The USA has been witnessing these drone incursions for sometime now. It appeared the first incursion was in New Jersey. These are enemy drones initially for surveillance. But, the surveillance is not benign. Attacks are being planned which mean our enemies have been busy building airfields and/or floating flat tops or submarines in international waters to conduct these incursions.

How about a little recap.

There is a high degree of incompetence with the Trump administration to the point where criminality is valued.

But, as to the military:

Two Navy vessels were involved in friendly accidents and were required to be drydocked for repairs. 

The Venezuelan theater is an abject failure. Yes, Maduro is in the New York City prison along with his wife and they have faced their first arraignment. But, the freely elected president has yet to take her place and the next inline with the Maduro government is in power. As if a payment were required Trump stole the oil from a tanker and sold it. There were also extrajudicial murders.

The only person in the Middle East that wasn’t surprised by the attacks by the USA was Netanyahu. There was absolutely no preparation for the aggression into Iran by the USA. Embassy staff wasn’t told and in turn every tourist from the Free World was in the line of fire. 

The Mideast theater never saw preparedness. The Kuwaitis were never brought on board and as a result three expensive USA fighter jets were shot down by friendly fire.

Then for a completely unknown reason the USA jets had to fuel up in mid flight. There were two aircraft carriers in the region. As a result of deregulation by Hegseth all safety procedures were dissolved and the fuel tankers were in frequent flight rotation. As a result of that grossly uninformed decision making one tanker crashed to the ground while another was taking flight. It isn’t Newatk International Airport with a control tower and personnel tracking the entire mess. I don’t know why I even brought that up because within days of taking office a helicopter and jet were in flames on the ground in DC.

With all these failures and Trump’s knee jerk decision making our allies still willing to be loyal to the USA. Their decision making is correct. Ceasefire and then protection of ships transiting the Persian Gulf and passing through the Strait of Hormuz. 

Iran is not a disarmed Iraq.

Iran is not a grossly poor Afghanistan where soldiers were greater by villagers with donkeys.

Iran is a Shi’ite homeland with its own resources and allies. The Free World has never been welcome in the Persian Gulf where pirates make a living and Iranian zodiacs chase USA military ships. All of a sudden a completely incompetent administration believes they can change all that while hijacking the USA military. Any civilized human being would be in great danger no matter the armor plating to think a ceasefire wasn’t absolutely necessary.

Trump and Hegseth need to be reasonable and get rid of the idea they are accomplishing great feats of warfare. They aren’t. Our defense contractors, MIT, and the American people’s tax dollar created a defense that is unchallenged and it was hijacked by racketeers. No one voted for this. No one.

There is no other viable way forward. There must be a ceasefire. There is no reason to continue an assault against Iran.

Mr. Grossi should be a member of any negotiation team when it comes to Iran or any other nuclear country. He is a reliable knowledge source. He should have been asked to be part of the Iran peace negotiations. He wasn’t. Why? There is no one better. The people of Iran deserve the best possible peace.

Misdirecting

The Congressionally legislated support to students in the way of student and parent loans are issued by the Department of Education. Sending a segment of the Education Department to the Treasury is misdirection and never provided for in any contract.

If nothing else it will cause confusion between the two departments. Collection at the Treasury is very different than the Education Department. The loans are handled very differently when it comes to graduates seeking gainful employment. 

Gainful employment should be available for graduates. It is called a work force.

This is an interesting development because after the Midterms the Republicans want to institute not just a generalized military draft, but, also a post high school requirement for military service.

I am surprised Trump hasn’t dissolved, or attempted to dissolve, child labor laws yet.

I have a question for the fear filled Bondi.

Considering the counseling she has received from the judiciary, would she step down and become a witness if Congress issued her a pardon from prosecution for her legal cooperation?

Representative Garcia is correct; to date Bondi has proved incompetent in withholding the identification of the victims of Epstein and covered up the facts. There are more documents withheld that should be forthcoming.

Kristi Noem

Kristi Noem and any other members of Trump’s administration, past or present, that have broken state laws, including putting citizens in the line of fire with National Guard troops, must be charged. There are no competent U.S. Attorneys (which is probably by design) and when they are Trump owns them. So, Justice falls to the State Attorney Generals.

There are people, albeit some undocumented, deported (with legal status), missing, maimed, with property damage, and ultimately deceased. All those are criminal activity by the federal authority. Those guilty will be handed pardons by Trump. Those guilty have committed serious crimes and should be out of reach for commutations and pardons. They are dangerous people, including those that served as ICE agents. People that seriously dangerous should be removed from society to correct their paths.

I see no mercy for those that acted against the USA Constitution. This time it citizens, not the brave Capital Police injured and dead. They were warned by six USA Senators about illegal orders. They enriched themselves illegally knowing they lacked sufficient training, too. 

Oh, one other thing. If Trump officials, former or current are hard to find to serve papers or arrest, the FBI might be able to buy their location. Oh. Wait. FISA might be a viable option actually.

