The USA military is not a mercenary unit.

The USA military is a sophisticated and able defense force. It isn’t or ever intended for mercenary work. Trump is using the USA military to do favors for those as corrupt and cruel as he is. 

Mercenary soldiers receive their pay directly. In the case of Trump he is showered with gifts, money , and corruption in exchange for American people’s defense force. It was very easy for Hegseth to become the Secretary of War. The work has already done for him.

The USA military is hijacked by a racketeer who would like everyone to believe his aggression is necessary for world peace. 

Trump is do very wrong. What he is conducting is genocide and racism. 

The USA, as many other nations, has a no assassinations policy. I don’t care the ignorant justification for any of Trump’s killings. Trump has used the USA military to assassinate Iranian leaders with bombs. That is murder.

The real insult to the American people is that Trump never paid taxes, but, yet he finds our military a convenient tool to his global racketeering.

Trump has no right to use our military for his private wars of vengeance.

Leave the Democrats alone

They are doing important but, unpopular with MAGA, work. The party members are under attack and the result is violence. Until the violence stops unnecessary criticism should be met with ethical balance. I am certain if Senate Minority Leader has peers that are unhappy; he most certainly knows about it. It isn’t necessary to inflame the situation further. If violence was not erupting in such deadly ways I could understand the public display of offenses, but, that is not the case.

Senators Schumer is a well seasoned leader and knows what he is doing. I am certain his office and staff in DC receive more than their ample share of email and otherwise. Perhaps Senator Schumer would consent to an interview about the work they are doing and their goals to protect human life. I am sure there is a lot he has to say about popular topics like the Trump tirade in the Middle East, the entanglement of MBS in the demands for the USA to escalate the conflict, the cost of living in the USA, housing and the failing job rate. Simply criticizing him without a chance for him to answer those criticisms only gives him the appearance of hiding something. 

I ask media outlets to be cognizant of the dangers Democrats are facing everyday and measure the way that is approached without inhibiting free speech.

He is doing a great job.

Consider the source of the criticism. They are afraid of Senator Schumer. The man from New York.

Very wise decision.

It is time to pass sincere immigration reform including Dreamers. Human beings are not political fodder. Patriotic Americans using their First Amendment rights to enforce the U.S. Constitution are not targets. 

The immigration reform act will be titled “The Renee Good and Alex Pretti Act.”

ICE detention centers will be shuttered and reassigned as welcome education and health centers where proper processing of asylum claims will occur with exclusive judicial courts on site.

Detention Centers are no place for parents.

Detention Centers were unsafe to begin with. Health agencies, either local or state, should take an interest in disease prevention by the center and seek judicial review. 

There is no funding for these facilities. They should be shuttered. Legislation should be introduced to use county jails for immigration detainees. Basically, any immigration agent making an arrest of an illegal immigrant would be required to remand them to local authorities for due process proceedings. It would reduce the enormous budget currently enjoyed by ICE.

They handle people completely differently. 

Their focus is not the same.

TSA have capacity to handle arrests, etc. on the rare occasion it is necessary, but, ICE are instigators of confrontation.

I would not be surprised if there will be demonstrations and whistles at airports, too.

Sex Reassignment Surgery has been around since the 1920s. All of a sudden the sexual urges of Americans will be driven by those who want a different gender identity. The Republicans believe propaganda is so powerful it drives the tiny brains of the majority of Americans.

Therefore, American children will be prescribed a sexual identity to satisfy the sexual desires of the LGBTQ community ONLY. That is not only bizarre idiocy, it is an insult to every member of the LGBTQ community.

The Nazi Party of Germany became so controlling of “the message” it became truth to them and they removed Dr. Hirshfeld’s license to practice and shuttered his research.

There is a descriptor of genital mutilation that Republicans simply ignore.

MAGA has been around since Reagan and they have always believed the wealth of a person proves the intelligence of a person. The Democrats as a political party have been around since before Reagan and have always believed every human being has the potential to aspire to the American Dream if they chose to achieve it.

One party is about control of personal wealth hidden in Biblical teachings (I do believe Jesus said, “Give to Caesar what is his.” Doesn’t sound like valuing of wealth to me.) and the other party is about the quality of life of the entire population of the USA and what is possible to achieve goals to that end.

The SAVE Act is unconstitutional, full of propaganda and lies to make it appear legitimate and should be shelved for the hideous attempt to throw the 2026 Midterm elections into so much chaos proper determination of elected representatives is impossible.

