This is not a climate event. There simply isn't the kind of emissions causing the climate crisis. If by chance it was a climate event what difference does it make? The scale back of greenhouse gases has to go forward anyway. It is impossible to plug a volcano and no one should want to. We already have a Hawaiian Hot Spot misbehaving. Nations of people must take responsibility for anthropogenic emissions adding to the greenhouse gas burden of Earth.

A Washington D.C. grand jury (click here) returned a superseding indictment Tuesday against former President Donald Trump, essentially re-alleging that he conspired to undermine the 2020 election.
Prosecutors took the case back to a grand jury after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in July that presidents and former presidents of the United States have "absolute immunity" when acting on core constitutional duties and "presumptive immunity" on other matters.
"President's exercise of his core constitutional powers, this immunity must be absolute," the high court ruling said. "As for his remaining official actions, he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity."...

A source with knowledge of the incident said the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump staffers from filming and photographing in a section where recent U.S. casualties are buried. The source said Arlington officials had made clear that only cemetery staff members would be authorized to take photographs or film in the area, known as Section 60.
When the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump campaign staff from entering Section 60, campaign staff verbally abused and pushed the official aside, according to the source....

There was a YouTube report by a different blogger and I apologize for not keeping it or finding it that showed how Hannity and Laura Ingraham in interviews with Trump and how they were trying to help him change his dialogue on issues. Trump refused to change his dialogue and even openly admitted he knows Ingraham was attempting to get him to change his words. The question is why would someone serious about taking the White House in a legal election court ignore the help of seasoned commentators?
Why?
Because the polluted dialogue of hate is all he has. He doesn't care about how he takes the White House and encourages corruption even if it is violent corruption. January 6th was real. Very, very real. Trump wanted the coup. It was not a violent crowd of White Supremacists out of control. Trump directed and wanted the coup. He didn't care who was hung at the Capitol that day. The more hung in public display the better for the entire world to see.
So, when highly seasoned FOX News commentators believe they are doing Trump a favor by mentoring him into a different dialogue and rejected, openly rejected, that is because he isn't there for the interview, he is there to inspire hate and encourage violence to the people he expects to "get it right" this time.
If the truth is desired by the American people, listen to "Spicy Mayo Pete Buttigieg." The truth is so important to the Secretary of Transportation, it clearly demonstrates his love of this country. FOX News found out that people really do want to hear from someone that clearly has something to say that breaks down the lies of Truth Social.
Fully expect continued lawlessness by Trump. He wants this that badly.

The Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty was always meant to go forward, not increase the number of countries with nuclear weapons. The five permanent nuclear powers must come to the reality there can only be peaceful use of energy and eliminate these weapons from Earth. The official nonprofit organization of the National Park Service (click here) is set to receive the largest grant in its history, a $100 million gift the fundraising group described as transformative for the country’s national parks.
The National Park Foundation, which Congress created in the 1960s to support national parks, will receive the donation from Indianapolis-based foundation Lilly Endowment Inc. The park foundation described the gift on Monday as the largest grant in history benefiting U.S. national parks.
The money will be used to address the needs of the country’s more than 400 national park sites, said Will Shafroth, president and CEO of the National Park Foundation.
The foundation hopes to announce the first round of grants stemming from the donation later this year, Shafroth said....

Trump’s judges are political activists

It is a growing consensus that the best path to a Supreme Court appointment is through politics. This decision reflects that, as the decisions by Aileen Cannon demonstrate are very much activist decisions.
There is no legal path through Bruen for machine guns. Historically, which Bruen requires, machine guns were ALWAYS designed for the military. Machine guns eventually made their way into criminal acts in the USA, but, that is criminal history and breaking the law historically matters.
There is no way under Bruen that allows machine guns as legal tender in civilian populations. The machine gun is and always has been a weapon of war. There has never been a time in the USA when a machine gun regularly had civil use, in law enforcement or hunting.
So, the Trump judges are attempting to kiss the ring and make it work for the Fuhrer.
Families and children in schools are not going to be threatened by machine guns in the hands of criminals or the deranged.

RFK, Jr. was an alternative choice to Trump or Biden. He ended his campaign that serves his own interest which is typical of the very wealthy. They hate giving up money.
But, if RFK, Jr. voters refused Trump to vote for a long shot, does anyone believe they will go back to Trump as a choice? A few maybe out of loyalty to RFK, Jr. but many will stay home and respect their own moral decisions.
Trump’s statement about Kamala’s eligibility to run for president of this country is pure racism. Nothing else to say, except I think she is a walking, talking miracle to this country’s values for the entire world to see.

In case the FBI isn’t too busy.
I am certain I am not the only American being a focus of a shake down. I don’t visit porn sites, but, a lot of people do. The intimidation came in an email. It is probably the India terrorists that send out false invoices, etc. They are now becoming straight up terrorists.
I tried to scribble out personal information that they could have gotten off any mailing list. I doubt I can do a good job at darkening over information. That doesn’t bother me as much as Americas chronically being viewed by India’s terrorists as easy prey.

