Federal workers are confused.

That confusion is helpful to Trump. If a federal employee believes their income hangs in the balance and remains uncertain as to following orders by a “special government employee” it increases uncertainty in national security.

Kash Patel has clarified that for FBI employees and it is a step in the right direction. 

When I read the Affordable Care Act when it was a bill, reading definitions was a good way to bring about the understanding of government vs. the private sector of the USA.  So, let’s clarify a few things. This is official government policy.

This is the area of law that allows Trump to pretend there is no Quid Pro Quo. It is called “special government employee.” I should clarify now that I believe what is transpiring with Musk is pure corruption and racketeering. That said, there is no one advising Trump to knock it off so there is a mess in the executive branch which pretty much negates its power. 

Why?

There is so much abuse of power in a criminal tone there is lawsuit after lawsuit to end the law breaking. So, what should be a smooth transition of power is now a platform for criminality. There is so much doubt about this power playing the Executive Branch is without structure or definition. That does not work well for good outcomes for the country so there are many checks and balances occurring.

But, to return to definitions, there is a limit on the “special government employee” and that is 130 days.

Let’s clarify a few other parts of this. Let’s say what Musk and the “Department of Government Elimination,” is not. It is not an officer. It is an employee. It is employed by the executive branch and not the legislature. It is not appointed. Appointments require Senate approval. Trump is retaining Musk without a retainer so that is very sketchy in translation. It is designated, but, to what exactly, is not at all well defined. Because it’s undefined within a government structure it really remains too fluid to be taken seriously. Granted government employees are concerned. 

So, Musk and his elimination task force is primarily an invasive employee without real understanding of ANYTHING defined as part of the Executive Branch. To that, there have been enormous errors made because of this fear of blanket authority.

The employment of Musk and his elimination task force (there is absolutely no efficiency) started November 6, 2024 while he was in route to the Treasury Department and before inauguration. Why November 6? Trump PROMISED his authority would begin the day after the election and long before inauguration. Therefore, Musk and his elimination task force has been assaulting the sovereignty of the USA for 122 days. Musk and DoGE have one week left and his special employment is over. Pay or no pay. It is the law. Trump is allowed employees before inauguration. 

Now. There is no way EFFECTIVE determination of continued employment to ensure the sovereignty of the USA can be made in one week.

Employees of the federal government must realize their importance, the care in which their employment was started, and how populous elected officials can wreak havoc on important people that do all the heavy lifting of vital agencies. Each employee must examine their role in national security and determine their own responsibilities in protecting that. Any employee that determines they are part of a vital link to the USA national defense cannot in good conscience report their activities to people that have never achieved security clearance for their demands. Additionally, any employee terminated for no valid reason and holds dear the national security of the USA has a valid argument in any court of law OR agency such as unemployment agencies.

Please consider this last point. Why would special employees to the president provide ultimatums such as this without recognizing how the national security of the USA could be COMPROMISED and/or destabilized by such random demands of power? Why? It has no answer that is beneficial to anyone.

Standing up to this level of abuse of power is being a true patriot. Without a doubt in my mind.

More plans for ethnic cleansing, or worse?

I would expect severe resistance from those in command at NATO regarding the changes by a brand new and inexperienced Hegseth. NATO needs to reassess its readiness and perhaps a few war games.

Consider even the order of troops that leads to ethnic cleansing a crime. Prosecuting the act is too late. It is the nature of the beast. But, the orders to soldiers leading into ethnic cleansing is as much a crime as the act itself.

Musk doesn’t know what employees do, so he wants an essay to decide if he will leave them on the job. It is a national security issue STILL and unions need to stand their ground.

Given the disloyalty by Trump to American values, the information could end up with Putin.

The proper procedure is to understand what the goal of an agency is to accomplish and then ask middle management if it is going well to reach the end product. If there are difficulties in achieving goals then the middle management needs to determine if everyone is working to a reasonable capacity to achieve the department goals. To have every employee “report in” once a week is micromanaging and ineffective.

TEAMS are interrelated. One miscalculation can ruin what is to be achieved. The team would know. To ask each employee is to allow them to cover their tracks so to speak. Understanding the goals and how to achieve them is the responsibility of management not each cog of the wheel.

DoGE doesn’t know what they are doing. They are learning on the job. This is our government! They need to go back to school. Musk’s isn’t informed either. He is just the task master.

Plutocrats are driven by godlike egos. RISK is best left to speculation of investment on Wall Street, not the offices of government.

Bondi assumed by reviewing closed cases it will bring her favor with the people. Wrong. I think gossip when malicious can result in lawsuits and worse.

Trump cites DEI as a reason to remove the Chairman CQ Brown. The judge just blocked the executive order cancelling DEI.

Additionally, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs is chosen no differently than any other cabinet officer. While the president chooses the chairman, the USA Senate confirms his or her appointment (click here).

