Europe needs to consult with the leaders of Afghanistan to advise them about how to manage a country's assets. 

In the case of the USA, there are maps created by the United States Geological Survey. Those maps are vitally important to infrastructure development AND commodities value.

Then where the USA has commodities that can be removed while the country collects LEASING FEES for the land, there is an AUCTION.

Europe needs to send consultants to Afghanistan to provide guidance to mapping and auctions for the lease of its minerals.

Let's see, who gets the wealth of Kenya? Israel? The USA? Who gets the wealth of Kenya?

I know who should get the wealth of Kenya, Dick Cheney. The complete arrogant entitlement that it takes to invade a disarmed country, kill at will, take its mineral resources to balance the cooked books at Halliburton and then cast the region into complete chaos with some stupid contrived holy man with a charismatic movement that turned the entire world it on its ear. No reverence for life, no reverence for the sovereignty of a country and absolutely no reverence for morality no matter the god one calls upon.

And they HIJACK the USA military to carry out the task. Amazing that the world has stood by and permitted it.

A USA Congressional AUMF will NEVER say, "Sovereign wealth of any country invaded in the interest of USA national security is not coveted by the United States of America. And war reparations will be paid to the same country at the conclusion of such actions by the USA military."
