that, even with the arrest of Maduro, the escalating tensions internationally and Trump has a real firestorm brewing. Now, Columbia is activating its military at the border in anticipation of further incursions of the USA special forces and Trump obsession with the Western Hemisphere. Trump needs to be contained. Lord knows his mouth never will be.
The agent was ready to kill from the first interaction. He never took his finger off the trigger. The women were in his crosshairs the entire time.
The women are doing nothing wrong except filming the harassment of an ICE agent.
To begin, that is definitely harassment by an agent of two innocent American women. He menaces the driver and her passenger while being armed. The women are trapped in harassment while doing nothing wrong.
This isn’t even racial profiling.
The agent is a menace threatening the peace in that neighborhood. No warrant to allow search and seizure, no reason for the agents behavior, and the women simply want to move away from an agent threatening their lives.
There is absolutely no reason for his behavior. It could have been a couple of news reporters collecting evidence of police harassment.
This is homicide.
It is a self-righteous killing of an innocent, unarmed woman acting bravely to record the unauthorized threats of a federal agent(s) doing nothing constructive to improve the safety of Americans.
There was absolutely no threat to the agent’s life. He CREATED a scenario that he believed justified killing because he believes he has a license to define who is innocent and who is guilty. These agents are out of control by leadership desperate to incite violence with innocent Americans.
The agent needs to be charged with Ms. Good’s murder.
I am sorry to hear that corruption within a community in Minnesota that is being prosecuted has been viciously parlayed into political attacks against a criminally innocent Governor. The fraud has been reported by brave Somali refugees to end a wild ride of greed during a stressful time in the USA.
The USA firestorm of COVID-19 allowed and encouraged by Trump resulted in alterations in government policies and practices that allowed the financial survival of Americans and small businesses. Larger corporations found purpose during the pandemic to facilitate containment of the virus to some extent as well. Any failure of containment of the virus rests fully on Trump’s shoulders causing a record death rate in the USA which was not replicated in any other free world country.
At any rate, a group of people in Minnesota abused the looser regulations and enriched themselves with federal money. There was truth telling about the fraud which plays into the Trump rantings about corruption by Democrats.
The vicious attempt by Trump and Bondi to shift focus from the Epstein Files has caused Governor Tim Walz to rethink his run for a historic third term for Minnesota Governor. I am certain Governor Walz will concentrate on the full exposure of the fraud and its continual successful prosecution. This decision by Tim Walz is an example of how powerful politics can be to thwart democracy.
Minnesota has experienced more than their share of tragedy and I hope Senator Amy Klobuchar will consider running for Minnesota Governor. Minnesota needs strong leadership at this terrible time in the state’s history. She is a very capable leader and would continue the much needed good work for the people.
Ted Cruz has little right to play politics over truth telling by Judge Boasberg. The federal judge has been the one judge Trump has feared most. He is standing the line of Trump’s rampant abuse of federal power to eliminate the laws of this country to facilitate racketeering. The latest attack on Judge Boasberg by Cruz is the abusive use of political clout to attempt to gather some sort, any kind of political momentum to stem the adverse outcomes to Republican slim majority in the House and Senate.
Yesterday House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jefferies passed the discharge petition following a strong House lead government shutdown. The Democrats are pushing hard for justice for the people and are winning.
The attack by Cruz against Judge Boasberg is an attempt to begin a political movement to stem much needed free speech in regard to truth telling within the federal judiciary, including the Supreme Court.
Federal Judge Boasberg openly stated the truth in a conversation with Chief Justice Roberts and that conversation between peers is viewed now as some sort of public dissing of Trump. It is a contorted reality to serve grossly misguided Republican politics that enforce Trump and Bondi’s racketeering .
It is a strategy against the people. Everytime there is a televised incident with federal agents Trump and his minions scream bloody murder and increase the tenacity and intolerance of the agents.
I think the state legislators can pass laws stating federal agents must work in unison with local authorities. In this way, the federal agents will be working side by side with local authorities, including detectives that are aware of the problems in the area.
The theory Trump and Nome are using is that the states with Democratic governors are corrupt and “the enemy.” That is all a lie. Part of what is understood in Due Process is the FACT there is a reason for search and seizure. Basically, the theory the federal agents are using to carry out their actions is a lie and unconstitutional. They are operating outside the law. They are following illegal orders.
If the state legislators pass laws stating the federal agents must work side by side with police, detectives, and even SBI (state bureau of investigation) it is a safety measure for everyone. It will protect the innocent citizen, the federal agents, and local authorities.
The random actions that Nome is using as a tried and true practice is outside the safe practice of living. These shootings are proof the methodology by the federal agents is reckless.
