There is no sense in rebuilding levees that will collapse again when the next rainy season occurs. There needs to be a comprehensive plan for the climate crisis in the USA and it better occur as soon as possible before more levees or dams in the country break. This is not a minor issue. Government has neglected the people in regard to securing the future for decades. It is time the people realize American scientists have been correct all along. The evidence is in and there is no doubting the reality of their words.
