I would not call her a survivor. She must have had PTSD. PTSD IS KNOWN to occur with rape victims.

It also needs to be treated. A good beginning is having a rape kit processed to identify the rapist. That was not the case with Ms. Giuffre. She knew her rapist. Correction pedophile.

Women are never given the fact to be known that she wanted a life of HER choosing. In other words she wants to avail herself to a man (even as a teen) of her choosing whom she has feelings. Any molestation or assault will cause scars. Emotional scars that last a lifetime.

Supposedly women “want it.” “When she says no she really means yes.” All that nonsense is to justify a man’s aggression. “It has to happen sooner or later.” 

Does anyone hear RESPECT in those colloquialisms? No. There is no respect for women in that male culture. None. That cultural mess is all about “the erection.” There are mental health issues with men that carry that “mindset” chronically. Where are the men that openly state, “Don’t you know how to respect your own identity while respecting hers?” 

See, a woman has no gray area in that culture. Either she is a whore or a virgin. That is polarizing identities and placing them in opposition of each other and not in parallel to each other in an understanding of each other in feeling intimate and the consent to “go there.”

I am so sorry to hear the victims of Trump and Epstein were so badly scarred they contemplated and/or ended their lives.

In the year 2025 can we please empower rape victims to, “Go, run, tell,” no different than a child confronted by a stranger? That social culture is far healthier than hiding in shame. Rape kits need to be in abundance in Urgent Care Centers as well as ERs. They need to be given priority in processing TO PREVENT the next rape. 

Rape kits should always be free in processing because IT IS A CRIME.

It is easy to see why Ms. Giuffre demanded records to be released. She had no shame. She only had pain and wanted not only justice, but, PREVENTION from it happening to others including daughters or nieces or the neighbor. She wanted others to understand her pain. If that had occurred she might have received support and healed. 

There is NO WAY inmate Maxwell should be released or given brevity in anything she states as fact.

The Dem candidates need to be in motion by 2026 to be not only recognized, but, KNOWN. This is a 2024 survey. Governor Pritzker is a great governor. No one would know that by looking at this survey. 

2028 is going to be more than beating Trump. As a matter of fact I think even bringing up his name is a mistake. Concentrate on everything Americans want including the real facts about boarder security and immigration.

Real solutions with strong ideas based in doable paths to achieve them. If people see the light at the end of the tunnel competing with a liar will not matter. 2028 is about setting real achievements as the priority. The space race is glamor, but, solid achievable goals will matter to Americans.

Tim Scott owes Americans an apology.

The appearance he made with Trump at the renovation/building site of the buildings of the Federal Reserve was completely scripted. 

Not only was it scripted for propaganda purposes but he was willing to cater to racists by being “in tow” with Trump who obviously didn’t consider the Black Man important enough to wear a helmet.

I found it disgraceful. I often wonder if black men in power like Tim Scott and Clarence Thomas have a fetish for feeling dominated by a white guy.  Thomas was the silent partner to Late Justice Scalia. Just sayin.

But, the scripted moment as the end of the tour was all to obvious in it’s propaganda value. That conversation should have occurred in Mr. Powell’s office before the tour so the staff to Mr. Powell had a chance to address the issue without all the fanfare.  

Trump always says that everyone treats him unfairly. Now. This time. The shoe is on the other foot by treating Mr. Powell unfair.

Please Senator Scott a little dignity goes a long way.

Mr. Espinal is racially profiled. There is no arrest by federal officials within immigration law of people who overstay a Visa. When a person over stays a USA Visa they have already been through whatever background check was necessary at the time the Visa was issued. They have been granted lawful entry into the USA with the issuance of the Visa. It is a very different issue than illegal entry.

Any overstay of Visas is an administrative issue and not a criminal issue. People are not arrested for this. They are notified they will not be allowed reentry to USA because they overstayed their Visa. People often return home, especially vitally needed Philippine nurses, only to return with the issuance of a new Visa. It is this process people often overlook and in doing so put their return to the USA in jeopardy. It is sort of the same as driving with an expired driver’s license. 

So, Mr. Espinal and his loved ones have been wrongfully traumatized and should seek recourse against the USA for all their troubles and fear.

Bondi is attempting to be threatening. The comments of Judge Boasberg were actually a criticism of the Supreme Court, not Trump. 

All the judge is stating that is peer review. The Bondi complaint should be discharged as there is no basis to it. There are no facts issued in her complaint. The context of the complaint by Judge Boasberg regards THE JUDICIAL PROCESS of making decisions regarding the Executive Branch and the POTENTIAL of causing a constitutional crisis. It is a cautionary complaint and states nothing about any particular case.

The Conservative Six Supreme Court Justices have been skirting Executive Branch issues with political leanings. That is not good jurisprudence. Judge Boasberg is correct. Bondi is pitching Trump’s demand for control rather than a balance of power between the three branches of government.

What a stark reality to realize the Former Governor was never tapped for US Attorney General. Instead, we are stuck with Bondi and racketeering.

The volcanic activity on and near the North American plate has increased measurably. Iceland is still waiting for its activity to stop. I strongly believe caution needs to override any idea that the volcanic areas of the world are simply the occasional belching. 