There are plenty of law enforcement officers capable of testifying to what safe apprehension of illegal immigrants looks like.
I think in the legislation the practice of racial profiling can be clarified and controlled. I believe the idea is that someone with ethnic appearance other than Caucasian is not allowed to use racial profiling as a defense after arrest. Because of the nature of the current administration’s focus Kavenaugh didn’t want race to be a factor to end arrests. In other words inhibit an agents work. In all honesty, it doesn’t matter what Kavanaugh’s intent was. The words give a certain permission to discriminate based on Racial Profiling. What does matter is the clarity of it being a policing practice and how it is applied and what abuse of the standard looks like.
Example: Bush v. Gore. It was openly stated the decision was never to be precedent and repeated in other cases as precedent. Today, the decision is quoted in cases and used as precedent.
Reasonable legislation that uses fact, testimony by expects and exhibits the dangers of a reckless technique could hold up regardless of scrutiny. Trump should be apologizing for the worst federal offensive in the history of this country.
Trump wants more violence and internal unrest. It is a strategy to effect elections.
The State has been blocked from participating in the investigation of the homicide of Ms.Good. What does it say when a State government has to sue the federal government to allow the investigation of a homicide.
There are agencies set up by the state legislature within constitutionality of the Minnesota State Constitution. The state has an obligation to protect citizens and when there is death an investigation must go forward.
The state has a right to timely access of the scene of the homicide. A site could deteriorate over short amounts of time. The longer the federal government obstructs a homicide investigation the more it looks to be a cover-up.
According to Trump it is a strategic country to own. Because he considers it a part of the western hemisphere the USA has the right to own it.
Greenland’s sovereignty has always been linked to Europe. Always. There is not one day when Greenland identified as part of the political western hemisphere. I realize the island country is geographically closer to North America than Europe, but, that can be said for Hawaii and USA territories. USA territories are at distance FROM THE MAINLAND.
Trump’s rules with Greenland is isolated from any other understanding of sovereignty. He is propagandized the issue because he is playing with power for the sake of seeking to expand the control globally of petroleum.
Let me put this back into the proper context before Trump started his nonsensical propaganda.
Greenland is a part of a NATO country. NATO is a treaty comprised of many countries. NATO is a military treaty. The USA contributes to the military treaty. It is not surprising USA military assets can be turned anywhere within the sovereign territories of NATO. It is the nature of the breast. Geographical location is irrelevant.
The national security of the USA and our allies are equally served by Greenland. There has never been a question about Greenland’s place in NATO’s security which includes the USA. Why should the USA have exclusive rights to Greenland’s capacity for security. The entire idea is ridiculous, rude, and victimizing ton Europe. Trump is a traitor.
Ever hear the expression, "You can take the boy out of the country, but, you can't take the country out of the boy." Well, Trump managed to take Maduro to the USA, but, he is still in charge in Venezuela.
I suppose Trump figures he can control every sanctioned tanker for profit, including Russia's rouge/shadow fleet. The only way that is possible is war. I don't see it any other way. I suppose Chevron is still pumping a lonely functioning well in Venezuela for profit, but, there is still some of the profit going to an autocratic regime.
Trump is going to control a fleet of seized oil tankers to come and go from Venezuela and I suppose ultimately Russia and any other sanctioned petroleum country. Guess what the USA military is going to do for the next three years? It will be baby sitting seized oil tankers full of American military personnel rather than the normal crew. It sort of is what Somali pirates do.
It is also breaking every international law that exists, sanctioned or not. Trump is stealing the petroleum assets of Venezuela, probably plans for Nicaragua, and onto Russia as well. If sanctions are to work a president of the USA doesn't put the country's military in charge of the petroleum business. That is a nationalized business.
That is not only nationalizing the petroleum industry, it is also putting the USA national security into limbo. Why? Because there is no way the USA military can petrol the entire world and maintain security at home. Working for the nationalized petroleum industry (as witnessed with the fleet of ships in the Caribbean Sea) will disperse the USA military too much. This is military science and it is firmly anchored in reality.
There is a reason why the USA has the greatest military in the world. It is because it is a defense military concentrated on protecting the sovereign country. When the USA military is tasked to protect profits for the petroleum industry as well as the USA treasury it no longer has the protection of the country at the heart of it's mission, it is pretending that the petroleum industry will pay the bills and that is more important than actual military oversight.
TRUE SANCTIONS do not include nationalizing a foreign country's assets.
