None of the arrested and detainments will hold up if these people are denied due process. Trump is having ICE violate due process that could result in violence if people feel no hope for their circumstances. There is an issue of racism in the detention of legal Americans. ICE is not carrying out lawful detentions if they are found to be racist.

Previous to that Trump asked for Congress to extend the default window for about seven months. That did not happen.

Day One of the Trump administration he begins a narcissistic glory march through the scientific offices and laboratories of the federal government. No rhythm or reason, just because he is having a hissy fit over the looming default window.

The USA Congress needs to get busy enacting additional measures to government costs and reopen vital offices and laboratories. It is also my concern the reason freedom of speech was taken away from US government facilities to communicate with other international partners is most probably because Trump wants to monetize their activity. It is ludicrous because people need Information as another deadly virus is mutating.

As far as I am concerned the Avian Flu vaccines should have been issued with the first case regardless of its minor symptoms. Preventing mutations once a virus finds a new host is carried out with vaccinations and not natural immunity which RFK, Jr. prefers.

So, there will be continued litigation (possibly coming from international partners with unfulfilled contracts and agreements), but, Congress needs to be passing legislation on the heels of executive orders that hurt the people, their jobs, and the American economy.

I suppose the idea of whether or not they should be taken seriously makes for interesting conversation, but, these folks are lost to “normal” values and normal media.

Trump, to them, is the one president that is going to set everything straight. I haven’t watched Truth Social and I won’t. I can imagine the nonsense that plays there.

This is the problem as I see it. Donald Trump has mental health issues. He is a racketeer who has found an audience. That audience has now voted in a presidential election. They elected the only person that takes their fears to heart and will get to the bottom of it. There is no bottom to it.

Donald Trump is wasting taxpayers money, indulging billionaires that want to deregulate health precautions and instill activities such as mining that will pollute watersheds. That is only the beginning. Trump has raped the federal system so his family can travel the world as ambassadors. He is convinced there is a Deep State and there is none.

Governors are in the middle of a gigantic mess that will prove to be a national nightmare at the end of four years. Governors are impacted heavily by this president in that their normal federal stipends to help with security and educating children will be cut. They will have all sorts of wealthy players trying to exploit their states and attempt to sway votes.

But, such observations like mine are meaningless because the billionaires believe Trump is their genius in harnessing the paranoid minds of harmless Americans. After all where can these folks go to a rally with a free chance to win one million US?

The Trump administration is already a complete failure, but, it will continue with attempts to entertain the tabloid voters so he can become king in four years. 

I know these people. The Tabloid Voters. They are mostly experiencing health problems in a state of mind where OSHA is a dirty word. They are proud and chronically blame the government for everything.

Trump knows what he is doing with these folks. He is not interested in anything but exploitation of them to serve his own purposes. These are the people that work multiple jobs and get nowhere. No savings. Car repairs that come before doctors visits and medicine. Children that don’t do well because of poor nutrition and/or chronic genetic conditions. A fair number of them consume substances from tobacco, to alcohol, to CBD, every possible cure all on the market and shop for clothing and food at Walmart where the pharmacy purchases medications with heavy metals in them. Cheap megicubes exist with toxic substances, but, who reads the label? Will these folks ever get out of their TRAP? No. But, Kamala Harris wanted to try. She wanted to bring them mainstream with an opportunity to receive $25k for their first home. 

Now. Does Trump care about Americans? Not more than he loves and embraces communists.

He has got to go. Dangerous doesn’t even begin to describe his ability to destroy what centuries of Americans lived, worked, and died for.

Child transgender

This entire issue with transgender children and the development of identity is completely out of step with the medical community. What is happening in women’s sports is a very serious issue and has not been adequately addressed. The best way to decide about the treatment of transgender youth is to convene a Congressional study group or committee. There are varying views about this and it would be wrong to victimize these people with prejudice and hate.

 

Freedom of Religion…

…is also freedom from religion. So, if Trump’s musings is about religious practices in regard to the LGBTQ he can’t enforce his own particular beliefs. The USA is not a theocracy.

Diversity staff?

The Supreme Court has already ruled on these issues.

The people Trump is referring to as diversity staff are people. There is no such thing as diversity staff unless he is referring to an office where diversity program’s qualify applicants for funding.

The laws as written today are already known to be constitutional. 

His actions are mired in hate. These people need to be protected from his problematic hate speech and actions. These executive orders will end up at the USA Supreme Court again. I don’t expect the high courts decisions to change.

Musk didn’t save free speech…

…he returned hate speech. 

There is a limit to speech in any civilized society. The MAGAs have it wrong. It is easy to see the conspiracy to power by Musk, or whatever name he is these days. He, himself practices censorship by taking away memberships on X by people whom he disagrees.

There are a couple of things going on that is nonsensical. First, Trump claims to have RESTORED free speech with his executive order of which he said, “Thus is a big thing.” As if he did everyone a favor.

That is a lie.

Freedom of speech in the USA was never an issue, however, the return of political hate speech has returned on social media and should not have at all. 

Zuckerberg is wrong.

The monitoring on Facebook was correct and served to DEESCALATE political hate speech. It was wrong not to codify it into law. 

Now, this free speech thing is a policy verbalized by Rubio. (Click here) This is the U.S. State Department. It engages in all sorts of interesting speech. The idea a diplomatic corp can’t practice done dirt of censorship when necessary is ludicrous.

Hostile work environments MUST suppress the urge to engage in sexual harassment. I think this entire free speech mess is not about open communication, it appears to be about hate speech and the oppression it brings.