Who needs Due Process now? You know THE TOOL Trump has relied on for his voluminous lawsuits.

DO NOT FUND the war with Iran.

Any escalation by Trump or Hegseth by putting troops on the ground is on them. 2500 Marines are not able to exist yet advance in Iran. Any troop deaths are conducted without permission of the American people or their Congress.

Iranian allies are conducting business in Iran’s sovereign waters. Interference with such peaceful activity is a war crime.

This war is over. The ONLY additional military funding is to be stipulated to rebuild what Trump and Hegseth lost. Additionally, the rebuilding will be tempered with Iranian war reparations. The national security of the USA must be balanced again including allies in the Pacific.

NO NEW funding for a war with Iran. The nuclear infrastructure is gone. Any occupation of that land is criminal.

The IAEA must find a time of safety to further assess Iranian assets and continue to monitor any redevelopment of same infrastructure. To be honest, with the carnage by the USA and Israel, the global community has no patience anymore and rightfully so. How that translates will be interesting. NATO had no role in this. Israel can completely kill off Iranian leadership but that will not stop their alliance members from acting in response to Iranian threats. Those alliance members are throughout the Shea Crescent as well as other bad actors from Africa. You can say what you want but now in reflection the terrorist networks the Iranian leadership built that were attacked and disarmed by USA and Israeli forces actually was quite a strategy.

Trump can try and treat Asian communists as friends to help with a flotilla power structure but that is inviting the fox into the henhouse. 

The best strategy for any vessels, military or civilian is avoidance of confrontation and abandonment of the Persian Gulf entirely. The only approach at all is a coalition of countries in negotiations with Iran. The Trump State Department is untrustworthy.

Any country’s flag that is an enemy to Iran entering the Persian Gulf waters will not make it through unscathed. That is all an estimation. But, it is good advice and it is free.

The first thing airlines can institute is their own security protocols.

The airlines and their passengers have been hacking away at these procedures for sometime now. They have retinal scanners and advanced clearance and it has all been holding up. There may have been some explosions in countries yet to regulate safety, but, for the most part Free World airline operations has been trouble free. The argument can be made that the TSA, except for smaller airliners, was never needed in the first place. The airline requirements should have been in place before September 12, 2001. 

At the time of September 11th the financial side of democracy was hit as intended. The airlines arguably could not formulate the requirements needed nor have the funds for such major improvements in passenger safety. It was correct for the government to take the forefront in modernizing air travel to meet the challenges of burgeoning terrorist threats. The FBI was on their trail of these networks, as demonstrated with Moussaoui, but, the actual treat had yet solidified to require changes to infrastructure. Therefore the failure to the challenge.

Today, however, is different. Major airline companies realize how insidious threats can be, including the shoe bomber, and have even empowered flight attendants to stop unruly passengers that present a danger to the flight and its passengers. I believe the airlines want their passengers to be safe and want to reassure them their choice in travel was a wise one. So, I see no reason to continue to burden every passenger with long and invasive inspections to board a jetliner. The airlines should aggressively move toward their own methods of being safe in the air.

This is not a frivolous ideology, it is a very serious need to address an aggressive and dangerous regime that is currently occupying the federal executive branch of our democracy. There is every reason for greater and greater autonomy for providing safety while using the templates developed over the years. Why? Because the Executive Branch and majority Republican legislators are unreliable, unpredictable, and dangerous. It is only reasonable to allow business to assure its safety margins. As witnessed so many times in the past year this Administration and Congress allow dangerously loose rules and deregulation. These acts have even caused deaths of citizens. It has proven to take time to work through the courts to reverse dangerous decisions. The course correction is occurring. The Constitution is great and strong. Its checks and balances are valid and good. The elimination of some aspects of DHS is paramount rather than loosening control to allow danger back in. For that reason business and the public need to be aware of dangers and move to protect from them.

This strengthening of the citizenry is patriotic and has the correctness of authority as witnessed in the process of deputizing people to enforce the laws of this great country. This is not anarchy. It is a thoughtful and intelligent path of civilization. The Rule of Law is still intact.

We are at a point where returning power to this administration is irresponsible and would return the dangerous practices of lawlessness.

Ideological wars are expensive and don’t really succeed.

There have been ideological wars for millennia. The USA Revolutionary War was not ideological. That war which lead to the greatest democracy in history was based in solid reasons by men who measured their ability to succeed. The Revolutionary War was always going to succeed, even with the stronger Brits military to face because the colonists were in their homeland.

The problem with the current aggression in the Middle East is that it is based in the use of very sophisticated weapons intended to win a defense against aggression. The USA defense is based in a variety of extremely destructive weapons handled by educated American soldiers. The American soldier is the most lethal in the world, but, it isn’t because they will conquer the world for profit; it is because they are defending the homeland and family. They are not killers. They are noble warriors with a moral cause. They are being misused. 

