So what is Ernst really saying?

I can hear Trump in all her statements. 

To begin this is Iowa (click here). Everyone eligible should apply for help in whatever manner they need. 

Ernst has a military background and probably has more healthcare between Tricare and her congressional healthcare and whatever benefits her spouse may bring to her. It’s safe to say she will receive the best healthcare in the country and doesn’t have a care in the world. So what does she care? 

All that healthcare is paid by the American taxpayer. Every member of Congress and their families have healthcare paid for my hard working Americans. So, just because the congressional healthcare benefit isn’t called Medicaid doesn’t mean it is not sponsored by public funds. 

For any congressional member to talk down about Medicaid or Tricare or any other form of public assistance, they need to look in the mirror and talk down about public funded healthcare.

To say Joni Ernst is ludicrous in all her statements is understating the insult to the intelligence of every voting American. Her statements reflect exactly the lack of morality we are witnessing with this MAGA.

So what exactly was that whole mess, right? She didn’t come by those thoughts while standing in the spotlight. Those thoughts have taken root long before, “Oops.”

“Oops, a Freudian slip and now I have to make an excuse.” Isn’t that what went on? Let me answer that for you, “Yes, that is exactly what went on.” 

MAGA is wall to wall million-billionaires that believe they are “the special ones.” They lived right, you know. They did everything along the path of life right and now it shows. So, if MAGA members can do that why not everyone else? Why does any American need healthcare assistance of any kind? Every American that “lived right” do not have these problems. 

So when an Iowa citizen stood up in a live conversation and had the audacity to take up THE FACT other Iowans or even herself could die without Medicaid, Ernst said they only thought available to her, “We will all die.” 

That moment was as much a religious moment as a governing moment. She basically stated in the town hall and her YouTube video that dying is what we all do to get to heaven. You know, the apocalypse is being delivered. It is being delivered to some people who didn’t live right sooner than those that did, those lucky dogs.

Iowa is one of the most hideously immoral legislatures at the state level and it is all done for the purity of the soul. There is a little more than 3 million Iowan citizens. New York City has a population of over 8 million citizens. What does anyone suppose the needs of the people of Iowa look like? Better silos for the corn harvested off enormous swaths of land? Right? 

So, along comes Ernst and basically states to a distressed audience we are all going to die someday, so get over it. The responsibility for your misfortune in ill health is not the responsibility of the federal government and damn it we want our money back in the way of tax cuts that increases the national debt for generations to come.

When Ernst goes back to Washington, DC; if she goes back to DC; she needs to get in touch with her responsibility to the people and not just the pig farmers, who by the way aren’t dealing with the avian flu.

The Senate is supposed to be a deliberative body and not a rubber stamp of an extremist party that hates intensely and demand collapse of the USA to get the people off the backs of those that live right.

I will finish with this thought. Senator Lisa Murkowski exhibits concern and morality for every issue that hits the Senate voting call. She comes from an idyllic and gorgeous state. Alaska does not have the problems states with much higher populations do. Yet. Where do the thoughts of Senator Murkowski go when faced with issues that are the well being of the people? She becomes concerned  as to the impact every vote cast in the Senate may adversely affect the people. She doesn’t throw her hands in the air and say, “Let God decide.”

This is a lot of nonsense.

Trump propaganda always demands “my way or the highway.” All that is a lie.

Congress can sculpt the current House Bill ( beautiful or not) to protect tax cuts for the middle class, low income and even high income middle class. The idea the tax cuts, which is more than 90 percent of the addition to the national debt of the bill, has to be applied AS IS, is nothing but propaganda.

History always proves the president’s budget while welcome for its incite never leaves the legislature in the way it was received. 

So, Senator Schumer needs to stop the bill in it’s current form until it reflects respect for working Americans by protecting them from tax increases while allowing the wealthy elite to pay their fair share which is far more than the cuts in this bill.

Why is Trump coveting it?

I believe it to be indecent to do so, so why? What perverted idea can possibly be an agenda item?

There is significant investment by institutionalized endowments. The George W. Bush Presidential Center has an endowment of $500,000,000. What gives?

Make no doubt about it, the endowment is under attack. Harvard has dipped into its to continue its mission. Survival by endowment is definitely the goal. Why weaken and instill concern/fear of such stable and moral accumulation of the USA dollar?

Harvard is the fear building institution. Target if you will. Why?

So, it begins. First it is character assassination, then criminal charges, then trials of bogus information, followed by prison, and then assassinations in a Siberian prison. Absolutely. Look, this is all bullshit. It needs to be nipped in the bud. It is illegal and immoral propaganda and it has to stop. Those that sincerely love this country like Former FBI Director Comey are important people and in no way did he “compromise” the national security of the USA. It is not possible. 

People live their lives in dedication to the USA Constitution. James Comey went into training with a love for this country no different than any soldier willing to put themselves on the line in war. The FBI agent is in danger when working. They are heroes. 

I don’t know what is going on with right wing media as they are among the most entrenched propagandists out there. They need to find honest ratings with good reporting and worthwhile news stories and end the nightmare nonsense they are spewing.

