President Biden knew he would be running against Trump again.

It is my sincerest opinion that the Robert’s court talks out of both sides of their mouth. 

Let’s say the unanimous majority is correct that the (federal) US Congress must pass legislation to remove Trump’s assault on the U.S.A. Constitution through the election process. If that is the case, then how did the Robert’s Court assail “ The Voting Rights Act, federal legislation that protects the rights of every American? Answer me that.

The Robert’s court does as it pleases to satisfy their politics.

Stare decisis has no definition in the Robert’s court; ie: The Voting Rights Act and Roe v. Wade are only two instances where the conservative majority of that court stepped over the line! Politics is not supposed to exist in the decision making of the Supreme Court. 

Germany doesn’t have to explain anything.

Russian officer Margarita Simonyan is accusing Germany of plans to strike Crimea. She admits at the very same time “am unable to say for certain” if any of the voices were tampered with before publication. 

It is still yet more Russian propaganda to justify killing innocent people.

Wild temperatures

The wide swing in temperatures being experienced is due to seasonal changes. This is an abrupt closing climate crisis. It is a heat transfer system that is further homogenizing the temperatures of the planet. It is not a good thing. 

This is the climate crisis the world was warned about for decades if not a century. Stop abusing Earth with emissions of all greenhouse gases.

Currently in Traverse City, Michigan, USA outside temperatures 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds are 13 mph southeast (out of the northwest) and increasing. Road surfaces are wet from rain, but, metal surfaces are iced over from being pummeled by ice from the sky. Basically, it is an ice storm that melts when reaching warm ground. Temperatures are expected to continue to fall to a low of 21 degrees Fahrenheit. Unknown whether to expect he ground to freeze over. End.

Funeral agencies…

Either the Russian communists stop violating the Rule of Law or they allow his body to be transported to his wife and children.

Greg Abbott is another populist governor that violates federal law because he wants to stay in power. He is traveling the same path as George Wallace, only it was segregation at that time. It is the same “States Rights” baloney all over again.

File lawsuits against transportation companies.

The immigrants from the southern border are going to freeze to death in the northern cities. It is a human rights issue. Cities in the northern USA cannot continue to receive migrants shipped to them from Texas. The funding has run out and there is now less housing to protect them from outdoor temperatures.

Abbott is in violation of federal law, 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii).

The cities need to sue the transportation companies and possibly arrest bus drivers. Texas needs to be sued as well as it is committing human rights violations.

He is going home.

 

This is the way I remember him. This is the way I will always remember him. Strong, unafraid, and focused with love for his country and all its people. 

Wrongful death

This is called “a treatment for infertility.” How many more medical treatments will become death row sentences? This is the future of genetic medicine at the very least.

This resulted out of the political power of wealthy Evangelicals. Amy Coney Barrett refused to answer Senator Blumenthal about this issue while calling up judicial wisdom as the ultimate “decider.”

Malignant melanoma treatment includes a successful genetic treatment that had received millions, if not billions of dollars in research for decades (click here). What is happening to quality of life in the USA due to an extremist decision by an extremist judge in Alabama? Besides hurting potential parents, the Alabama economy is being reduced with this decision. IVF anything is shutting down in Alabama, including embryo transport services. As of this decision the embryos in Alabama are logistically frozen. Potential parents can no longer take their embryos with them if they move out of state. There are no services to provide that transportation.

The economic return of investment companies that backed genetic research, including IVF, is now ending in Alabama. When does the damage by extremist Republicans stop? They are attacking not only democracy, but, also the free market system and American quality of life. Who is seeking an autocracy with alliances to communism? Political money and the Citizen United decision is destroying the USA one judicial decision at a time. Now, Alabama citizens seeking to become parents no longer can have the option of a pregnancy with their own genetically familial sons and daughters.

The political system in the USA is out of control and aligned to ideology out to destroy freedom and the “safety of ideas.”

MAGA Republicans are allied to Russia and lead in ideology and greed by Vladimir Putin. Those legislators openly in loyalty to Putin and communism should never had been elected in the first place! Trump included.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

I looked at the plan the Prime Minister presented to revitalize Gaza. I think it a strong plan that ultimately the Palestinians have to recognize as their best future. They have to focus on the quality of life for their children, value the education they will receive that will result in a secure and peaceful Gaza.

Israel will never demand anyone to turn away from a peaceful and benevolent God no matter the religion practiced. Israel wants peace and not a forever war based in ideology. Iran needs to practice tolerance of others and stop terrorist affiliations.

Terrorist organizations must be rejected as a means for aggression and hate between sovereign countries. Hamas used the Palestinian people as human shields while they plotted to kill Israel’s citizens. There is no room in the world for hatred of any kind. The world of people have much bigger problems, namely a climate crisis that kills everyday.