The current administrations are unsustainable. Their ideology will never achieve their ideological end. We have seen these type of wars for along time now by the USA. Do I have to name all countries and population deaths in the name of nation building? It always has been wrong and immoral.

It is time for Israel and Trump to measure themselves realistically and adjust their path forward. If Trump is allowed to continue past the elections of 2026, there will be a draft to create more soldiers for ground wars that will not succeed. 

The people of the USA need to see the very wrongful and illegal aggression by this administration and end it. We should want our domestic peace back and stop the immoral killing with our military.

Hormuz is not necessary to global trade.

The territorial waters are clear. Iran has a right to do what Iran is doing. No court is going to say Iran has no right to defend its territorial waters. The USA is wrong to be the Gulf’s police. If ships are in danger because Iran is extremely difficult to deal with that is not our problem. It never was. It is up to other countries and the companies that find those territorial waters convenient to negotiate with Iranian leadership for safe passage. Attempting to make Iran the 51st state is pure stupidity, but, hey, it would make a great resort with a lot of mining and oil prospects. I mean as the 51st state we could be rich as well, right? 

Iran is the Shi’ite homeland and I don’t see that changing. 

Trump believes he is a god that works miracles with the strength of the USA military. He hijacked our military and now the world is quaking to realign in ways that bring Trump’s irresponsible global ideation under control. Every person in the world is under threat. Trump’s administration is an existential threat.

In the small global map below it is obvious the Persian Gulf can be eliminated as a shipping route. Yes, the routes are longer requiring more time and fuel to deliver their cargo. But, those routes are not inefficient. The initial change in the routes will take time and adjustment to delivery, but, that is all. Sailors and captains will have to familiarize themselves with new navigational maps and waters, but, once the ships make that change the rest is history.

The arrival of ships to ports of delivery will resume as soon as the new routes are being used and in place. The rate of product delivery will be the same. The amounts of cargo and income will be the same. The only difference falls to the shipping companies and their costs. The crews will be in service longer and the fuel slightly higher, but, both those costs can be negotiated.

The ships are already in service and their depreciation will be the same. Balancing all those costs with income as usual will be decided by CEOs as to costs to the shipper. When considering the increased safety and sanity in not dealing with chronic Middle East turmoil, the costs actually look worth it. The Somali pirates will have to actually seek education to develop their people and country, but, what a nice side effect that is.

Trump’s bombast is boring, his answer to the USA educational crisis is worse.

Ever since the Republican ideology forced through more investment in Charter Schools, robbing the public schools of funding, the countries schools have been in decline. 

With scores still falling as the educational system teaches to pass scoring tests, Trump’s answer is further degradation of the USA educational system.

For the level of spending per student the USA should be number one. We are not. The failure of this Congress to end the assault on Americans domestically through goon squads like ICE and internationally with illegal wars only proves the USA Constitution is under assault.

The people of the USA must turn these plans by Republicans around with eyes wide open. There must be a citizen resolve to end the assault on the USA Constitution. Trump is breaking laws and installing unqualified people into government positions at a feverish pace. 

Our children deserve the best, not the worst of this country and they aren’t getting it because of the rollercoaster standards imposed by greed and not educational focus.

Today Hegseth has lost aircraft at record pace including jets disabled by a successful Iranian strike on a USA Mideast airfield. The USA is misdirected. Now, because Trump is losing his dominance over Iran he is turning his maximal cruelty standards to Cuba. All these measures are illegal and human rights abuses.

Trump and Reagan have one thing in common, their ideology, “Make America Great Again.” MAGA has existed for decades with supporters like Orban and Putin. It is truly time for Americans to make America, America again and end the purging of our Constitution by stupid ideologies that seek fear, hatred, and killing as their focus. End the lawlessness!

The Iran attacks cost $11.3 billion in the first week. This is the fourth plane to crash in the Middle East within that week and I guarantee there are more casualties as well. With an explosion like this the runway is no longer usable. 

HOW MANY USA JET FIGHTERS have no way off the ground now? This is pure idiocy. 

The reason this occurred is because of Republican ideology that removes all regulation. It is obvious Trump’s White House is removing all safety margins to gain what they believe is profits and efficiency. In the USA we have the courts to stop the incompetence and dare devil administration decisions, in the military even the top brass have no rights to stop Hegseth’s stupidity.

Congress better end this now! This is an ideological war of choice without any end in sight except complete exhaustion of USA military capability.

The American and allied civilian population was put directly in harms way without any escape route. This is competence beyond incompetence. 

End this now!

They are playing politics with USA military assets. How many refueling jets goes this country think it has? It takes a long time to build these aircraft. Every one of them are irreplaceable. These aren’t toys, this our national defense crashed into oblivion.

There IS NO wait and see, things will get better. The military is the BEST it can be today and it is being destroyed for absolutely no reason.

The USA military is NOT a place for amateurs. Commander and Chief does not define competence by the title alone! This is a result of the continued stupidity of the ideology of this administration.

This is the fourth jet to crash for no reason at all!