I hope James Comey writes a dozen more books just like this one. Sort of like a Harry Potter series. I hope he makes billions and drive out all the rats in DC.

Trump’s tariffs are from a law dating back to WWI. It is easy to say its use in this case is irresponsible.

The IEEPA can be invoked as an emergency measure if the sovereignty of the USA is at risk. Trump has declared a national emergency in order to invoke laws, including this one, not because there is a national emergency. The entire reason this administration exists is to carry out deception in the face of reality.

I guess the Republicans are riding their dream mobile alone because Elon left the house. He especially left the house after he learned Trump wasn’t backing his actions inside the USA government as an unelected individual (click here) and facing a lawsuit from at least 14 states. It might be that all the money cut from state budgets at Musk’s direction may be his personal liability. 

Everything that has transpired with Trump since his defeat in 2020, in my opinion, is nothing but hubris to entertain strange ideas.

Where is the research backing up any of the ideas he has put forward as plausible? I guarantee there is none.

Trump believes he can tax the world and eliminate taxes of Americans forever. 

Reality check:

- Falling GDP?

- How many major corporations have and are packing up and moving out of the USA?

- How many countries have issued warnings about the USA due to hostile changes in the treatment of immigrants including permanent resident Green Card status?

- Canada has opened airline routes to Europe and closed routes to the USA because of the harsh treatment of fellow human beings. That is significant. We share a treaty with Canada and Mexico. 

Elon Musk was recruited by the GOP and given front row status only to have the party turn their backs on him in a “Big, Beautiful Bill” and now Musk has enormous lawsuits because of his participation in removing large numbers of employees from the federal government without Congressional legislation.

The Republicans need to stop living in the country of make believe and start acting like responsible legislators.

How much is 0.2% GDP?

Seems like a small loss, but, is it?

One percent of a trillion is $10 billion. So, 0.2 percent of a trillion is $2 billion. Got that? Therefore, 0.2 percent of $27.72 trillion is $55.44 billion LOST out of the US GDP in the first quarter of 2025. And that is based in the 2023 GDP. 

To appreciate that loss, the USA Navy Gerald R. Ford aircraft carriers cost $13 billion to build. That means the loss of 0.2 percent GDP is equivalent to the loss of building more than 4 Ford Class aircraft carriers. I don’t know about you, but, that is fairly significant

to me.

The real question is, how long can losses to GDP, NOT Wall Street, be sustained without directly attacking the sovereignty of the USA?

Why is that question significant? Trump wants a kingdom, not a country.

How much is a strong and sovereign country worth?

Military families are among the most important assets the USA has for its national security. They should have everything an average Middle Class family has, including health care.

They contribute more to this country than any other citizen. There is at least one loved one putting their life on the line for the most noble causes. These families should be cherished and supported. It would be lovely if any business community could help with recruitment. 

These families need 401ks or the military equivalent. They need college funds for their children. They need special consideration because mom or dad may be absent for extended length of time. There are so many aspects of living that contribute to their quality of life, money isn’t the only factor.

Their lives should be envious and fulfilling. These families suffer loss on a continual basis without the ultimate sacrifice occurring. Navy deployments are often six months at a time. For a young family that is a lot. 

It can be heart wrenching to see a spouse leave in our great ships. Their reunions when they pull into a home port are incredible to watch. These couples love each other a great deal. The children have grown and simply catching up is a feat all by itself. It isn’t just death or the potential that carries stress, it is the enlistment that demands so much.

So, with the country having higher demands on soldiers as high tech is found in many requirements, there needs to be “sign on bonuses” for them to understand the country is deeply committed to their careers as long as they want to stay. I have no problem with the idea of generosity to our military families. It is a highly moral part of paying taxes for the country as well as the soldier.

Trump behaving badly.

He must identify with them. Crooks and liars are Trump's favorite people. I’d like to say Trump is righting a wrong, which is what presidential pardons are for, but, he is getting pleasure out of sticking his finger in the eye of the USA Constitution.

I believe he with the assistance of Bondi is headed down the path of victimization. The Whitmer pardons is a bridge too far. Those pardons validate hate and solidifies others as the country’s enemy. 

Trump will prosecute others for no other reason except it gives him pleasure. Realize where his head is at. He is the king. The king wants entertainment and wielding power in nightmarish ways gives him pleasure. 

He thrives on the headlines in the media. It has to be Trump 24/7 in order to feel in control. People are on to him and the numbers are probably growing. He needs to exhibit his power without retribution to feel secure. 

Those gallows had a purpose he approved of and he will go “Taliban” and hang people in the public square.

Fear. 

He loves to instill fear.  

The country, including Congress, need to stand up to his public displays of power. Trump is out of control.

During a weekslong federal trial that year, prosecutors said the couple conspired to defraud Atlanta-area banks of more than $36 million in personal loans, which they spent on luxury cars and travel, by submitting false bank statements and other records.

Todd Chrisley was sentenced to 12 years in prison in November 2022 after an Atlanta jury found him guilty of fraud, tax evasion and conspiracy to defraud the United States. His wife was sentenced to seven years in prison for the same crimes.

The pair sought pardons from Trump in February, NBC News reported....

Russia is never going to stop.