I am looking forward to Israel’s implementation of the plans for Gaza which means the complete dissolution of Hamas and other terrorist organizations that never had and still do not have respect for human life. They rage against others based in religious bigotry. All that must stop and peace the only goal religions should be seeking.

Russia is not following their own Rule of Law.

Mrs. Navalnaya is no different than any other relative of a deceased person, she wants to bury her son with dignity and any religious right she feels necessary to bless his soul to God.

In the United States of America even those who die on "death row" are released to their families for burial. This is not respectful of a woman now 69 years old and having to bury her son for being a decent and honorable man. The government of Russia is paranoid about the re-re-re-election of Vladimir Putin. It is time to let this anger end and provide the family with Alexie's body for proper treatment at the time of death. What is occurring is not even legal according to Russian law.

...Lyudmila Navalnaya, (click here) Mr. Navalny’s mother, said she had been “secretly” taken to a morgue Wednesday night, “where they showed me Aleksei.” She was shown a medical report on Mr. Navalny’s death that said he died of natural causes, according to the Navalny team’s spokeswoman, Kira Yarmysh....

If there is any solace to the family at all, the world is watching. Many in countries that might consider themselves friendly and even allied to Russia do not believe the level of corruption that accompanies Alexei Navalny and now his death. This is all corruption and illegal. The man is dead, what possibly can Russia fear from their own citizen and a mother of a man that died unjustly in a prison?

Let the family have time with him to properly mourn him and put his soul to rest. This secrecy by official Russian authorities is alarming to say the least. I believe the spouse, Yulia Navalnaya, currently lives in the UK. The body and his relatives should be remanded to the British government for his entombment. There needs to be an end to the corruption following this man's life and a proper burial of his body for his wife, mother, children and other relatives, friends and those that supported him. It is time for Putin to allow this to take place so it is over before his election and all is behind him.

Perhaps Mr. Tidball-Binz could provide historical handling of the deaths of political prisoners to provide guidance to such events.

The U.S. Supreme Court (click here) on Monday ordered Texas to allow federal border agents access to the state’s border with Mexico, where Texas officials have deployed miles of concertina wire.

The order did not explain justices’ decisions. For now, it effectively upholds longstanding court rulings that the Constitution gives the federal government sole responsibility for border security.

In October of last year, Texas sued the federal government after Border Patrol agents cut some of the wire strung along the Rio Grande, arguing the Department of Homeland Security destroyed the state’s property and interfered in Texas’ border security efforts.

The 5-4 order from the Supreme Court vacated a previous injunction from the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that prevented Border Patrol agents from cutting the concertina wire....

Some Republican governors, such as Missouri and New Hampshire, are backing up the illegal activity in Texas by sending National Guard troops.

National guard troops can be called up to serve by state governors, I don't believe it is within their capacity to deploy the troops to other areas of the country or the world. That capacity to deploy National Guard troops is a federal authority.

Texas is building a new military base for National Guard (click here) members deployed to the southern border in Eagle Pass, Texas -- where state and federal authorities have been in a tense conflict over dealing with immigration -- Gov. Greg Abbott said.

At a news conference on Friday, Abbott announced the construction of what he said would a new "base camp" that could house up to 2,300 soldiers.

"As opposed to being scattered around many different places across this region, they will be operating out of one place. It will amass a large army in a very strategic area. It will increase the speed and flexibility of the Texas National Guard to be able to respond to crossings," Abbott said.

Officials expect that by mid-April they'll have a 300-bed capacity and will add another 300 each month until completion, Texas Maj. Gen. Thomas Suelzer, Abbott's top military adviser, said at the Friday press conference. The camp will include several features like large dining halls, individual rooms for soldiers and medical care facilities....

This is all political (click here) because Republicans promised the southern border would be secure and there were Republicans elected to the USA House of Representative from districts along the Texas border to allow that to happen. US Republicans only see running for office as politics. The Chief Justice John Roberts always falls to the political argument as he did in the Colorado decision regarding excluding Trump from the Republican primary election. National Guard troops are for national security measures, not politics.

Greg Abbott has made speeches implying the governor wants the right to order the deaths of those crossing the Rio Grande to the USA. Trump has considered Abbott for a Vice Presidential candidate.

The border crossings are at issue. There are problems. But, violation of the Rule of Law is not the answer. The US Senate has run aground again in attempting to end any obstruction to passing border protections. The US House simply is not interested in any legislation. They are interested in their own politics and not much else. This rancher in Arizona would love to get relief from border crossings, but, the USA House refuses to act. Greg Abbott should be pounding the halls of the USA House to bring about agreement and not simply allowing politics to rule the day.

I didn't watch the town hall where Trump appeared and answered questions, but, a Trump supporter was bragging the comment was wonderful and what they wanted to hear. The problem with all that is that the devil lives in the air between the supporter's ears and his mouth. What they think they are hearing and what is actually the plot by Trump only lies in the fact he is a showman and not a loyal American.

