July 23, 2005. Tropical Storm Franklin is in the Atlantic off the coast of Northern Florida. It's winds are at 45 mph and might organize a little more. The coastal community will probably receive rain from the peripheral circulation as it is expected to stay offshore. I think Franklin has some potential yet. There are a couplr of rotation centers in the lower right corner of the satellite picture. I believe the storm in the upper midwest is from Emily as well as the circualation center of the Yukatan again. I am not saying Emily is reorganizing but there is some residual it would seem to me. There is a remarkable vortex in the right upper hemisphere of Earth in the Mid Atlantic. It is interesting in a 12 hour loop.
