It actually could be an unwanted pregnancy that if carried to term would simply cause undue economic demands on it's parent(s) and decrease it's quality of life and that of it's family. It could cause damage to the woman's health, her longevity and her right to a happy life in the definition she has PLANNED for all her life.
Girls...women are allowed to have expectations for their lives and pathways open to them to achieve those goals. If pregnancy stands in the way of their happiness, then it is an unwanted pregnancy and there should always be safe, affordable abortions whenever they choose. An unwanted pregnancy is an unwanted child, that is a reality and one that needs to be respected for the brevity that comes with it.
Women are allowed to define their own happiness and have it uninterrupted.
The decision of having an abortion is between she and her physician. I don't recall having an abortion being an issue of National Security, so I doubt sincerely it falls under The Patriot Act; as if anything should !
