Following the death of Kirk I thought the message was to end political violence, but, according to Boebert that isn’t the legacy of Kirk at all. She is demanding African-AMERICAN representatives in Congress to “…go back to Africa…”

Boebert should not only be censured, but expelled. The level of hate coming from a representative of Colorado is alarming when Kirk hasn’t even been buried yet, or did I miss it? 

Murder carries its own brevity, but, the assignment of politics to Kirk’s death followed by a MAGA movement attempting to catch a wave of “mourning and fear,” says it all. There is no limit to the desperation to destroy this democracy by a party lead by a man desperate for money at any cost including the USA economy. A man that doesn’t lead reform, but, plays with power.

MAGA is drunk on it’s own ideology and Kirk is a casualty.

Speaker Johnson has no backbone.

Trump tells Johnson to jump; Johnson replies, “How high?”

Political violence can end but not with weak leadership like Johnson. He should be defending the USA Constitution, instead he is asking how soon the Grand Dragon will address a joint session of Congress.

Aggravated murder?

 What the heck is that? I am used to thinking of “aggravated” as less of a charge than without it. Like aggravated manslaughter. That, to my understanding, is less of a charge because the charge is attributed to the actions of another. Therefore the charge reflects participation of the other party in some way. I guess aggravated is different to different law enforcement.

 Robert Redford was a great humanitarian and conservationist. He will be dearly missed. He took fame seriously. We were better for it.

I have to agree, it is sounding like murder.

When President Obama was in office there was military targeting of terrorists. The process to carry out those missiles strikes was arduous. The military only carried out the “errand” upon orders by the President. 

This seems rather difficult to classify and when it is obscurely conducted it boils down to homicide. Maduro may have the identities of the people who died. The UN could validate Maduro’s facts. 

But, this is a bit bizarre. The USA Coast Guard has the right to board boats within USA waters (frequently half subs) and remove any of the illegal substance headed toward the USA. This power paradigm is very different. This can be noted as in use when a ship is boarded to remove military weapons, especially Iranian missiles headed for the Houthis. But, this wasn’t on a trajectory to other terrorists. 

The proof of the illegal cargo lies at the bottom of the sea in ashes. That is reckless. 

Hegseth has no immunity. Trump touts his lawlessness as permission from the Supreme Court. The USA Supreme Court decisions do not carry weight in such dealings internationally without treaties.

If Vance wants to ride the coattails of a dead MAGA…

…he can resign the Vice Presidency and compete with Joe Rogan. 

The MAGAs don’t know what respect is. They are always on the hunt for power. None of this mess should be going on. Vance should be conciliatory and eliminate the fire that is now politics in the USA, instead of throwing gasoline on an already out of control political party. 

MAGA is way too radical.

Vance is in violation of The Hatch Act.

Vance wants controlled speech.

Wrong.

The MAGAs need to be behind bulletproof glass. 

Basically, that needs to be the new standard in this democracy. Every candidate without exception holds rallies and makes speeches from behind bulletproof glass.

In the case of assassins disguised as police or anyone else, identification and advance notice must proceed the arrival at the door.

If autoglass companies and utility workers can provide that level of ID and security of arrival so can police or anyone else coming to the door of any candidate or judge. 

We need political security legislation. This is all a no brainer.

People fired from their jobs because of their expression of a highly charged political speaker should be allowed redress. It is not possible to feel passionate about our democracy one day and turn it off the next. The folks that got in trouble weren’t calling for violence. They were in most instances defending our democracy. 

Mr. Kirk was reckless in some of the discussions that brought about feelings by others in feeling hated. He was also reckless with his is own safety. He was receiving death threats. He needed to be behind protective layers if security including bulletproof glass and magnetometers. Kirk was keeping company with Trump at the White House. Hello? 

Vance has no right to inhibit speech. If MAGAs are feeling guilty over the death of a 30 something it is their problem in their free wheeling judgement of other Americans. 

This situation needs mandatory security legislation with funding. There needs to be a huge return to civility and humanitarian values. The radical nature of MAGA is showing and they need to deal with themselves. 

Earth is an amazing planet.

However.

I am probably not alone, but, Earth’s surface ocean waters are getting very warm. Hurricanes occur to cool the air of the troposphere. It is all physics. As the surface waters warm Earth can lose its dynamics for hurricanes. 

What happens then?

More tornadoes. That is what is occurring. The occurrence of tornadoes is increasing. As the oceans no longer support strong hurricanes, the land takes over.

As the natural inhabitants of Earth, it is on us to stop abusing it. That is a moral statement.

No doubt there will be more hurricanes this year, which is supposed to end in November, but the concern is the trend and not the individual storm.

The trend is for lower velocity storms with large volumes of rain. The reason is the lower velocity delivers rain over less land traveled as they stall. The drought monitor proves that out.

Vance’s White House politics is very unethical.

 The Hatch Act

His promotion of a civilian’s political clout invites others to seek the power of the White House. The President of the Senate should be reviewed for an ethics violation. 

The provocation is bigger than drugs.

This administration has “ a thing” about oil. I think it can be linked to Space X, but, it isn’t really clear. This administration has coveted Canada, Greenland, and now Venezuela. They all have oil. 

China is conducting offshore oil drilling for Venezuela. (Click here)

So, if Hegseth is declaring war on Venezuela he may be underestimating the opposition. Those big jets sitting on Venezuela’s tarmac can be serviced by China as well as Russia. I am impressed by Maduro’s calm confrontation of Hegseth’s ambitions. That cool demeanor can be linked to a rather unpleasant reality if Hegseth takes his war on drugs too far.

Where is the proof?

This type of work is usually and professionally conducted by the USA Coast Guard once the foreign ship has entered USA sovereign waters. Hegseth has this taking place in international waters. 

The NORMAL method of any taking of drug trafficking EVIDENCE is to display it to the public. I am not aware that has happened yet because the evidence hasn’t reached USA shores.

I hate to think Maduro might be correct in that Hegseth is more a provocateur than Secretary of Defense, but if this administration is declaring war, they need to make their case.