When Trump makes funny names up like “Marco Rubio has small hands.” That is political hate speech. It is not only political hate speech it implies sexual judgement as well. It is bullying. Because people are caught off balance by an adult engaging in bullying in full public view, that doesn’t mean he should get away with it. Rubio could have sued for defamation of character as the implications of that statement were special in nature. I think people, civilized people, are finding themselves flat footed in responding to such bullying. We expect more civilized behavior from our children than we do of Trump.

A society has a right to sane social environments. The Preamble of the USA Constitution states clearly, “…insure domestic tranquility.. “. To tolerate political hate speech is completely wrong and dangerous.

Guillain wants to be able to engage in political hate speech. He is being held accountable for defamation in the amount of &158 million dollars. That is what the Plutocrats don’t like. They believe they should be able to conduct themselves as they please without penalty.

Transition dangers

2001 brought new insights to the dangers of terrorism. As a result it was realized there was a pattern from the past that terrorists take advantage of federal transitions due to elections. For that reason post 911 found it necessary to keep Homeland Security Cabinet Secretaries in plan for at least one year for continuity in intelligence gathering.

My concern for all of the USA and territories is that with Trump pushing his own people into office there is profound errors being made that opened  window for terrorists, including those from India. 

It is important states get their own security personnel in place and up and running to close gaps on potential terrorist attacks, both domestic and foreign. The January 6th insurrectionists are on the loose, expect problems domestically as well.

There is nothing to say if states want to regionalize intelligence gathering and share the cost. Mid Atlantic, New England, Southeast, etc.

Whenever I think about these issues, the Former Governor and Jersey Guy, Chris Christie comes to mind. I like him. I trust him.

Trump has a lot to lose if the DOJ finds a reason for criminal charges. Trump likes to create distractions that he can control with his rhetoric. 

Immigration is a concern, but, not a national security issue that the entire DOJ has to be tasked with it. Dismissing the experienced officers of the DOJ comes in the heels of Cannon making another restriction on Jack Smith’s investigation (click here). Trump probably called her about this. Trump is afraid of his own shadow at this count.

Here again the states have to begin to carry the burden for the security of their states with an expansion of SBIs into international fact finding to secure the people. I refer to NYC post 911 in forming its own investigation agency that looks abroad to secure New York City. I am confident allies would be happy to work with SBIs and their case building to keep citizens safe.

Unfortunately, the costs that may grow from additional surveillance by SBIs may not be forthcoming from the federal authorities as it usually does. States need to impress on the Senators and House members the importance of federal funding at levels that work to protect Americans.

14th Amendment

No president can change an amendment to the USA Constitution with an executive order. 

This is what is going on? Americans voted for Trump to sign a meaningless piece of paper?

Wow. I want to feel bad for those that voted for him, but, this is being a fool and a moron. Are they? 

Trump has real mental health problems. Profoundly so. A president should know the meaning of that signature when enacting executive orders. He is acting like a monarch. He has no advisors? 

Trump is committing fraud in misleading the public. He needs to be removed from office.Where are all the grown ups?

Amendments to the USA Constitution are not political proceedings. The Constitution demands a huge majority in the House and Senate pass the amendment, then the president signs it, and then a huge majority of the country, average citizens, have to vote for it or against the Amendment. Passing an Amendment requires the majority of the country to agree. It is not possible to Amend the USA Constitution politically. It is IMPOSSIBLE. The issue has to be so big that more than 2/3rds of the citizens believe it is necessary. Amendments are not political instruments.

Amendments are governing instruments.

Trump is misleading the public. Just that simple. He is committing fraud and not just a little bit of fraud. Pretending an amendment to our governing constitution can be changed with a single signature is enormous fraud, especially when it plays with a person’s citizenship.

What the hell?

Trump signed an executive order to return freedom of speech? That is the First Amendment. Trump is a con man. Executive orders are an official act of a president. Executive orders are not a toy to pretend he is asserting power. That is fraud. Nowhere in the Rule of Law of this country is Trump, as president, allowed to carry out a con of the American people as if it is a reality.

No one lost the right of freedom of speech. What is this The United States of Truth Social Morons? Seriously.

This is the tabloid crowd that lives in a fantasy world where some of the highest illiteracy rates exist BY DESIGN for political purposes.  He wants Congress to get rid of the USA Department of Education to keep the people dummied down and controllable through their lack of knowledge.

Trump and his minions want this. They want morons as citizens. 

Trump is breaking the law by pretending there are huge constitutional issues and he alone as president can correct them. He is conning the American people and this is racketeering. Every state Attorney General has a right to prosecute him to end the defrauding of their conscious and morality. They need to bring charges to protect the children.

Congress needs to bring Crypto under control.

The last Trump administration saw more than a million Americans dead. The Trump Body Count for the second Trump term started at noon yesterday.

Every country and every person needs to take care of themselves, especially the watersheds. The deregulations Trump plans will affect human health.

There is no humanity in the Trump White House. There is only money and more money and more money for him and his family that will be in public housing paid for by the American people at every embassy in the world.

Trump is self-righteous and full of hate. He is pardoning some of the most vicious White Supremacists alive. Why? Because he needed the votes of their memberships. The danger is obvious. These bastards can organize militias, if they don’t already exist. I don’t care to speculate beyond that because Trump will seek to be the nightmare everyone expects. Why give him ideas? He is such a terrible human being. Let’s hope the courts hold the line on ethics and the rule of law.

I apologize to all those injured by him and those that are yet to be injured by him. He does not reflect the values of my country. I really think domestically, the USA is adrift right now.
