During Trump’s first term when California was facing the worst wildfires in its history, Trump did nothing except let the forests burn. He never took an interest. He never called out the National Guard or military.

Now, he is anxious to finish what he started on January 6, 2021. He needs a country appearing to be in civil disarray. Don’t do it.

It is humanly impossible to deport 43.3 million people from the USA. Go about life as normal as possible. Write local, state, and federal representatives to end the Trump oppression.

He wants civil war. Don’t give it to him. When the pardoned insurrectionists receive their $1,000,000 from Pam Bondi what does anyone think they are going to do with it? They will arm themselves to organize as Trump’s militia.

Stop Trump from succeeding.

The courts are upholding Due Process. Justice in Trump World is still possible.

Better programs not eliminating life lines.

What impresses me about the Republican agenda is that they have no better or efficient ways of delivering benefits to people. Their answer to better government is to eliminate spending. That is not governance. The Republicans need to have better ideas about delivering services to the public and not simply eliminate life line programs.

The reason Trump is offering travel assistance and $1000.00 to immigrated to leave the country is because it is an impossible task. Immigrants volunteering to leave is another way to avoid Due Process.

Mass detention centers are subhuman

ICE is conducting raids of people without the personnel or facilities to adequately house them. Detainee health is being risked with abandon.

There is absolutely no way to detain 500,000 Venezuelans yet alone 11 million immigrants. Major cities have populations of half a million people. Trump is packing people into cells. There is no way possible to round up every immigrant in the USA. The United Nations needs to send inspectors to begin a process to enforce humane standards.

As of 2023 it is estimated there are 47.8 million immigrants living in the USA. That is more than 14 percent of the country’s population. It is impossible to take 14 percent of the USA population into custody to deport them in a mass deportation goal.

By the time Trump is finished terrorizing…

The word is governance. If people don’t understand how to govern they should never be in office. Brutalizing everyone is not governance. 

From what I am reading the factory that was raided was served with a warrant for false documentation of workers. The warrant was for documents and not people. ICE is not conducting themselves well. They are causing too much disruption and people are becoming alarmed.

If a business is operating with falsely documented workers then the owner and general manager are to blame. It isn’t right so much trauma is occurring among the people. The union president has a responsibility to his members. None of the brutal tactics is reasonable.

Any raid is to obtain the documents legally and make a case for further action. ICE is ruining its own case by inflicting harm to people. 

I take it the people working in the factory were not causing problems. There is just no reason to traumatize them.

The right thing to do is for ICE to leave LA except for the current investigation. Let things cool down, meet with the mayor and Governor if necessary and move forward from there. But, to continually add fuel to the fire is not the best way forward for the people who believe they are protesting a humanitarian cause. 

Trump properties never have good health ratings.

Remember the bedbugs at Doral? Health inspection is not politically motivated. There are clear inspection points and expectations. Trump never invests, he just takes the money and runs the place into the ground.

David Huerta was there to do his job. He has a responsibility to the members of the union. He needs to understand what is occurring. If there was unlawful activity the union would not prohibit such actions. But, until Homan works with communities to end crime the confusion and anxiety erupting in protects will be a problem. Attacking a Union president who is trying to understand what is going on only escalates confusion and anxiety and makes things worse.

This is how ridiculous things are at NASA.

Absolutely no backup space crafts ready to deploy now that Trump decided to blackmail Musk. Elon Musk does not run a charity space shuttle. So, Trump’s act of racketeering in attempting subversion of Musk for his own purposes has resulted in a stoppage of spacecraft shuttling to and from the ISS. 

The problem is compounded because the Russian side of the ISS is in severe disrepair. It is one thing to have a private space program, but, quite another to allow lose of autonomy of a federal sovereign space program.

Perhaps NASA can turn to Europe or Japan for any available help. This is no way to run a space program.

Police power is already being directed by States Rights with demonstrations that APPEAR to be disruptive. If the National Guard is necessary it is up to Governor Gavin Newsom and not Trump to deploy a unit or two. The California Governor can order the National Guard to stand down. The demonstrations are people disturbed for a real reason. This is not an emergency.

Why is this a bad and even wrongful decision.

It is wrong to accept every Supreme Court decision as law. This decision is allowing a group of techies to have blanket access to every citizen’s working information through their payments into the retirement fund. 

Not every American has a criminal intent in receiving Social Security. As a matter of fact most Americans are honest people who have earned the benefits today. For those illegally interacting with SSI there is a hotline to call and report fraud. Reporting crimes has always been possible to many if not all federal agencies.

Trump is in a hunt for immigrants and intends to find them while invading the privacy of every American citizen. It is a wrongful decision by the conservative judges. They simply looked at whether or not an executive branch committee could access a federal agency. They did not place an importance of the right of privacy to all lawful Americans.  

And what is this “skeptical” being introduced to the courts of the USA? I find that very strange.

There isn’t enough balance with the Robert’s Court. The balance between the law according to the word and the outcome to citizens with such decisions. The USA Constitution is not a raw document of law. It is lawful compilation of citizens’ outcomes. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion are about the activities of citizens within a democracy. One might ask why those freedoms were important to include in a constitutional democracy as a law. It protects activities of a free people. It states the people and their values are important as an allowance of a democracy. 

The USA Constitution exists to address crime, but, it also acts to protect freedom. I think protecting American’s lifetime of work is more important than rummaging through history in order to hunt immigrants. There is no balance between the freedoms we love and the pure words of law.
