Flooding kills four in southern Minnesota

At least four people are dead after this weekend's rains turned into flood situations in southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
Rain on Saturday swelled creeks and rivers throughout southern Minnesota and southwestern Wisconsin, and flooding was reported in several counties. The worst flooding is happening in Fillmore, Houston, Winona, Olmsted, Dodge and Wabasha counties where a flood warning remains in effect. Crawford, Richland, Vernon and southern La Crosse counties in Wisconsin are also under warnings.
Rivers were still rising and more rain was in the forecast at midday Sunday....