Co-governance of Gaza

I realize Israel fears for its citizens. Their efforts to end terrorist violence must continue, but, Israel must start to work with the Palestinian Authority to govern Gaza.

The Israeli intelligence agencies are using highly accurate. I mean all the time. They missed their mark on the recent raid on the hospital. It is time a governing authority has control of Gaza working with Israel to cleanse Gaza for f Hamas and other terrorists.

A joint authority has to occur. The PA was out gunned by Hamas and took control of Gaza. Israel must show good faith and begin a joint governance of Gaza to stabilize the area and return function. The Palestinian Authority must work diligently with Israeli intelligence to end the presence of all terrorist elements to protect citizens from being used as human shields ever again.

This is a transition that will be welcomed globally for the stability of a legitimate governance in Gaza. The safety and stability of Gaza has to be the priority and not simply a ceasefire and occupation of the same terrorists elements as before the war. There is now a trench separation and that must be recognized as an important security measure. 

Russia must be further sanctioned for human rights abuse in their prisons.

Alexei Navalny's body must be turned over to his wife for proper services and burial. Unfortunately, that means he will be buried outside of Russia. There is no way she can return to the forsaken country. There is leadership in Russia. The people are not safe under the leadership that exists. The leadership is perverted and dangerous even to the Russian people.

Former President Trump (click here) made his first comments on the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, comparing the situation to his own ongoing legal problems.

Trump is all about money, illegal, immoral or any way he can get it. He wants Russian money to help bail him out of his downward financial spiral. He would no more aspire to be a challenge to Putin's regime than he would back a brave man such as the Late Alexei Navalny.

The situation surrounding Navalny’s death — and the aftermath — is raising questions about Russia and President Vladimir Putin.

All eyes are on Russia following the death of opposition leader Alexei Navalny.

Mourners have been detained: At least 366 people were detained in Russia over the weekend for mourning Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny’s death, according to The New York Times. The AP photo above shows a man detained while laying flowers at a Navalny memorial in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Mourners are not allowed to mourn in Russia. They should fear they will be in IK-3 prison for the beliefs they hold dear and the leader they loved. 

This is so outrageous. Alexei Navalny was a Russian citizen and had ambitions that would bring him to the attempt a run for the presidency. There is nothing wrong with any of those ambitions. They are normal in every way. The Late Alexei Navalny was a lawyer. What a better place for him but the politics of hope?

There was nothing radical about his agenda as a politician. He opposed corruption. He wanted his government cleansed of the corruption that oppressed the people while making a small circle of Putin loyalists wealthy.

Navalny’s wife pledged to fight against Putin: Yulia Navalnaya, the widow of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, said that she would continue her late husband’s work and fight Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Excerpt: “By killing Alexei, Putin killed half of me, half of my heart and my soul. But I still have the other half, and it tells me that I have no right to give up,” she said in a video posted on her husband’s YouTube channel....

It is normally the wife that receives the body and prepares the proper services and burial. There is no reason why the Late Alexei Navalny could not be flown to his wife while accompanied by his mother and any other relatives to properly bury him.

The Late Alexei Navalny was never alone in his desire for change in Russia. He was a member Russian Opposition Coordination Council. Navalny was a concensus builder. There is every reason to believe the Russian people do not want their current leadership. The people believed in a different Russia. I sincerely do not see the Late Alexie Navalny disappearing over time. He was the new Russia. 

The 47-year old (click here) dissident left behind a wife and two children

I understand why the word dissident is used to describe him, but, he was not a loner with an empty cause. I do not think of him at all as a dissident. I think of him as a visionary. He understood the hopes of the Russian people. He used mainstream methods to bring about a path forward. There was really very little radical about him. By every measure, the Late Alexei Navalny was a legitimate alternative to the communist regime under Putin. He was the hope of the people. This taking of a political leader in Russia is something that is very troublesome. He was not a westernized idol to convert the Russian people to dictates of democracy. He was a son of Russia. A brilliant man. He loved his country and the people. This is a profound injustice to him, his family, the Russian people, and humanity.

The Late Alexei Navalny was somebody. He was a very important somebody. He went back to Russia to finish the path he started. He would not be deterred from the reality and vision he knew.

...Navalny (click here) consistently exposed new weak spots of Putin's regime and looked for ways to exploit them. In particular, he became a noticeable political figure after using Russian legislation on government procurement to conduct prominent anti-corruption investigations. His RosPil project invited the public to scrutinize public documents for evidence of corruption. Other projects that Navalny launched early in his career, such as RosYama or RosZhKH, were based on the same principle, empowering Russian citizens dissatisfied with the authorities due to the poor quality of the country's infrastructure.