These men and women have served this country for a long time before they reached the highest military post in the chain of command. They are valuable beyond any compensation they receive. The country has a great debt to them and insulting the military by steamrolling over it’s leaders is hardly appropriate.

So, let me get this right. Russia has some minerals in the Arctic and is willing to give them to Trump. How exactly will Trump get the minerals out of the Arctic because I betcha Russia already tried. 

I doubt USA petroleum companies are interested in returning to Russia. The commodity prices are retreating (click here).

That is the problem with Trump and his novice minions. They really don’t know what they are up against.

The USA does this differently. Rather than bargain natural resources as a park of foreign policy, which with Russia is basically dumping, leases are sold at auction. 

Hopefully, the Trump guys in Riyadh have consulted with USGS and the Army Corp before jumping in with both feet. If THE DEAL is too good to be true, then it probably is.

Alexei Navalny just had an anniversary. He wrote and I am embarrassed to say I haven’t read his books. Alexei Navalny is our hero. Putin is his murderer. There is no embracing Russia’s Putin who is now jailing four young magnificent journalists because they were friends of Alexei Navalny. This is the role model Trump embraces. He is anti-American. There isn’t anything else to understand except to ask the question, “Why do congressional members embrace evil in white supremacy?” It is not who we are.

Trump is lying and rewriting Ukraine history.

I’d like to say Trump is forgetful, but, he was in office when Ukraine was purging itself of corruption and soliciting trade relations with Russia and the European Union. That truth is well documented.

Previous to the illegal special military operation by Russia one of the complaints of Zelenskyy was his pandering to Putin for trade. Zelenskyy was seeking a benevolent relationship with Putin. None of this occurred in secret. The attempt by Zelenskyy was well discussed.

Putin’s answer to Zelenskyy’s overtures was to kill Ukrainians and take the country. Zelenskyy tried. He was elected to find a way forward with Russia and the EU. The routing out of corruption (which existed with Russian support) was a demand by the EU. Zelenskyy was moving forward with anti-corruption administrative wins to secure Ukraine’s place in global trade. Ukraine already had a viable economy and great businesspersons.

Trump is attempting to rewrite the Ukrainian history to benefit the communists. It is a ridiculous ambition. It won’t work. Russia will never concede its ideology in the name of strong economics leading to higher forms of quality of life. The Russian elite won’t have it. Putin is playing Trump as a fool. It seems as though Trump thinks that is just great. Trump is not a leader. 

The USA Constitution holds basic truths to the character of the country. Trump is not postured to carry the USA character forward. He isn’t a good president.

An interesting poll.

The poll below is from July 2024. There are three items very interesting in this Gallup and associates poll.

First, some Americans believe, as I do, that Ukraine is winning and Russia losing.

Two, there is basically a stalemate.

Three, the USA will be with Ukraine for however long it takes.

NATO should mark the three years of war between Russia and Ukraine with a statement in support of Ukraine’s position. The majority of Americans would approve.

There is asset management in many locations including banks. There should be an inventory. The Democratic Congress will have to maintain an interest to secure these assets. I don’t trust Trump or DoGE. We already caught them in a lie. No telling what happens next. They are criminals.

Why lie? The truth will win over Americans. What kind of scheme is this? It is a scheme. 

It is more than just votes. These enormous lies involve the accuracy of the reporting of the errors found in discovery. Where an error may be a $1 million, Trump and Musk are reporting a billion. A thousand times more than what is the reality.

There is a thought about that which might make sense. If Trump wants to hand out free money that is 20% of the grand total in trillions; that is going to be billions. Billions divided by 300 million will be thousands or more likely a thousand or less.

So, will Americans be satisfied with about a $1000? If that is what can be expected, then Trump will have to find $300 billion in savings. Once that threshold is reached then he can lie about the amount left which will actually be zero. But, who in MAGA will question the scheme? The lie will become the truth with a $1000 check in their pocket.

In all honesty, they aren’t coming close to one trillion, yet more. What is so wrong in admitting the truth that the USA government is run well with far smaller exceptions than stated? 

The other thing is, if men conspired enough to write a 900 page coup against the USA Constitution, why bloat the money error? Sensationalize for the sake of the drama? The Treasury Secretary is a competent person. The truth is going to be known anyway.

I want to think there is a greater puzzle, but, I don’t believe these guys are that smart. There is a good chance this administration is overwhelmed and lying is better than the truth.

Just as an example: the judge declared Trump has to distribute the USAID funding and Trump didn’t. The judge was asked to hold him in contempt, but, instead he is allowing Trump a second chance to come up with a constitutional reason for the delay. Why did Trump need a second chance when these guys are supposed to be so smart everything is supposed to go as planned?

Currently medical research facilities in Florida are screaming because of loss of invaluable funds earmarked for them has shutoff like a faucet. 

DoGE is carrying out fraudulent propaganda sanctioned by courts because a criminal president put his signature to it.