TRUE SANCTIONS end the use of a foreign country's assets when that country is hostile to the USA and has incredible human rights violations. That is Venezuela. It lost it's way. Under Hugo Chavez (click here), Venezuela had somewhat of a decent quality of life for it's people. Chavez basically managed with a degree of success the country's petroleum assets which included selling oil to the USA during harsh winter months. It is hard to argue with a dictator when he actually has a vision that includes the well being of human beings.
Chavez would send it's best and brightest to the USA for an education. The USA's universities were successful in graduating students from Venezuela. This is the strange part, they never really returned to serve the people of Venezuela within a structure of government to improve the status of the country (it is on this blog). Chavez encouraged the students accepted into USA universities to stay in the USA and make a better life for themselves then they could have in Venezuela. That is the absolute truth.
Maduro was a different leader than Chavez, who complained plenty about the USA and capitalism. It was under Maduro when Venezuela took a profound turn for the worst and the population began to flee the country. During Chavez I can't honestly say the drug trafficking was any worse. An interesting fact is that fentanyl started showing up in drugs in the USA in 2013. Hugo Chavez died in 2013 at the age of 58. By all measure he was a young man.
Fentanyl was incorporated by the drug cartels because they hated Americans and wanted to kill them. It is just that simple. There was and is no military at that time or until Trump took over the second time that could match the idea of war with the USA. So, the one way to attempt to achieve an end is to kill from the inside of the USA. That drug cartel strategy would result in astounding deaths only to be combatted by local police themselves in allowing Narcan for common use. When Narcan became the salvation of addicts, the cartels began to lace their drugs with a veterinary drug (horses and cattle),Xylazine (click here).
The best way to handle such aggression is not by tasking the USA military to take on every drug source in the world, but, to hand the problem to the American Medical Administration to work with the DEA to end the problem.
The Trump administration has done nothing but weaken the USA military, first by dismissing all the top level brass, and now the mission is to protect the petroleum industry and nationalize it's profits.
Sanctions of enemies is never about profits. Sanctions of enemies is to effect their ability to assault the sovereignty of the USA and it's allies. Trump's misdirection is dangerous and the politics of it domestically is so toxic the people are confused about what is best for their own national security.

President Donald Trump’s administration (click here) on Wednesday sought to assert its control over Venezuelan oil, seizing a pair of sanctioned tankers transporting petroleum and announcing plans to relax some sanctions so the U.S. can oversee the sale of Venezuela’s petroleum worldwide.
Trump’s administration intends to control the distribution of Venezuela’s oil products globally following its ouster of President Nicolás Maduro in a surprise nighttime raid. Besides the United States enforcing an existing oil embargo, the Energy Department says the “only oil transported in and out of Venezuela” will be through approved channels consistent with U.S. law and national security interests....
It was a racist event and obviously full of hate by Trump in his speech that day. The thousands of followers heard a reason to act out. They were loyal to a false narrative.
The Republicans carry lies, hate, and racism within their party dialogue. Their cronies value deregulation regardless the harm it causes to the quality of life for Americans, including their own children . They hate democracy because it is INCLUSIVE. The nature of democracy demands inclusion and freedom and expression. Without those elements democracy and the governance it breeds is lost.
The Republican Party collects all the periphery cultures (much based in tabloids) of the American democracy to achieve election majority to win a seat in the government. The Republicans bad habits are fueled by money and Supreme Court ideation that considers money a citizen. None of these values are healthy for our democracy or has any degree of morality.
The people convicted of crimes on January 6th include some of the worst racists in the country. Those convicted criminals are again on the street due to Trump’s pardons issued to relieve his guilt. Those insurgents will speak a false narrative and live with their lies until they own up to the truth. I don’t value their insight AT ALL. They have nothing of value to contribute to the greatness of this country. Their privilege to own and carry guns should be removed permanently.
Racism and religious bigotry spoken or otherwise in any form is a hate crime and should be treated as such at any judicial level.
The January 6th insurgency owes every law abiding American and immigrant an enormous apology.
Greenland in unison with Denmark need to move for a provision at the UN Security Council. This is a federal government most Americans do not consent to.
This is be the second act of unprovoked aggression the Security Council will hear regarding Trump.
Pam Bondi is not moving to prosecute Donald Trump for law violations because they are guilty of racketeering. There maybe an intervention through the international courts to jail them to prevent harm to innocent people.
She is backed by those who are the power brokers in Venezuela. Who are the power brokers?
Bush thought Iraq was going to be a walk in the park. Get Saddam, put Halliburton in charge of the oil reserves and we are done. Right? Basically, the tragedy of September 11, 2001 was parlayed into profits. No one asked for 9-11, but it happened and then it turned into something very different.