A decade later, in 2019, following a similar principle, Navalny managed to leverage the labor rights agenda. The Teachers' Alliance and Doctors' Alliance, members of the trade union association he created, became visible political actors in Russia.

Navalny was also very open-minded about who he entered into coalitions with, to the point of attracting criticism. He chose diverse partners throughout his career, guided not so much by ideological affinity as by the extent to which they could open up new opportunities for his struggle. His political career started in the Russian social-liberal party Yabloko in 2000. In 2007, he co-founded the national-democratic movement NAROD, together with prominent Russian nationalists.

During the protests of 2011-2012, Navalny coordinated actions with various liberal, nationalist, and socialist forces. He also contributed to creating the Coordination Council of the Russian Opposition to unite a broad spectrum of politicians, from right-wing to left-wing ones. In 2013, he was nominated as a candidate in the Moscow mayoral elections by the liberal....

The Russian prisons and judicial system is inhumane. The judicial system is more or less an extension of the communist party that intends to exert control and not justice.

The Late Alexei Navalny spoke of the inmates placed in his cell with him. They were primarily insane. One man did nothing but scream for hours and hours, only stopping during the night for a few hours. Setting aside the harsh conditions and the fact Navalny was imprisoned there, that screaming inmate was in pain, emotional and psychological pain. There was no treatment for him to relieve him of his distress? The Russian penial system should be scrutinized to bring about a system of reform and mental health, not persecution and hatred. Navalny was hated. All his legal proceedings proved that the communists were in control and they decided his outcomes. 

...Last year, (click here) the Federal Antimonopoly Service also included IK-3 — which can house up to 1,050 prisoners, according to the Federal Penitentiary Service — on its register of unreliable contractors.

Other prisoners reported experiencing “psychological stress” due to their conditions, Vyorstka said.

Some even accused prison guards of torture.

“When prisoners enter the colony, they are taken to the bathhouse. When a person undresses and goes to wash, the water is turned off and people in masks come in and start beating him. With me, this lasted for about half an hour. There were about 15 people — both prisoners and employees,” said convict Mikho Khulilidze, who served his prison term in IK-3.

“They put me on the floor and beat me with batons and fists on my buttocks, my head, my face, my ribs. They did not provide any medical assistance,” Khulilidze said....

The Late Alexei Navalny loved being Russian. He loved the people. He is missed and will be missed for time unending. Russia has a new hero and it is the Late Alexei Navalny. He would be more than pleased to be that icon to the people.

A miracle

To me Alexei Navalny was a miracle. He was a man that came forward formed of the sincerest hopes of the Russian people. There was never a doubt he was their profound hero. That desire for a different Russia was a vision he shared with vast numbers of the Russian population. 

His life is a statement that defines the suffering of the Russian people. He was one of the true living examples of their deepest wishes. He was the son of Russia. Unafraid. Deeply committed. Willing to sacrifice all to achieve a dream that is Russia shared by so many others. 

His life story and the love he had for the future of his country must be written, treasured, and passed on from one generation to the next. 

To me Alexei Navalny was a miracle that is the true heart of the Russian people. Pure hope for a different Russia. His name must be spoken often and of the hope of millions of Russians. His death is not defeat, but, rebirth. 

A hero has passed away.

Sincerest sympathies to his wife and the Russian people.

How much cash is in your pocket right now?

Right now I have $200 in cash and about $4.00 in change. That is actually less than I had on Tuesday, because, I spent $100. 

I rarely travel with less than $500 cash. Why?  Because cash is real and works when nothing else will. Cash is important especially during times of difficult weather.

I frequently pay people that are friends in cash if they have gone into debt for something important for me. 

This is a money tester pen. It is used frequently by restaurants and businesses for detecting counterfeit dollars. They don’t test every dollar, do they? They test $50 or $100 bills. So, I guess there are lots of other people that carry lots of cash, too, huh?

I am not a minority, but, money talks when skin color doesn’t. Huh?

This is the Robert F. Kennedy Building

President John F. Kennedy never gave a second thought to asking his brother to take the Presidential Cabinet position of Attorney General. Why? Because he knew the trustworthiness of the man that would serve the USA.

When it comes to asking personal friends and relatives to serve in government in offices with prestige and financial gain it always raises suspicions as to the real motivation. The point is the USA respected the Late Attorney General Kennedy and this building proves it. 

I find the Georgia case against Former President Trump overwhelming. As a responsible prosecutor would Fani Willis seek to place the case in very capable hands even if it means controversies? Yes.

I think the current case in Georgia preceding the actual trial is nothing but COVID brain fog by Trump. He can’t seem to come to terms with the truth regarding his criminal acts and is using money to purchase gambles that he can actually derail the truth. It is a shame that a gas lighter like Trump is actually given brevity by lawyers for profit and the media for sensationalism.