Republicans are so demented in their values they no longer believe in democracy or freedom. They believe in Donald Trump to carry out his racketeering and deliver the country into the possession of a hate filled king with a global military tirade stolen from American Taxpayers.

 The very best result from the partial government shutdown would be to isolate the operations of the violent agencies that even judges have said are out of line. Do Republicans want to protect American without jeopardizing the USA Constitution? It is a yes or no question.

The ICE agents roving the country have consistently violated the Rule of Law, the Fourth Amendment as well as valued police standards of practice. 

ICE agents are not trained for TSA work. If they are trained at all. A Rexas Democrat is complaining it is more difficult now for families to locate their loved ones at ICE Detention facilities. There is a simple answer to that, close detention facilities.

This is enemy surveillance.

The USA has been witnessing these drone incursions for sometime now. It appeared the first incursion was in New Jersey. These are enemy drones initially for surveillance. But, the surveillance is not benign. Attacks are being planned which mean our enemies have been busy building airfields and/or floating flat tops or submarines in international waters to conduct these incursions.

The attacks being planned appear to be focused on military institutions and high density population civilian areas.

How about a little recap.

There is a high degree of incompetence with the Trump administration to the point where criminality is valued.

But, as to the military:

Two Navy vessels were involved in friendly accidents and were required to be drydocked for repairs. 

The Venezuelan theater is an abject failure. Yes, Maduro is in the New York City prison along with his wife and they have faced their first arraignment. But, the freely elected president has yet to take her place and the next inline with the Maduro government is in power. As if a payment were required Trump stole the oil from a tanker and sold it. There were also extrajudicial murders.

The only person in the Middle East that wasn’t surprised by the attacks by the USA was Netanyahu. There was absolutely no preparation for the aggression into Iran by the USA. Embassy staff wasn’t told and in turn every tourist from the Free World was in the line of fire. 

The Mideast theater never saw preparedness. The Kuwaitis were never brought on board and as a result three expensive USA fighter jets were shot down by friendly fire.

Then for a completely unknown reason the USA jets had to fuel up in mid flight. There were two aircraft carriers in the region. As a result of deregulation by Hegseth all safety procedures were dissolved and the fuel tankers were in frequent flight rotation. As a result of that grossly uninformed decision making one tanker crashed to the ground while another was taking flight. It isn’t Newatk International Airport with a control tower and personnel tracking the entire mess. I don’t know why I even brought that up because within days of taking office a helicopter and jet were in flames on the ground in DC.

With all these failures and Trump’s knee jerk decision making our allies still willing to be loyal to the USA. Their decision making is correct. Ceasefire and then protection of ships transiting the Persian Gulf and passing through the Strait of Hormuz. 

Iran is not a disarmed Iraq.

Iran is not a grossly poor Afghanistan where soldiers were greater by villagers with donkeys.

Iran is a Shi’ite homeland with its own resources and allies. The Free World has never been welcome in the Persian Gulf where pirates make a living and Iranian zodiacs chase USA military ships. All of a sudden a completely incompetent administration believes they can change all that while hijacking the USA military. Any civilized human being would be in great danger no matter the armor plating to think a ceasefire wasn’t absolutely necessary.

Trump and Hegseth need to be reasonable and get rid of the idea they are accomplishing great feats of warfare. They aren’t. Our defense contractors, MIT, and the American people’s tax dollar created a defense that is unchallenged and it was hijacked by racketeers. No one voted for this. No one.

European allies are correct.

There is no other viable way forward. There must be a ceasefire. There is no reason to continue an assault against Iran.

Rafael Mariano Grossi is very competent in his work. He is highly acclaimed regarding nuclear energy and its containment. There is no other authority needed unless Mr. Grossi decides he needs assistants to carry out an assessment.

Mr. Grossi should be a member of any negotiation team when it comes to Iran or any other nuclear country. He is a reliable knowledge source. He should have been asked to be part of the Iran peace negotiations. He wasn’t. Why? There is no one better. The people of Iran deserve the best possible peace.

Nuclear facilities do not do well with bombs falling around them. The intense bombing with heavy bombs can cause vibration deep within Earth and cause cracking and then where are we?

I believe the airports still have to set rules to ensure the safety of people at risk for violence. Trump cannot do anything he wants. Russia has sent fuel tankers to Cuba as humanitarian relief. The tankers must be allowed to dock and deliver help to the Cuban people.

Those oil tankers haven’t come all this way unescorted. Where are the subs? The Russian subs. The nuclear subs.