Vladimir Putin doesn’t care how many people die or are maimed or tortured or suffer economically. He doesn’t care if children receive protections or have their parents alive and loving them or if they attend school.

The only purpose Putin has is to attempt to reel in allies of one kind or another to supply him more and more soldiers. Not that there is a chance for him winning this war which he basically he already lost; he has no intention of giving up this battle as he believes communism hangs in the balance. So do the Soviet communists who elected him the second time. Putin’s loyalty is to the Soviet communists and not the people of Russia. Putin is fighting a war of ideology, not one of defense of the Russian people.

When any country goes to war it is to defend its sovereignty. That is what Ukraine is doing. Russia is the aggressor. Putin was elected to return the Soviet Union to its grandeur. The Soviet Union was too large in square miles to defend itself. It is impossible to return the Soviet Union. The former Soviet Union is far better off divided as the Post-Soviet countries can defend their borders and bring in a better quality of life for their people.

Vladimir Putin made promises to the Soviet Communists he cannot deliver. If using a last resort such as nuclear weapons is still within his idea of powerful, then the circumstances are warped by a dying ideology.

No one attacked the former Soviet Union. It fell of it’s own weight due to the ideology of the day. Nuclear weapons should be made obsolete by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty to end this mess. Nuclear weapons are the last hold out for every country that owns them. Those weapons can’t be used. They aren’t even a good deterrent because they have unimaginable and painful results that never leaves the minds and hearts of the people.

VLADIMIR, GIVE IT UP and make peace with the past. The future holds great promise to the children of Russia but not if their heritage is impoverishment due to an ideological war.

This particular case with the IRS has a backstory. Ready?

In 2022 the IRS called this person to its office. An appointment was secured and there were two IRS agents at the ready to arrest this person if receipts to back up a claim for a refund of more than $25,000 wasn’t forthcoming. The person involved had the 2022 file and handed it to the first agent sitting nearest the computer. The agent said, “This is your return for this year?”

Taxpayer said, “Yes.” This is a true story.

The second agent sitting behind the first one stated, “This is not the tax return for 2022 we are looking at on the screen.”

Taxpayer states, “Well, this is my return and where is my refund of $650.00? I should have had it by now. It is already June.”

The second agent was a bit embarrassed and stated, “I am sorry for the delayed refund, but, according to what we are looking at on the screen you are asking not for $650.00, but, an excess of $25,000 from gambling debt over and above your claimed winnings.” 

The taxpayer said, “I don’t know what is going on here, I want my $650.00 refund.”

With that, the second agent explained the return in the computer was fraudulent and identity theft and an investigation would follow. He stated information on how to deal with identity theft would be forthcoming in the mail. At that point the first agent begsn to make notes into the computer and scanned the correct return into place.

An entire year went by and the taxpayer made an appointment with the IRS office again. This time with the tax reporting forms for 2023. The agent was the same as last year and remembered the case of identity theft. The taxpayer stated there was still no refund from 2022 and I wanted to bring the 2023 return as it sort of negates the $650 a bit with a payment needed of $549.81. 

The agent stated the 2022 was on hold and he would write the folks that need to take off the hold and reconcile the amount due with the expected refund. The taxpayer was satisfied all was well and still expecting a refund of $100.19.

Interesting this notice from the IRS arrived this year demanding their money and rather ruthlessly at that, BUT, the $100.19 still hadn’t been refunded. Not only that but the taxpayer is due a refund of the 2024 tax filing of another $650.00.

Now this taxpayer is worried the IRS is going to take some asset to satisfy the $549.81 when in fact the IRS still owes the taxpayer $750.19. 

DoGE has failed its purpose and now it is attempting to collect every dime they believe is owed the USA Treasury regardless of the truth or injustice it carries. The sum of $549.81 hardly justifies what is happening here or the ruthless injustice leveled at the most vulnerable in our society. 

DoGE was not created by Congress with a structured agenda with guide rails to carry out a mission. DoGE was conjured up by a billionaire with fantasies, including any idea Americans are lazy and won’t pay their taxes. The worst offender of tax evasion over decades of time sits in the Oval Office lamenting the fact President Zelenskyy and NATO was spot on about Putin! and he wasn’t.

January 6th was an insurrection.

It didn’t work because of a damned heroic Vice President and his family and a Congress determined to uphold the USA Constitution.

Q and the White Supremacists couldn’t get it done so Trump turned to billionaires that live in fantasy like every other tabloid voter. 

Trump is about Trump. He is not about faith, peace or any other worthwhile virtue. Trump is about WHATEVER WORKS. He has been a conman all his life. The fantasy this time is to be King of the World and the world’s first trillionaire. That is his goal. That is his plan. He doesn’t care how he gets it including turning with world’s last superpower to mush.

Title X funding freeze is political.

The defunding is an attack on women’s health. The Democrats should be careful of what they are voting for under Trump. Short of impeachment in both houses I doubt voting is worthwhile. 

It is a corrupt and criminal administration with decision makers that are not elected (forget the Republicans they have rings in their noses). Everything Trump wants ultimately goes in his pocket. $3.8 trillion in the national debt for what?