With the magma layer of Earth under pressure from the Hawaiian Hot Spot, the simple volcanic belching is becoming a matter of old chambers filling up again. Earth is kindly saying, “Is everyone paying attention?”

Why not the Pacific Plate? The Ring of Fire has been very active. That activity began about a decade ago after the Christmas Tsunami, which effected the tilt of Earth.

Ted Kaczynski rant by Trump at an AI conference.

The rant was all misinformation. But, why?

To begin it is all propaganda. There is little Trump says that is not. In this particular meandering is a good lesson on the subtle fear he seeks to instill for unquestioning control over hearts and minds. 

Ted Kaczynski’s terrorist reign lasted decades. It was the reason he did carry out attacks for decades. He was perfect in building his terror bombs and perfect in removing any trace of his fingerprints and DNA for that matter. No one knew who built those perfect bombs of destruction. Death. Murder actually. I believe it was his brother that actually provided the FBI with information that lead to the search for his reclusive cabin. That cabin is still on exhibit if anyone from the AI conference needs to resolve Trump’s instilled fear.

Ted was an anti-technology terrorist. Ted was worried about the advancement INTO the very technology that were seated at that conference. He would seek to obstruct any and all such information exchanges that occurred at the conference.

So, in Trump’s ranting he used a morbid figure in conjunction with Trump’s perfect mind. After all that morbid figure was perfect himself in many ways. Trump lied when he linked his relative that taught at MIT a long time ago with the learning of Ted Kaczynski. Those two people never met. The purpose of the rant was to instill heinously (nothing like fear to seep ideas into a mind) an idea of the power Trump holds over all, and I do mean all, the people in attendance of his speech. After all, nothing more to fear than the teacher of a genius terrorist. 

Donald John Trump was diagnosed for his myriad of mental illnesses at the beginning of his first term as president. He is a real sicko and his ranting for control at the AI conference is only more proof. He has an entire media network at his disposal. I don’t follow it or bother to understand the content, but, that speech was probably featured. 

As a president of the USA he is so ridiculously dangerous there needs to be an international intelligence network, both Free Nation and Communist to limit his exposure. He can say such stupidly outrageous things that can set off wars. He is completely unreliable in his truth and fact telling he probably should be banned from any representation of the USA. Leaders of other nations fall prey to his special form of idiocy every time they visit. 

The ranting at the AI conference is special in that it exposures his worse instincts. A man who bought the presidency for Trump was alleviated of any legal liability to the USA government. It was also that man that was the focus of that rant as well. Trump hates intensely and he will seek to alienate any and all at that conference from Elon Musk. Elon is reliant on personnel for his companies. That reliance is his Achilles Heel in Trump’s estimation.

It is a rough ride for the USA with racketeers throughout it’s government, but, in watching South Park comes a breath of fresh air.

The records are being groomed no differently than the children were. It is best to build a strong and truthful library of information that cannot be disputed without the help of the Trump administration. The more detailed a validated library of facts the tighter the noose of racketeers.

No different than Greenland Trump seeks always to cause instability with every hangnail (the most obscure and minor irritation). There is always a money quotient (divide and conquer) in Trump’s plans. Scotland should protect itself from Trump and not “FEED THE GREED.”

Rivers, streams, and creeks

Government leaders from Mayors to Governors should consider forming  QUALIFIED citizens board and/or advisory council to monitor structures that cause hardship and catastrophe.

There are highly qualified people within existing conservation groups that can be empowered to protect their communities.

In particular water structures that can flood when normally have no history, can be dredged to create deeper structures to handle large volumes of water. 

Western North Carolina is among the worst eruption of water damage in modern history. It occurred nearly undetected because loose shales became water logged and started a slide downhill. Until that manifested never in anyone’s imagination was that going to happen. And why? Because those beautiful, beloved mountains were covered in well rooted trees. The roots held until the torrential rain saturated the soils and floated those trees into instability.

We know what the amount of water coming out of the sky with the forming and approaching storms. We can’t stop the tornadoes as Earth’s air masses continue to heat, but, we can attempt to stem the severity of the flooding.

There are not enough employees to continue to build protections from the climate crisis. We cannot continue to sacrifice our people to a country that refuses to recognize the disaster of the climate crisis. We must take these challenges on to protect our communities.

Conservation organizations know their local habitats. They know the depth of their water structures. They know the history of their natural world. That knowledge is invaluable to know how best to protect their communities. I see PREVENTIVE assessments as a priority of any elected local and state authorities. Empower communities to organize survival standards that protect the community while building natural structures such as forests to soak up CO2.

Assessments should include understanding ANY greenhouse gas emissions in the local area. The states can start to assist local government budgets for protecting communities. Dredging water structures should be considered a priority even with waterways with a well behaved history. 

The USGS and Army Corps study these flooding episodes. They could contribute to a local assessment if needed or asked. I sincerely believe flood maps are not anticipating disaster to an ever growing danger.

The climate crisis is NOT STATIC.

The climate crisis must be addressed. It is no longer an option. Loss of life, including intractable heat, is growing and that is completely unacceptable. Generations are looking at a future destroyed in ways that today can be stopped. We have a responsibility to them more so than ourselves.