One person can save the country from tyranny. Every person that refused to leave the U.S. Capitol that day literally were putting their lives on the line and the lives of their family. The coup as directed by Trump was not expected. “It was not a coup against the president. It was a coup by the president.” When I realize the brevity of those words, the words of Michael Cohen come screaming back (click here); “I fear Trump won’t peacefully give up the White House if he loses the 2020 election.” He knew. Michael Cohen knew within Trump’s character lay a man without morals or ethics that would disregard his very oath of office for his own agenda and not the promise of a USA democracy.
The American people came very close to losing their Constitutional government. Those who stood in the breach put everything worldly on the line that day. Even their families were in peril. They knew who they were that day. They knew the faith and trust by those that elected them.
It is the deep value of “the vote” that came to pass that day. “The Vote” and its integrity cannot be toyed with if “the people” are to continue to be free.

The mischief continues. Under attack this time is the ability of clerks to count votes cast in time, but, arrived after the close of voting due to a designedly sluggish constitutionally mandated postal system.
The LAW requires four days to accurately finish counting the vote. The right wing wants to eliminate that citizen vote because somehow it is nefarious. The mischief to rig the vote continues with Trump as a candidate.
The American people must value the bravery and abiding character of former Vice President Pence and all those that put their lives on the line on January 6, 2021 to protect and defend this democracy. They too must protect and defend their vote. The fight to protect the United States of America from tyranny continues.
Recently an intelligent and decent man stated to me, “What real difference does one vote make,” meaning his own. I stated, “Every election these days are so dense with political spending that it is coming down to less and less votes to win an election. How many recounts, many automatic, now occur?” He looked at me and said, “I hadn’t thought about it that way.” I stated to him, “Elections garner thousand and millions of votes and it seems as though one vote gets lost in all that so what does it matter. But, the math of addition of one vote, after another vote, after another is about as personally important as it gets.” He smiled and said, “Thank you for reminding me.”

Donald Trump is not interested in affordable housing.

This condo venture will end in bankruptcy as well. Then, as President, he will find some tricky way to access the USA Treasury for a bailout. There simply aren’t that many globe trotting million-billionaires interested in paying $2 million or more for condo with Trump attached to it.
This is a good example of all the mistakes such talentless people have in throwing money at projects they believe will satisfy their greed. There is no real estate development to bring in average people pursuing the American Dream to work and frequent commercial enterprises. Any establishment like this needs labor. It is a much better idea to have a labor force near such enterprises to reassure a consistent interest in filling those jobs.
Also, there is a “build it and they will come” element that is sure to sink any profitable outcomes. Additionally, there are probably environmental issues that Trump simply plans to steam roll over rather than acting responsibly.
I am sure conversations with the Saudis have inspired the project. “Jarod got his fair share of Saudi wealth, so why can’t Donald.?” Maybe there will be a requirement in the membership of the Saudi golf association to purchase one of Donald’s condos.
Kamala is nearly at 50 percent nationally?

Wow. She is a magnificent candidate and will be an even better President.
Those that were huddled with RFK, Jr. as an alternative to President Biden, but, “…just can’t vote for Trump….” have already left to join the vote for “Kamala for President.”
What I find interesting is that RFK actually listed Trump in a court filing as if having it “that official” was protecting him personally. RFK had a lot of billionaire monies in his campaign. The billionaires that dumped money into RFK and/or Trump don’t want to pay taxes. They don’t care about policy positions because they figure their money will provide them their own comfy reality.
Speaking of which, several of those that thought they were safe on a super-yacht came to a very different reality when a very strong waterspout caused a death spiral whirlpool. There is no hiding from the ravages of nature now that it has been turned loose in a dangerous greenhouse gas dilemma predicted 70 years ago.
I have to find an issue of “George” published by the Late JFK, Jr. There was an interview I thought with RFK, Jr. I am curious how far he has devolved to run for president.

“Keeping Families Together” also provides greater safety to the family involved. Waiting in Mexico for these applicants can be dangerous. Either a legislator understands the deep meaning of marriage and family or they don’t and seek callous means to torture prospective citizens.

The Climate Crisis?
The Arctic Ecosystem of Alaska collapsed more than two years ago. The water is too warm, the ice is gone, the Pacific Salmon are in Canada, and the Alaskan King Crab are gone from Alaskan waters. It was a complete collapse of an ecosystem that cannot return because the ocean is too warm to support the species.
Is there a Climate Crisis?
Absolutely there is.
The Pacific Salmon were guided by what were called “gates.” The gates were ice. When the salmon migrated to rivers they were guided by the presence of ice. There were two ice gates. They are both gone and the salmon moved north into Canada without them.
