There are many problems facing American families. Their governments, be it local, state or federal need to address issues of economy, health insurance, competency in government and education, while leaving relationships, children and privacy to the very people best to make those decisions.
The acceptance of familes based in either heterosexuality or homosexuality is paramount to function and the well being of children. A sense of 'well being' needs to be demanded by all Americans regardless their lifestyle choices.
It is simply outrageous to realize the decline in the way Americans are esteemed by their own society. On all fronts Americans are regarded as second class citizens, how sex happens and whether a pregnancy is maintained, is simply not as important as all the other complaints Americans pose to their government and courts.
