Incitement of an insurrection is not freedom of speech. That speech is a tool to end a democracy. A president that allows an insurrection is not acting according to the oath of office he took. There is no validity to his plea.
A number of scholars have in this past week written of the right and duty to impeach a past president that has assaulted the USA Constitution.
There is only one conclusion anyone can make and that Donald John Trump is guilty.
His words were that of insurrection. If every other word that can be debated, there are words that are irrefutable to the amendments in the impeachment. Trump verbally assaulted his own Vice President. Those words are irrefutable. Those words then played out at the Capital. This is fact and is undeniable.
Donald John Trump is guilty.
That is the truth.
