I would expect severe resistance from those in command at NATO regarding the changes by a brand new and inexperienced Hegseth. NATO needs to reassess its readiness and perhaps a few war games.
Consider even the order of troops that leads to ethnic cleansing a crime. Prosecuting the act is too late. It is the nature of the beast. But, the orders to soldiers leading into ethnic cleansing is as much a crime as the act itself.

Once Hegseth and his military commit the crime there is no going back. Once the corruption is established it is just more of the same because corruption comes with a new reality that the soldier is now a criminal.
