These figures were before The Sequester was instituted. It would be difficult to break them down post Sequester because there is no way of knowing an exact number to apply per state in federal employee furloughs. To apply The Sequester generally reduce the number of employees by 10% overall with 5% of that 10% specifically military federal employees.
Once at this website click on the state and follow the link down to find Congressional District. Then multiple the federal employee number by $27.35 per day to realize the loss of disposable income per work day each district will lose because of the Republican government shut down.
